Carl was great! We needed help with a trailer tire and he stopped what he was doing to quickly help us.

My restoration project set in the shop for approximately 2 years and went for months at time without anyone touching it. I had an agreement with the original owner to pay for work as it was being completed and did so. However as he was no longer available the new own made various excuses as to when he would complete work and never did so. Upon requesting my car back I was asked for $10000 in cash to pick it up. Most of the work that was allegedly completed is being repaired or completed by another mechanic at this time.

This is where I take my cars when I cant figure something out. The staff is awesome and everybody really knows their stuff. Theyve solved several issues for me that no one else could figure out and always at a very reasonable rate. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I am usually sceptical about taking my truck to new automotive repair shops, but so far it seems like I made the right choice in the Car Doctor. I have been there a few times and so far everyone has been so nice & their pricing is reasonable. Will definitely be returning for future repairs if needed.

Well I dropped off my neighbor to get his car worked on and it turned out that the heater was not working again after they worked on. And they didnt write the second time so all good

Very honest and accommodating. They found issues no ones else could and did it without any extra charges. Ive been to friends of family and other big chain places that I trusted and no luck. Needless to say the Car Doctors now have my business and trust. I wouldnt go anywhere else in Lake County

I had a pretty pricey repair ($800) done but when I picked it up, my car only got 3 miles down the road before it broke down again with the same problem. I understand that people can make mistakes, and you can also unwittingly install a defective part. What was inexcusable was their colossal rudeness.They were so overtly hostile, its like they were furious their repair failed. They wouldnt give me any information, and when I tried to ask the mechanic, he just said to get out of his shop. They finally got the car running, but oh what an awful experience. If you want to avoid an experience like mine, I suggest you avoid the car doctor.

The customer service at The Car Doctor is exemplary. I brought my car in with wipers that didnt work properly and they spent at least two hours looking at it to determine that it needed new wiper motors. They quoted me a price that was fair but a little higher than the price I was quoted at the dealership because they had to get the motors from Ford. Even though I didnt have them do the work they didnt charge me for all the time they had spent on it. I would recommend them highly. I even received their business card from the local parts store because they have their fleet serviced at The Car Doctor and wouldnt go anywhere else.

If you are looking for an affordable, trustworthy repair shop, this is your place! I love them! They are always fair about their pricing and never fix anything that isnt broken. I made the mistake of taking my Tahoe somewhere else due to a check engine light and they purposely broke it to make me get it repaired with them (drove it in fine, had to tow it out). I said no. I called AAA and towed it to The Car Doctor. Never again will I allow anyone but The Car Doctor to touch my vehicles. Shame on me for not holding out and taking the Tahoe there is the first place. Lesson learned!!! Thank you The Car Doctor for being a beacon of hope for owners of older cars looking for a good, reliable, and trustworthy mechanic.

They were nice and the mechanic did not overcharge me. I did not have something very difficult done, so I cant comment on that. But my experience was good and they seem honest.

They were 30minutes behind schedule time.then they did a honest shop.found the problem and give me a fair price.. plus they were nice.

The Car Doctor team is AMAZING!!!!!I pulled in early one morning upset about a horrible noise my car was making. I could tell the shop was super busy, but Jolie and Carl the owners took the time to come out and personally speak with me. They calmed my nerves and made room in their shop to look at my car right away.It turned out my control arm was in horrible shape and was close to falling completely apart.
