I have to preface this review with the fact that I really hate getting tires. Its a necessary evil like root canals or colonoscopies. I drove up to J and J and was greeted by an employee outside. Spoke with Rick, found my tires and was told it would be an hour for 4 new tires. Walked a block up to downtown Eustis, walked around, made a few business calls and walked back down to the shop. My car was ready in 1 hr. Very happy with the service and price. Bonus was supporting a local run business, instead of a chain. Have already recommended the shop to 2 friends.

They did a proper diagnosis on a bad drive train noice and replaced a cracked flexplate also know as a flywheel. It was a big job and 20,000 miles later theres no issues. Thanks again!

This place has the kindest service. I got a flat across the street with my 4 yr old grandson with me. They fixed the tire, didnt charge me and just asked that I send people their way. Needed a tire 2 weeks ago, I sent my husband to them, he got a great deal and great service! I highly recommend them!!!

Always done right by me. Ive taken three different vehicles to them for different issues and always let me know if had another issue than what I came in for but never pressured me into doing more than what I came for to start with. Prices are fantastic and will continue to come back.

Honest, kind, & reasonably priced. I came here for 4 tires; hands down, their prices were the best. Paul, the young man who installed my tires, had a great attitude and clearly has much pride in his work. He proudly shared his knowledge of tires. Owner Jimmy was very welcoming and made me feel like family.

They’re awesome. Both times I’ve had a nail in my tire they were able to help me out in 10 minutes or less. I seriously drove up and before I was even out of my seat they greeted me with a jack under my car. Would definitely recommend them for quick and easy tire repairs.

Called this place to get a quote on some work I needed for my car. They gave me a reasonable price for what I needed. I asked could they gaurentee the price, and they were honest as to what they could potentially find would be the deciding factor. Needless to say they didnt find any other issues, so my agreed upon price never changed. The guy who helped me (I believe his name was Ron) was straight forward in every since. When and if I should ever need work done on one of my cars, I will diffenatlly give these guys a call. Great job fellas!

Changed all 4 tires on my truck for a great price. I have custom rims and they went above & beyond to acquire the right tools to get the job done! I Spent some time inside with the Owner while waiting for this, and so I was able to personally witness him being fair and honest with each and every customer who came in or called on the phone. Its hard to find honest mechanics these days, so it was refreshing to witness this coming from the OWNER here. I live far away but I will definitely travel here from now on whenever I need something for my truck!

If you ever need tires replaced in a hurry I highly recommend J & J to be your first call! The response time was immediate and the professionalism from Dolphi was highly impressive! I was stranded from a blow out after I hit a curb on my way to work. I was totally stranded. I hit the AcuraLink assist button and they said yes, they would tow me but to the closest dealer (in Sanford) I declined as I needed my car to stay local and I knew that would take days and extra money to get back. J & J Tire Shop in Eustis and they replaced my tire and I was able to pick it up the same day! I was also able to keep my business local and not in Sanford which wouldve been a hassle to pick up and in the long run cost way more for the tire/parts. All the employees of J & J Tire and Service Center are always super accommodating and highly customer service oriented. A Huge thank you to J & J Tire Shop for saving my day!

WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I CALLED TO SEE A PRICE OF A TIRE AND GAVE THE TYPE OF CAR THE YEAR THE INCH SIZE CAUSE MY TIRE BLEW OFF AND THIS OLD ASS GUY HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE TELL ME WELL LOOK IT UP THATS NOT MY PROBLEM.I HOPE HE IS NOT THE OWNER OF THE PLACE BUT HE WAS DOUCHE.HE SOUNDED LIKE HIS OWN FAMILY DIS OWNES HIM.I TRIED TALKING TO HIM POLITE BUT I DEFINITLY WAS DISRESPECTED.NO ONE GO THERE HE SWITCHES UP PRICING AND WHEN YOU GET A TIRE ROTATION THEY MESS WITH YOUR TIRE SO YOU CAN COME BACK FOR SOMETHING ELSE.HE ALSO WROTE 2 FAKE REVIEWS JUST TO LOOK GOOD FOR HIMSELF INSTEAD OF THE BENEFIT OF OTHERS......NOT RECOMMENDED.

This place dont know what they are doing i brought my van to them the van that my wife and kids ride around in with a bad tire they sold me two tires and replaced them we drove off and the van is still doing the same thing i take it right back and they told me i should of told them what tire it was that was bad and i would have to buy another tire needless to say i will never take or recommend this place to anyone
