My friend has a bunch of stuff from them. The two tines that Ive been in the store, the female manager has gone above and beyond for my friend! Shes super nice too, the manager:)

Very good service, the staff here went above and beyond to accommodate me, and make sure I was happy. Also build credit history super fast here by financing anything and making on time payments, they report 4 per month which is 4× faster than say credit card payments, car loans or mortgage loans...try it out.

Hi! Me and my family have all been going to this Rent a Center for four or five years and have known the previous manager and the current manager and happen to be personal friends with this Manager. Her name is Patty and she is a great women. What this guy J D is saying is absolutely ridiculous! She is nothing like this. She makes sure all of her customers have a good deal and the fact that maybe this guy didnt get the deal he believes he needed and is throwing a tantrum is unbelievable. She and her faculty should not be getting penalized for this stuff. They are great staff and do the right thing even if some of the workers are kind of pushy sometimes. But that is there job! You have a problem with their deals go some where else it just says that your not worth the fight why go through court and other stupid things when you can do it a simpler way. Dont make there jobs more of a struggle just because they did not meet YOUR needs! Thanks.

I want to give a five star review to Rent-A-Center and Enrique who delivered my furniture. Not only was the delivery made on time and within a day of my calling but the delivery person Enrique was competent, courteous, and strong. It is not often I get both competance and courtesy and I really appreciated it. I have used this company several times without any problems ever they truly are amazing. Fast delivery too.

I love the staff! I really have to give a shout to Sophie an Brise they have helped me in every needs i have had. I got a TV an fire place and couch. Havent had one problem. I love This store we have been with them way back when they were on Hwy 99 My family and I only shop from Trisha the store manager and Patti her assistant. I would not go anywhere else to get my furniture. I get that these guys have a high theft rate. But that is no excuse to harass customers by showing up to pick up the item (damn near every day) despite many attempts to let them know that we just needed time to make the payment. Especially when we did everything we could to keep them updated. Then they contacted my GFs place of work. Which at that point was no longer harassment but flat out stalking. Each 5 star review on this page is either a bot or people smoking crack. They EARNED each and every one star review on this page and each bad review is 100% accurate about how they do business. Shame on them and their houses.

Patty the store manager at the rentacenter on W 11th in eugene has to be the most valuable employee to that company. Patty helped me get the furniture I needed when I moved here. I started with a sofa sectional then a 65 inch TV and now a stand for that TV. With Pattys great personality and caring way she is a diamond to the city.

I would give zero stars if possible. I came in with a friend of mine for them to rent a laptop, the woman asked if Id ever use it myself in which I replied maybe. She then wanted ME to put down my reference ALONG with my friends. No i dont think so. These people are fools and will be going out of business with service like this. Moral of the story...Dont go here.

This is the worst place ever. They knowingly rented us a bed topper telling us it was a memory foam mattress that we paid on for months. Then when we complained about it they switched it out for a real mattress that had one whole side broken on it and had us start making payments on that one. When we told them this was not okay to lie and sell broken products to their customers and that we wanted reimbursed for months of trouble and deceit they have now told us we can only get 50 dollars back and 500 store credit even though we made it clear we were done doing business with them. Their district manager has chosen to back up his lying store manager and we are looking into going above him come Monday. This location has the worst customer service and does whatever they can to screw their customers over. Go anywhere else but here, they dont deserve your money or time.

I have been a customer for 6 years now. The washer and dryer set I paid over $5,000 had broken for a 3rd time now this time they say it could take months to fix, and I could rent another one for $22 a week. Seriously all the items I have bought always paid on time your going to manipulate me into giving you more money because your product keep breaking, and I paid for then extra warranty.

Needed 10$ to deliver a 1,650 tv.didnt have it,so no go.lost a 100 a month customer over 10 bucks.

This rent a center is amazing. The staff has became like family to us. They were there during family tragidy and genuily cared. I have never been to a rent to own place thats been this kind and caring. Thank you Trish, Levi, Patty and others.
