I had a 25 year old kitchenaid mixer that my mom had given me. I dropped it and it broke apart. They went above and beyond and fixed it for me . The mixer is very special to me so I was so happy they could fix it. They are a grest company and to have someone that cares about your story behind your appliance is such a rare thing . I would highly recommend them

I would NOT recommend this place. At first the first gentleman that came over to my home for a simple dishwasher repair had gotten everything wrong and it took weeks to get a simple replacement part in. He acted on and had a weird in a hurry don’t care disposition. The second gentleman came over and willingly admitted that the first guy didn’t know what he was doing which was pretty obvious to begin with. Three months later we finally got her dishwasher working, but two weeks after that there was a huge leak from the hose that the second gentleman put in. Our floors are ruined and we were left to pay for them out of pocket, they did not take initiative and force us to claim a homeowners claim through our own insurance. This place in general takes forever and at the end is just not worth it.They need to train their employees on efficiency as well as take responsibility for their own wrongdoings.

My son had to have his dryer repaired. The appointment was at 10am, but the repairman showed up 10:10am and finished at 10:40am (maybe 10:41am?) and charged him for 45min of labor. I thought the travel time should be covered by initial service charge, $64.95. Being 10 minutes late is not a huge deal, but I think its wrong to start charging before the repairman arrived at the job site. The total came to $190.63 including the initial service charge, a replacement part and labor. When my son tried to pay with $200 cash, the repairman said that he doesnt have any change and suggested that he could just give him the whole thing by adding the rest as a tip. My son felt that he had no choice, but to do so.When my son made an appointment, he specifically asked what kind of payments they would accept because he doesnt own any credit cards. They told him that they would accept cards, check or cash, so I loaned him $200 prior to that. If they cant give any change, why did they say that they would accept cash? Is it customary for them to demand the change as a tip?$30 (15min extra labor that they charged plus $10 demanded tip) is a lot of money for a college student. When I heard that story, it made me feel bad. I felt like my son was taken advantage of the situation.I wrote to a company via their website, politely asking their policy. Its been ten days, but theres no reply yet. After all, the dryer is working now and theres no doubt that the repairman was skillful. Im not sure how this company runs their business, though.

Appointment was for 9-10am, charges $64.95 service fee plus $20 per 1/4 hour(every 15 minutes of work). No call and no repairman at 9:40. Called to check in and was told that the repairman will be here at 10 as he was just finishing up a job 25 minutes away(not sure how he would make it by 10am if he is working in another town). At 9:55 they call me back to tell me that he us still at the previous job and that it would 11am. She asked if that would work, I asked her to hold; I needed to check with with the person who is waiting for the repairman so she can get to work, she then just said, ok great, I will let the repairman know. I then stopped her and asked her again to hold so I can check with a family member. It was then agreed that the repairman would be here at 11am. 11:15, 11:20, 11:25.... Still no call, no repairman. They finally arrived at 11:35 and got to work at 11:40. At 12:13pm(33 minutes later) it had been decided that its a board issue(expensive part). He explains the charges, 45 minutes (?? Huh)of work plus the service charge. He explains he is going to only charge 20 minutes of the work time since they were late(1 hour 40 minutes late). Oh and to top it off, after we paid for the service and work, we were tgen informed that the person who issues the receipts is out of the office for awhile so we wont see a receipt for where I or so. No repair, late service, no receipt.... Did it actually happen? I am $85 broke but nothing to show for it, not even a statement, work order or receipt. The repairman were very friendly once on the property and wore masks. Business wise, the COMPANY could use customer service training including communications.

Had them come out and see ice our fridge, the technician did an outstanding job and was very quick and precise. At the end he walked us through the cause of the problem and how he fixed it really giving us a good feeling about the quality of work he did. We would highly recommend this company for anyone needing repairs done. Once again outstanding job.

Great, reliable company. Called early in the week for an issue with our gas oven. Had someone in our home within three days, even with our hectic work schedule. Michael arrived on time, did a great job to quickly identify the problem before giving me an estimate and getting it all fixed in a timely fashion. Michael was professional, kind, and courteous, and he took great care to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Its never fun to have appliance problems, but it is always helpful to know who the best company to fix those problems is.

AAA always comes through for us! Professional techs, repair turnaround is generally quick, and I trust the advice they give me when it comes to repair or replace. We recently went through a total disaster with a warranty repair company, and AAA had to come in and save us from the disaster the other company created. Have used AAA for years and will continue to!

I’ve increased my rating due to the service from that team.First edit:Manager called me back apologized for the issue and said they would take care of it and discuss it with the repair person. The office staff seem very professional. Ill update again with any results.Expensive - Damaged clothesThe repair person knocked over a bottle of bleach splattering clothes that were waiting to be washed. Offered no apology, didnt clean up after himself we were left to clean and throw away the bleach spotted clothes that were ruined. We had to air out the room before we could enter and the spilled bleach It took longer to clean up, than the repair person spent inside our home.Ive left a voicemail. Ill update this if I get a call back.

I went home for lunch and found my refrigerator and freezer not working. I called AAA and they had someone out to my house within 3 hours!! After finding a part that still had a warranty I was only charge for a service call and that saved me a few hundred dollars!! They were quick to respond, excellent service and just really nice people from the receptionist to the technician, very professional!! This was the second time that I had AAA do a repair for me and I will definitely call them again!

I found this company through Angies list and they have done some repairs for my employer at our office. I called to schedule an appointment to have my home refrigerator looked at. It had not been cooling as it should, but was still working. Initially I was told they were quite busy and could not make me an appointment until the following week, which I was fine with. When asked for my address which is in Cottage Grove (approximately 20 miles from their location) I was quoted their standard service charge and $2.00 per mile to come out. The young lady then asked me to wait while she consulted her supervisor. When she returned to the phone, she said they were too busy to make a trip to Cottage Grove and could not help me. I asked if they could refer me to someone who was not too busy to help me and I was given the name of a company with a 3 star rating. I didnt take their recommendation. What company is too busy for business? I had to give 1 star to be able to post, but I prefer no stars for you!!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. They were hired to fix my fridge and I gave permission to enter without me present. When I arrived home I discovered the technician had taken my new, light-colored bath towel from the bathroom and used it to soak up dirty water and debris in the kitchen. They left it stained, covered in gunk, and soaking wet in a pile next to the fridge. This is so disrespectful, unprofessional, and downright rude.I gave permission for them to enter my home, not to use/misuse my personal items. I would have been way more forgiving if the tech had communicated at all--left a note saying “sorry I used your bath towel” instead of just leaving a dirty, soggy mess on the floor. And why doesn’t a company that fixes fridges have their own soaker towels?!I emailed the company to let them know what happened and ask for them to purchase me a new towel. They never even bothered responding. And the day after they fixed the fridge I awoke to find everything inside frozen solid. I will NEVER use their services again and I would caution others against hiring them as well.

My clothes dryer died, mid-cycle, for no apparent reason. called AAA Quality Appliance and they sent out a repairman, Michael. he found the problem in a manner of minutes, explained it thoroughly and why it happened. he then went on to replace the defective part (a fuse at the back of the dryer) within about 15 minutes and even gave me a discount card should the other fuse fail, told me how to be sure the vent to the outdoors could/should be cleaned if necessary. i could not be happier with their courteous and service and will definitely not only use them again if i have an appliance problem but will also refer others to their excellent company. as i sit here i can hear my dryer happily running again!

Scammed by incompetent techs who failed to mention my dryer drum was cracked. Per their recommendation, ordered parts. After the replacement parts were installed ($253.00) the tech tells me the drum needs to be replaced, a $400.00 part. The $64.95 was supposed to pay for a thorough inspection. I never would have proceeded with ordering replacement parts had the told me the drum was cracked. Avoid avoid avoid. Never offered an apology, discount, or explanation. Yelp confirms same experience by other customers. I didnt know it was the customers job to ask a professional the condition of the drum. You wouldnt go back to an auto mechanic who failed to tell you your engine block was cracked after repairing a broken headlight - why would you bother calling AAA Quality Appliance Care?EDIT: Got a call from someine a few days after leaving this review. They sent me a refund check for the entire amount $253.00.

After waiting a week for my appointment, the technician just came out to my house spent less than 2 minutes and told me the problem was the vent in my dryer and AAA Quality Appliance Care does not do vents. The technician gave me a 10% coupon for someone who takes care of vents, charged me for the visit and was on his way. As a company that advertises servicing dryers I find it ludicrous that a problem as common as venting is not something that they service. When I expressed my frustration about the fact that I felt I was being ripped off and would share my experiences with realtor colleagues, I was told that if I was in the real estate business than I should be making enough money that paying for this terrible service should not bother me.

Not impressed. Neither my contractor, electrician or I was impressed by their work. I am not sure how long I paid him to trouble shoot the fact that the breaker was off when he was the one who had turned it off and forgotten to turn it back on. He didnt fix the problem with my counter top range and vent hood and told me the problem needed an electrician. My electrician fixed it in a matter of minutes and told me that it wasnt the wiring, it was the switch - an appliance technician should have figured this out. Later that day I found out my microwave isnt working. Fishy? Maybe not, but I will not be calling AAA Appliance Repair.

Our dryer broke and I had no idea who to call, so I contacted AAA Quality Appliance Care. They were able to come out 5 days after I called (and could have possibly come out sooner but that was when worked best for me). When the repairman came he was extremely friendly and told me step by step what he was doing. He also told me upright how much the parts would cost. When he found what was broken (a burnt micro-chip thing) he did not have the exact part on hand, but he did manage to manipulate a similar part into working so that my dryer did actually work until he got in the part that I needed. He came back a week later and then did the final fixes. I was given a cost estimate of a maximum of $250.00 for the labor plus the parts and the price ended up being lower than the estimate he gave me, $225.00. Overall I felt that the company was very helpful and nice and I did not feel that I was taken advantage of in any way. Another bonus is that they accept credit card payments instead of just cash. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs an appliance to be fixed.
