I explained to him what I was looking for, how much money I had down, and where I wanted my monthly payments. He provided me with detailed instructions on what I needed to bring and gave me the reassurance that they would be able to get me into a vehicle. Yesterday I went to the dealership and Mario was a man of his word. There was no attempt to change any of the previously mentioned requirements. He allowed me to pick the vehicle that would best meet my needs. I never felt like I was being pressured to sign for something that wasnt going to work for me. Yesterday I drove home with a car that I am very happy with and the monthly payments that will fit my budget. Guaranteed approval?? Yeah right... For the car they choose for you. Spent a week jumping through all there hoops. Left Weds with a loaner so they could equip the car with a GPS. And when I returned with the last few items they asked from me they tell me I have to take the car they loaned me. If Im going to make payments on a car I at least want it to be the car I want. No one bothered to tell me anything till I got there. Ridiculous!! Avoid this dealership at all costs. They do not stand by there motto!

I bought a car in February 2016. I had no credit and they got me into a vehicle within a couple of hours. On the way home driving my car starts overheating. I bring it back. It takes one week to fix the problem. The car consistently ran hot. After 6 months the car finally died. I had the car 6 months and need 3000 dollars for a new engine. Had more issues also but this is the killer.

I found this place by sheer luck. I had just lost my car in an accident and needed a car but my credit was not great. I drove from Spring Valley to Escondido to a car dealer that supposedly would help and it was a waste of time. I was about to come back when we drove by The Kar Place. I was reluctant to try another place but my girlfriend told me to just give it a try, the worst that could happen is they say no as well. Pulled up and was greeted by a guy named Luis. He was really laid back and friendly. I told him the situation of what had happened that I really needed a car for work and I also explained my credit issues due to divorce. He was very understanding and i also told him i had very little to put down. He had me look around the lot for something i liked. There was one tahoe that was plenty roomy for us (since i have 3 boys) but it was a bit out of reach. I found a beautiful 2000 Chevy impala in immaculate condition fully loaded with low miles. Luis went out of his way and came back with an approval from his boss! I was extremely happy and very grateful for their help. Luis will go to bat for you and the owner will help you out as long as you are honest and upfront. I now have my own car again and has made our lives so much easier.......I really cant thank Luis enough for all the help.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in search of a car.ASK FOR LUIS!

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Joe Sanchez was trying to rip me off. Very kind at first but once I didnt want to make the deal he turned in the rudest sales rep I have ever met and didnt want to give me my money back and even started yelling at my father and told him to go outside. I was about to get screwed by a lady from Miramar Sports Cars when she cancelled my appointment to hang out with her daughter instead of selling me a Subaru.
