5 star customer service great service advisor. I live in La Jolla and I have been taking my car to Audi Escondido for all service needs. Anthony has been my service advisor but on my most recent service visit he was on his lunch and Greg helped me with my service needs. He was a 5 star service advisor just like Anthony. Their new video inspection is awesome too. In the video you can see all the major inspections. Thank you Audi Escondido for great customer service and keep up the good work and improvements.

I typically don’t take the time to rate places unless they do an amazing job or a terrible one… so, let’s just start by saying I got my Audi here :). Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I want to share my personal experience I had with Allan. He doesn’t try to up-sell you or make you feel uncomfortable. He is personable and takes his time to explain everything. I got a feeling that my dad was selling me a car 😌 which is the best compliment anyone could ever get. I would definitely recommend Allan for your next purchase. I had a serious rat infestation in my Q7. These critters ate the wires on the steering column. Horrible! Cathy in Service was amazingly helpful, great t me right in and kept me posted. Ed in Service sent a video of the damage. He had it fixed same day! My car also had a broken brake light cover. Ed fixed that, too.I highly recommend Audi Escondido for sales, as well as service. A great group of people!

Ended up finding my dream car on the showroom floor at Audi Escondido. Considering the chip shortage right now, I was nothing short of impressed I was able to find the exact color interior/exterior I wanted. I originally was looking at Audi San Diego, and they were extremely pushy, even after I told them I was in no rush to buy a vehicle. It was a breath of fresh air working with the team in Escondido. Jaron and Todd in the sales department were phenomenal. They made the process smooth, and never pressured me to leave with a car that day. Tim in finance was excellent, working to get me the best rate possible. I ended up getting a car for thousands less than what the other dealer tried to sell me on. Overall, they are a fantastic team, and they genuinely just love cars. Jaron has even been helpful after purchase! Next time I am in the car market, I will be returning to Audi Escondido! I bought a 2014 Honda Accord EX from here. Michael and Allan are super chill to work with, even for a first-time buyer. Michael even took me on a test drive twice and answered all my questions about the car, the dealership and everything I wanted to know about car buying. These guys made honest suggestions about the car that I should buy and made buying experience a breeze.The only thing that didnt work well for me was the financing, which I guess is more due to my credit history (or lack of) and the limited number of banks with which their dealership works.

Excellent experience all around at Audi Escondido. I worked with Allan P. and he is one of the most genuine and friendly people you will meet. This dealership definitely has a more personal vibe than a lot of the other big busy car lots I’ve been to. There was no pressure and no bs. Highly recommend!

Audi Escondido is wonderful. The service staff is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. In one day they were able to diagnose and repair a steering column issue in my 3 year old Q7 that it had been having since it was brand new that Audi San Diego was incompetent/negligent in repairing. After years of poor treatment by the service department at Audi San Diego it was refreshing to work with Audi Escondido. I will be using Audi Escondido for all of my car care needs going forward.

We leased a new Q3 last weekend and couldn’t be happier.After tons of research, looking at all brands, and sitting in cars, we decided Audi was for us. While shopping, we came to the dealership 6 months ago. Alex greeted us and treated us like valued customers even when we weren’t going to drive off the lot with a car that day. Because we didn’t know what we wanted, he took the time to open different models, answer questions, and made it a very pleasant experience.Fast forward to last weekend. We decided to look again and Alex came out to greet us again. We chatted for a bit and began to look at the Q3 because we decided that is what we wanted. Guy was great to work with. The only problems were, I got home to Yuma and found no screws for the plates. I cant find any in my house that fit so have to go out and find some. Not so easy being heat intolerant to have to go out looking for some in the extreme heat where I live. And my printer quit on me, so I had to run all over looking for a place with a printer in 116 degree heat just so I could get the paperwork for temporary plates. It would have been so much easier to have just had the actual paperwork in the first place rather than on a thumb drive. I ended up so sick from being out in the heat too long. Otherwise, it was great working with Guy, Rubi and the rest of the people there. And I think I got a great deal on my Traverse.

AVOID the parts department at all costs! Worse attitude ever and legitimately unprofessional. They were ready to cut me a new key for my car without EVEN CHECKING ID. Thieves can come here and have keys made for someones car without them even knowing, just by having the VIN.I came here to save $20 over the Carlsbad location, but after waiting for 45 minutes for someone to get back to me while the whole dealership was empty, I left and am never coming back. Save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else, you will thank me.

I actually really liked buying my Volkswagen here. It was priced under market and then I haggled a little. They didnt give me full trade in value for my car, but close enough. They didnt try to cheat me out of anything or upsell me or force me to take their APR. No one was slimey. The whole process of car buying took 4 hours from test drive to finish. I would buy from them again, except next car I get will be a Tesla...

I was new to California so I had difficulties collecting proof of residency and to verify but Allen made it simple and quick. Terrible experience over the phone every time Icall I got referred to sales department and I had someone told me to call me back never did?!I called again regarding an SQ5 model, they told there is one in stock and they don’t do cutomized orders.Definetely not calling back or picking up.Although I have to say they are professional polite and reject you gently.

I live in Chula Vista and tried Audi at Miramar for service first where I had the most horrible experience, as they crashed my car and they didn’t want to be responsible for it. Since then, about four years ago, I have been coming to Audi of Escondido where I found just friendly and professional staff from the time a bring my car to the time I pick it up.

Quick diagnosis, and also a speedy turnaround time on the repairs for a somewhat major job. Greg was always in constant communication, and clearly called out some applicable emissions warranty work as well. I’ll be back for all of my other repair and maintenance needs!

They were responsible, respectful, and helped me when I needed it. Unlike Audi Carlsbad, who’s Service representative said “are you done because I have another customer in line.” I guess customers on the phone aren’t customers??.. and told me I wouldn’t be seen until next week Thursday for an oil drain.. so I called Audi Escondido. They answered all of my questions, gave me a timeline, and set me up with an appointment next day for something that only took about 20-25 minutes. I was in and out and my car was fixed, cleaned, and waiting for me. Thank you Audi Escondido for the excellent customer service thats expected from a top brand and what I consider the my favorite!

Alex was nice.. it was clean.. just the typical sales stuff. My biggest complaint is that the workers were in a room and with no mask... disgusting.people are trying to be safe.

It has been a long time since I have stepped into a dealership to buy a new car. I was absolutely surprised how easy and fast everything went. For my last purchase, it was an all day, haggling, waiting for everything to go through experience.Not at all what happened to me yesterday with Alex (and Lisa) at Audi Escondido!The price was pretty much hammered out through email, it was competitive with Audi of San Diego, they had the exact color I wanted, and I feel like I got a very good deal.I had the keys to my new A4 before the morning was over. The sales experience, for sure, deserves five stars.

There are so many dealerships and at least one much closer but I choose to come to this dealership. Service staff is the best. Very friendly, accommodating and give me the confidence my car is in good hands and getting only what is required to keep my Audi top notch. The service I’ve received overall at this dealership and two others in different counties and of course the way the Audi handles, the safety and handling and of course design has me convinced I will be sticking with Audi for a very long time. I’ve had other German imports and other manufacturers but Audi by far my favorite. Keep up the great service and making such an awesome vehicle!!

I dropped in unannounced reacting to a check engine light appeared. The Service Advisor, Greg, greeted me immediately and did everything he could to accommodate me and get me back on the road! I appreciated that. He explained exactly what would happen and followed up as promised. My Q7 was completed on time, and the warning light turned out to be a minor issue. ( They could have told me anything!) I would recommend Audi Escondido or any Penske dealership for that matter. Honesty and integrity COUNT!

All of the services were completed. However, Ive brought my vehicle in quite a few times, and still the break pads/shoes still squeak loud. I asked if the dust was cleaned, and every time they say yes, but the squeak still exists. Maybe I need to take my vehicle to another Audi Service Center.

After making several attempts to contact the Audi dealership in Temecula that is literally 10 minutes away from me, I found myself extremely frustrated and feeling helpless because no one would return my calls. All I needed was my battery to be replaced and I finally decided to reach out to Audi of Escondido. Wow! The experience from start to finish was a total 180 of what I had been receiving at the Audi right near me! The phone operators and service schedulers were impressively professional and were able to provide me with an appointment same day and had loaner cars available for my convenience (the Audi in Temecula typically does not have loaners available). Tony P facilitated my service and was extremely pleasant and transparent throughout the entire process. He had me in the door and in a loaner car in less than 10 minutes from me arriving and for that I am hugely appreciative. Needless to say, I will make the 35 minute drive to Escondido anytime I need service and especially when Im ready to buy a new Audi. They definitely have my business! Thank you all so much!!

I went in to have a new key programmed and get a recall done on my car. Issues came up, they explained the situation, put me in a loaner car and I was on my way within 5 minutes. Got the call the next day to say my car was ready to go. Mayra, the service writer, was so awesome and went way beyond to make my experience great. I always do my own work so this was the first time Ive ever taken in any of my cars to a dealership, ever, and if I have to take it in again Ill definitely be returning to escondido.

Excellent Sales and Customer Service from the time I called to find the car I wanted with Karin, to the ease of the financing part with Max & Tim (that is usually painful as was not), to the time Guy spent with me explaining the details of the car and then following up to make sure everything was okay and see if I had any questions. While is was a bit of a drive for me to find this car, I will more than likely make that drive again for my service maintenance because of the quality and friendliness of the team.

When my car malfunctioned on the road I drove straight to Audi Escondido. The check-in process took no more than 10 minutes. I was given a loaner car and was back on the road within about 20 minutes total. The repair was done in 24 hours and cost less the estimate. I was back in my owncar in about 10 minutes. Greg, my service rep, exceeded my expectations with the fastest, most efficient service possible.

Excellent customer service, Max Blomgren went above and beyond, even driving down to Chula Vista to take care of the documentation process. This is my second vehicle at Audi of Escondido, and even though for me its something of a drive, I wouldnt think of doing business anywhere else.

In a word, our experience was flawless. We returned to buy our second Audi less than 2 months after our first purchase. We were so thrilled the first time that we came running back to Max. He understands us and our needs so well and was able to get us driving off in our new car in less than 2 hours from the time we pulled into the dealership.
