Not enough time in a day. Good mechanic, extremely poor communication/ customer service skills.

I am working out of town inn ny realized my inspection was up 8/31. Called parade auto after a google search explained my dilemma to Naz, he told me to come down and got me in that day. I thought it was gonna be an easy inspection turns out I needed new breaks and a tire, Naz explained he would get me in today since I drove 2 hrs from New York and ge really realized the sense of urgency. I waited maybe 2 hrs and that included waiting for parts to arrive. I thought that was fantastic given I called him last minute. Pricing was up front and discussed before work began. He only charged me for what needed to be done. If you want an honest, efficient, mechanic with great customer service I would encourage you to go to parade auto. I will be driving the 2 hrs for my mechanic needs going forward. It good to know that Erie has good honest home town businesses in the heart of Erie. Thx parade auto, you truly saved the day!

GREAT service at a great price - the owner Naz, was very friendly.

Overall bad experience, Went with out a car for 2 weeks for minor work . The man constantly told me he would call me and never once called me he didn’t even keep my number after giving it to him multiple times . When he finally gave me feed back I slipped up and told him I had around a $400 budget, he than gave me a total of exactly $400 when I asked him to Give me a receipt the price than changed to $380 for work that didn’t match the prices he gave me in the first place. When I received my car he told me he didn’t put the brakes in (which I previously purchased) the next day I realized he kept the brakes. They ruined my rims & They broke the studs of off my tires and never replaced them, so I only have half of the lug nuts on my tires . ( something I would of had no problem with if he would’ve informed me I needed to purchase those items to have it up to par ) Communication was TERRIBLE . Very untrustworthy in my opinion, worse than back yard mechanic.Update : the issue was never even fixed . I’m still having the same problems .

Naz is THE MAN! I love love love Parade Auto. Naz and his brother Case are some of the best mechanics I have ever had work on my cars. They are straight shooters and they do good work at an affordable price. They are impeccably honest too and anyone who knows auto repair know that the trifecta of honesty, quality and great price is like finding the Holy Grail. Naz is from Iraq and it is great to support his American Dream. He has posters up around the office of his 6 years serving alongside the US armed forces. So, supporting him is supporting a veteran too. Maybe the shop doesnt scream high-class from the outside, but never judge a book by its cover --- the people at this shop are world class dudes.
