The staff at Dunn Tire go above and beyond. They were packed on a Saturday when I came in because there was a screw in my tire. They werent able to patch it but gave me options to get it fixed quick. They were very hinest and helpful.

I thought the tires were expensive, but when I brought my car back with a slow leak, they fixed it, no appointment and free of charge. I know thats what they should do, but not everyone does what they should. Pleasantly surprised!

Went in for a rotation & leaking tire. They took my car back immediately for the repairs. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Whole experience took an hour and I was back on the road. They even proactively checked my brakes and let me know they needed replaced. Even generated a quote for the brake repairs. Overall I’m satisfied with the service and recommend visiting them.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. I totally go by reviews, especially when I’m not familiar with the area. I was in town moving my daughter and my tire went flat the night before. I called AAA to get a donut put on temporarily but came in Dunn’s the next morning after reading reviews. They were so nice, fixed me up and I was on my way back to Pittsburgh safe and sound! Excellent service, friendly staff, best prices I have found in Erie. Monroe muffler on Buffalo road wanted to charge me $869 for a job. Dunn was $647 and I tipped the mechanic for his speed of service.Im going to Dunn for everything now, as a woman some garages will gouge me.. Not Dunn they are the man!

I had a very positive experience at Dunn Tire On Peach Street, Erie, PA. Very professional in making sure I knew how long it will be etc. Everyone was really nice and considerate. I liked how they informed me of what I might need in the future. No strong arm tactics.

The Dunn tire on peach Street was able to get my car in on the same day Easter weekend. The gentleman were kind, conscientious, and patient with my questions and concerns. They showed me all the options for new tires. All the price ranges and told me about the rebates. They even told me which tires they had and which were on their mothers cars. Wonderful service had a mishap on Sunday with one of my tires had my vehicle towed to Dunn tire on Peach Street. They were able to find leaks on the two tires that have been losing air very slowly for months. They fixed them and for very little cost to me. I purchased these tires from them and they hold true with their tire warranty.

Have an ongoing issue with a slow leak. The folks at the Peach Street Dunn addressed the issue and didn’t overcharge me to fix it. Service was great. They also are taking appropriate COVID precautions which meant a lot. I recommend them.

Good quick thorough service. they found the fact that my battery was getting low so I was able to get it replaced before it died and left me in a bind.

The employees have always been kind, patient, and flexible. My husband and I both go there for tires and service repairs. My husband is very knowledgeable of mechanics and weve never felt like Dunn has ever tried to screw us over nor manipulate us into services we didnt require. I would strongly suggest them to anyone.

Excellent service and rapport with personnel. They were honest in what they could or could not do. (My vehicle has tire pressure sensor bands that must be replaced at dealer.)They found a nail in one tire and replaced stem in another. Rotated tires and were done in record time!I will definitely be a repeat customer! Good job by one and all!

Gary, who checked me in, was professional and remembered me from previous visits despite the busyness of the time.. The oil change and tire rotation was done quickly. I was very satisfied .

I came in looking for snow tires. First I went to Monro tires and got quoted $494 for Sumito Ice Edge tires. Instead of getting it there, I decided to check elsewhere and sure enough Dunn Tire had them. They had the same tires and with the service of changing the tires it was about $300. I actually used their text service to find this information and to schedule an appointment. While I was navigating the website they reached out to check about questions and that prompted the text conversation. I liked that because I found the tires alright on the website, but I didnt know where to schedule the appointment. When I got there the people were nice, and respectful enough to keep there masks on the entire time. I know that might seem obvious, but when I was at Monro tires within less than 5 minutes the guys mask was off and remained off for the rest of the transaction. Having had two family members already get Covid, and seeing what happened to them I dont want it. I really dont want to risk getting it either. Anyways, back to the point, the guy at Dunn Tire came back to let me know the condition of my old tires, which I thought were fine but they really werent. He asked me questions about changing the lug nuts on my tires instead of assuming. Theyre waiting area didnt have a lot there, but it made sense. They removed the coffee maker, and didnt have food out. The chairs were stacked so there was space between people. They used to have newspapers out, but they dont anymore. They just have a vending machine. I found this respectful given our current situation. I brought books with me so it didnt really bother me.

Got exactly the tires I wanted, accommodated my schedule to get me in ASAP, 4 tires mounted quickly and I was on my way. Competitive prices! I did have to add additional 8 psi air to each tire on my way home though...no big deal

This was the single most annoying automotive maintenance experience that I have had in my life. They couldnt remove my lugnuts. That is a basic function of running a tire business. I am nearly speechless. I had to pay $100 to have my car towed less than a mile to another tire shop. They were able to get my tires on in less than an hour. Please dont ever go to this location. Literally go ANYWHERE else first if possible. I would attempt to manufacture my own tires at home before I ever set foot in this location again.

The guys are great at Dunns on Peach St Erie . Me being a female they take their time and explain everything they did on my vehicle, They also go over any issues or concerns or issues that need to be addressed as far needed repaired rather as soon as possible or in near future.. Again all around great customer service and well i dont mind sitting around while my vehicle is being taking care of cause we always seem to have a laugh ..

I gave four stars only because after buying four brand new snow tires and having them mounted on my off market wheels they would not put my new snow tires on my car because they did not have tire sensors. This is not against the law and I am 67 years old and it is also the eighth winter that those wheels are going onto my vehicle so I didn’t like that I had to now find somebody to put them on for me. Other than that they were wonderful, the price was reasonable and they even accommodated my appointment and moved it to a day sooner due to a family emergency. I would highly recommend the facility but I think that if it wasn’t against the law they should’ve put the tires on my car for me at my request even if I would have to sign a waiver.
