I had taken my 2009 Honda Pilot to fix the ac to 3 different mechanics, then I went to Canfield. Boom its fixed and running. Hardly a cost at all. The staff is kind and got the job done. I will never ever go to another place again and I highly recommend them. Thanks again guys!!!!

Great quality service. I had my 1962 Galaxie 500 XL radiator recored there and they did a fantastic job and it was cheaper than having to buy a new radiator. Ive used their service many time since 1977 when I moved to Erie.

Unless it is something straightforward, I wouldnt recommend Canfield. We paid $150 to have our vehicle towed there, just to have them tell us they didnt know what was wrong with it. Instead of paying again to have it towed back to the house, we took our chances and drove it home. The good thing though is that the people were very nice and they didnt charge us much.

I waited to write this review and Im ready to say what I have to say. I went to canfield in summer 2020 to get an inspection and they told me I needed to get my rockers fixed and I needed a joint so I went and got the repairs. Came back they said I needed both they said I needed both done and do a front end alignment they did it passed inspection but my engine light was on and they told me I needed a gasket chain I was like wow so I took it to someone else and they did a d a o2 sensor so I put it off a few months the car was running fine. A timing gasket is a chain or something inside the engine Iyour car will break down if driven like that its now spring 2021 I got the sensor fixed and my car still on the road and guess what I think I need a FEA

After diagnosing the issue and giving me a price, they suggested that I check back with the dealer because the car was recently purchased. Fixed an old radiator for about a third the price of a new one. Dropped it off in the morning was completed that afternoon. Good service with the old school feel of confidence in the repair.

Nolan was sensational. He knew I had to get home to take care of my wife and lent me a car. My dealership was going to charge me for a new compressor and all it needed was a recharging. Outstanding service!

We were preparing for a trip out of town when we realized our van needed a new radiator. Canfield was the only one in Erie that had the one in stock we needed👍. I was very impressed how neat and orderly it was inside! The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful as ever dropped off 3 radiators one in poor condition one hour later the worst one was ready. I have dealt with them a long time and hopefully a long time to come.

So lastnight it was freezing & my heat stopped working in my car😫.. I panicked didnt know what to do.. Winter is coming & I cant go without heat.. So a friend told me about Canfield Auto.. I took my 2005 Toyota - unscheduled - into Canfield Radiator for a problem with my heat. They accommodated me with no problem, and with in an hour I was on my way with heat in my car. Canfield Radiator is the best and know there business. I took my old truck radiator there and they checked it out and were honest and got it back to me short time and the price was reasonable. Its no wonder they have been it business for many years they treat the customer right and I well know all jobs are not easy. It is nice to have pleasant knowledgeable people to deal with these days

Living out of state, we needed to help our grandson in Erie when his car heater quit. We contacted Canfield Auto Radiator, they suggested he bring his van in the next day, and by that afternoon our grandson was on his way with a car that was heated and defrosting his windshield. Canfield was not only quick and efficient, they also proved to be friendly and kind as well as fair-priced.

Very friendly and accommodating. We had an emergency radiator leak and are going on vacation tomorrow. Although they couldnt promise from the beginning that the van could be done in time, they worked it in and were able to replace our radiator and fix our AC in time for us to stay on schedule. Wonderful customer service! We were driving through the area when we found a coolant leak. We were on a tight timeline to get it fixed ASAP so we could continue on our way to a wedding the coming weekend. We arrived at Canfield first thing the next morning and they were extremely helpful to diagnose the problem (leak in water pump) and fix it in a same day to not interfere with our plans. My boyfriend and I live full time on the road in our 2006 Sprinter Van- it can be very stressful to find reliable auto repair shops on the road, especially one that knows how to work on Sprinters. Canfield was knowledgeable, friendly and provided great service. Bonus: they had fast WiFi in their waiting room.Thank you Canfield!

My heat just stopped working in cold weather. My dad recommended canfield and they got me in right away!! Fifteen minutes later and my heat was on!! They were honest and affordable.. It was an easy fix for them, but with me not knowing anything about how it works, it could have been drastic. I definitely recommend canfield!!
