Autumn deserves a raise!!!!! Recently had broken my phone, had to order a new one. It shouldve been at the Englewood location within a few days. A few days turned into 13. With no fault of her own, Autumn kept in touch with me about the arrival and her concern was greater than mine. She is a WONDERFUL person. I will send family and friends who use Verizon to her location any chance I get. Thank you again Miss. Autumn, youre amazing!!!!!

I entered this store having earlier spent over 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon customer service because my Verizon landline was not working. I couldn’t send or receive calls. Your representative was courteous and was resolved to solve my issue. Working with others on the phone and taking the lead in problem solving it became clear that the new equipment that I was sent to replace my original was sent with a battery or SIM card. He found one to install and solved the problem. He never was in a rush and remained pleasant the entire time. He was an excellent representative of your company.

Rob was friendly, professional and demonstrated exemplary customer service.It was an absolute pleasure to have been a customer of this Verizon location. I cant say enough great things about three staff here. Autumn and Kyra were a big help figuring out my account issue and helping get it figured out. Ended up on a better plan and upgraded our phone. Its refreshing to see that there still good customer service and that Im appreciated as a customer.

The crew at this store is PHENOMENAL!! Autumn and Kyra, especially, were very helpful to two people who really werent sure what we wanted (or needed) regarding getting new phones/plans. They were willing to take as much time with us as we needed. They were also honest and didnt try to upsell products to us we wouldnt use. In fact, they did their best to try and get us the best deal they possibly could. I would highly recommend using this store if you need any help with Verizon products. These ladies are awesome! 👍😁❤️

I visited this store for the first time the other day. The store was very busy and the woman working did an excellent job taking care of everyone’s needs and answering questions. I also spoke with the manager who was very professional and personable. Overall, great experience.

No help at all. Literally took a phone out and googled to find an answer. The answer to not receiving text messages on a brand new phone you may ask??? Call the tech service number. What a joke.. Sincerely do not waste your time as the customer service does NOT want to help.

If I could leave a 10 star review I would.First let me start off by saying that I all most left verizon because the first store that set up my business account lied to me and didnt get me all the promos that I was promised. account has been messed up since day 1 and still is a year later. But these awesome rock star ladies at the englewood office has been completely AMAZING. I mean from the moment I stepped foot into the store, I was welcomely greeted with smiles and loud enthusiastic hellos. Autumn promptly tried to access my account but her tablet gave her some problems so, instead of sending me on my way she said call customer service and Ill have them upgrade you that way. I love how she was solution oriented and didnt just hit me with the Im sorry, theres nothing I can do line. while Autumn and customer service were setting up my upgrade, Kyra was asking about my day and why I wanted to upgrade and when I told her the space was running out too fast she effortlessly gave me her professional opinion and I went from upgrading to the iphone 12 mini 64gb to the iphone 12 mini 128gb. These young ladies are the real deal and take pride in taking care of their customers. I will never go to any other verizon. If a manager is reading this, these ladies are stellar and are deserving of a raise. Thank you Thank you Thank you for such great service. It really means a lot to me

Dishonest practicesI went in for a replacement for a Pixel 1, I was told the store was out of the pixel 4a I wanted so I gave the go ahead for the pixel 5.As Garren worked and multitasked inefficiently for 30 or more minutes getting the new phone setup I noticed he had pulled a 4a not a 5. When I questioned him he did apologize and made the comment hed compensate me for my time by giving me accessories when the pixel 5 arrived and also get the activation fee waived.Guess what neither happened, and still continues not to happen after repeatedly stopping by the store. Even the coworkers at the store will perpetuate the lies and tell you to come back in when Garren is working.Garren will sound like decent person with his talk of God and being blessed but in reality he exudes zero qualities of being honest.Do yourself a favor and go to a real Verizon store not this authorized retailer.

0 stars if I could. Dont choose this store if ordering online. They wont have the phone, wont answer when you call, and wont be open during their posted hours. When you finally do decide to be open, they will tell you to call customer service because they cant help you.

You need a phone, this place does the job. You have any sort of question outside of just getting a phone... forget it. several time have we gone in to this store with an issue and they never have an answer, and 9 out of 10 times just pull out their phones to google. because apparently that wasnt our first thought before going there.

Wouldnt turn on my new phone and move contacts unless I would pay him $35!?!?!?!?!. I think him Id with Verizon as a business customer since Verizon was born and had never had to pay to switch phones. I got the feeling they werent a REAL Verizon store but he insisted they were legit company store and that was the policy.??? 40 years Verizon not cool!!!!

This store is kept really nice and clean. The staff at this location are friendly and great, and also very knowledgeable about the products and services. Some of them are newer but if they dont know how to solve the problem or answer your questions they let you know and go above and beyond to find an answer or solution. I definitely recommend this store, even if you have had a bad experience in the past changes where made and I would give it another chance.

They sold a phone without a case. I shouldnt have let my husband do this. They told us you will get the case quickly in the mail and we said we are going on vacation next week. Oh no problem they said. Guess what its not coming until after we leave. So we call them and they said we can refund the case. It came with the Deal. We can check Springfield or Beavercreek. No thats 30 or more minutes away. What about Huber Heights I ask. Thats a corporate store so they have no affiliation. Not going back.

The staff at the Englewood Verizon are terrific. I am a senior and not very familiar with how to do many of the things that are available on my phone. I have stopped by the store several times asking how to accomplish various things and every staff member has been so very helpful and accommodating. I would and have told several of my friends to use this Verizon store as they will feel very comfortable and will receive good and very friendly service. A heartfelt thanks to everyone that works there and has been so very kind to me .

My mother and I went to this location to have her iPhone set up that we purchased on line at Verizon. We were told that he couldnt transfer her contacts at his location and told they would also have to charge us 20$ for the setup. He suggested we should go the the hoke road Verizon store for better help. Come to find out, he didnt want to help us because he wasnt making a sale or commission off of us. My father had also been to this location and had a similar problem on another day.

Just went into the store with the specific intention to purchase a phone including accessories for my daughter for her birthday. Both employees were loosely handling customers but neither were encumbered to the point where the couldn’t acknowledge a new customer. Still no hello, or we will be right with you etc. then as I stood looking at phones right next to an employee for a few minutes he finally acknowledged and said he wasn’t sure if anyone had. I assured him they had not. He said hello but then again right back to his other customer again, no we will be with you shortly, go ahead and browse etc. the other employee still said nothing. I felt like it was assumed we were not there to be paying customers and minimal to no effort at customer service was required. I promptly left and heading to another location. Hopefully they will make you feel like they actually want your business. Highly disappointed.

Only putting one star because I have to.... Went to this Verizon store in Englewood because i wanted to switch from Sprint to Verizon. The lady told me that I was not able to because the CDMA was not compatible, and I would have to buy a brand new phone to be able to transfer to Verizon. I called the store in Huber Heights to see what all I could do and they said, as long as the phone was paid for and unlocked I would be able to transfer. Moral of the story she’s a liar, wanted to get paid and scam me... Never coming here again.

DISASTER! Took us over a month to finally get our phone. They sent the first phone we ordered to a store in New Jersey and then claimed the order was never made despite the fact that we had an order confirmation. MY 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER CALLED THEM TO TRY TO REMEDY AND THEY WERE RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. Eventually, we reordered and they told us theyd call when it arrived. They did not. So finally we called them. They said they didnt have it. WHAT!? We called again the next day by now we are understandably irate. Finally they located it. It had been there when we called the day before. UGH! Who has time for that? To add insult to injury they were nonchalant about their error and made no apologies or concessions. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THE WIRELESS ZONE IN ENGLEWOOD, OHIO TO ANYONE. Please heed our warning and take you business elsewhere. Our whole experience was nothing short of HORRENDOUS.

My experience at this particular location was absolutely horrible! I was waited on by one of their technicians named Josh. I needed help with a new phone I purchased through Verizon. He told me I needed to pay him in order for him to assist me. I told him that was new. He said if I were to get an oil change on my car I would have to pay even though I had purchased a car from a dealer. Mine are all free. Anyway, I informed him no other location has ever charged to assist me with my phone. This has been the case for over 25 years! He stated it is up to the discretion of the stores to charge according to their corporate office since they are paid on commission. He said he would waive the fee if I would purchase a tablet or another device. I already have one, which I dont use. So, he told me to continue using the locations in Huber Heights or Fairfield if I did not want to incur a fee for assistance. Sad day. This is a new store. I like patronizing the businesses in my neighborhood, but I guess I will have to return to Huber Heights or Fairfield for help with a newly purchased phone from Verizon.

My experience here was absolutely horrible took me a month to get my phone, they sent my first phone to a store in WV then lied and said they had no record of me ordering a phone. They also didnt notify me of fees that I was being charged, I had to call Verizon directly to get these fees removed off of my bill. NEVER AGAIN!

I had a problem with at&t and so the Verizon store. And joe was so outstanding fixed that which at&t coukd not fix. Joe did not pressure me in any way. Joe is not only extremely knowledgeable but was kind caring and very wearing engaging personality. It is very rare to find a quality person like joe that represents Verizon in magnificent ways.
