I am retracting my previous review. When we test drove our newly purchased vehicle we were told that it was new to the lot and hadn’t been detail cleaned yet, but that they would do it before we picked it up.My husband picked up the vehicle today and it seems like it was vacuumed at best. There are spots on the seats. Crumbs and dirt in the center console. Oil streaks on the windows. The sunroof window is filthy. There is an oily residue all over the back ledge of the vehicle that you can see has run down the back of the vehicle.In addition there is a white residue on the passenger side windows that we were assured by our salesman Chris would come off during the detail.I had an overall pleasant experience until now. It feels as though they got their money and then couldn’t care less about us or the service

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would ! Do not buy from this place! You will regret it just as I did.First off they let us purchase a car that has a bearing problem was promised to get fixed the following day. No one kept us updated on the vehicle we had to call ourselves to figure out what was happening two days later we called and they said they haven’t even started on the car. Smh. We then complained to the Owner & he end up helping a lot. We got the car the next day. He then said we should have gotten an oil change the sticker would be on the right hand side of the front window. We trusted him & didn’t check. Turns out we never even got a oil change sense being in the shop for 4 days! The car started to over heat after only having it for 2 days.We took it in to Frankie who said the engine was leaking and he needed to order a Part.The next day the car started to over heat AGAIN and smoke started to come from the engine! This place is the worse place to purchase a new car especially for first timers ! Save your time & money to a dealership who’s worth it !

But, 2 weeks after I purchased the car, I took it to a mechanic to look over. He told me that he used to work for shop not far from TSR. He had said they had been known in the past, to buy cars from insurance companies, that had been totaled or close to. Then fix them up just enough to sell legally. He told me about some shady stuff they would do and how he thinks they got away with it. I wanted to mention this because I really thought it was odd that no other dealership in Denver had more than a handful of cars but their lot was completely full. I wanted to mention this so that you could know to go have someone look at your car before you bought it. My original rating has moved from five stars to four for this reason. Worst car lot EVER!!!! No one calls you back as promised. Had the car for less then a month and has been in 2 different shops and still not fixed when asking them why I should make my car payment Brandon says that the mechanic will tell me about the car payment. They want no communication with their customers once you sign that contract when you call and ask for rob who is the general manager he’s on lleas

(THE SHARPEST RIDES, MORE LIKE THE SHARPEST KNIFE YOULL EVER GET IN YOUR BACK!) I could not recommend this dealership. My friend leased a car from here about 5 months ago less than a week in the engine light came on the dealership told them to monitor it( like any normal person knows how to plug in a obd2 scanner to their car and run their codes) took it in said its fine couple days later in the engine light came on yet again! (crazy right almost like they just cleared the codes) then the car had a turbo failure, was in the repair shop for a whole month. When asked about the progress they said oh you can pick it up in 4 days!(after weeks of trying to get ahold of the place) Then when the car was so called fixed it broke down yet again 2 days later with a engine oil pressure warning so im guessing either the turbo failed yet again or a head gasket failure. The car has sat in the parking lot for 2 months now and the dealership refuses to receive any calls or return any calls from my friend. Wile refusing to put the lease on hold till the situation is dealt with. To me this sounds like a money hungry dealership selling rebuilt cars with cheap parts at retail prices to people who dont know any better. 11K is a lot for a car with 100k on the clock thats essentially a glorified warning cone at the moment.

Dishonest. Poor customer service. Avoid.Recently bought a vehicle here. A sales manager made what seemed like a good deal. I very clearly told him I was agreeing to the numbers based on it being the highest trim level. He reassured me about this and said we can get that in writing and sold me the base model worth $4,000 less according to KBB.com and NADA.com - either not knowing and not caring (incompetent) or intentionally being dishonest about it. Also sold the vehicle without the $850 Toyota charging cable and promised they had it in a shed and could get it the next day. That never happened and was also false, but I was able to get reimbursed for a $220 3rd party cable. In numerous calls to the dealership, the salesman would say he would call back but then not, and did not respond to a couple emails. It seemed like he was just putting me off hoping I would stop calling. Another sales manager basically told me I should have done more research and was basically saying in so many words that it is my responsibility and it is OK for them to lie to customers and make these kinds of deals based on a falsehood. The GM didnt reply to an email about this, so all around terrible customer service and apparently a culture that is just fine with dishonest sales and wont take any responsibility or even apologize for something like this.Obviously I should have done more research and been more careful and not trusted this person or this dealership, but the car was a Canadian model which had a heated steering wheel, whereas the US models only have heated steering wheels at the highest trim level, which made it confusing. Various VIN check websites also show the vehicle as all 3 different trim models. I also have never had a bad experience buying a car before and found other businesses to be honest and straightforward, and would not think a dealer would want to allow something like this to happen. I later learned it was the base model based on the size of the info display, cloth seats, and several other differences.

Definitely recommend the Sharpest Rides if you’re looking for a car. They have a lot of options, great financing rates and willing to work with your credit. Chris Jennings hooked me up with a 2017 Chevy Sonic and recommended some great auto insurance options as well.

Weird experience… also, the gas tank was empty when I picked it up and spare pieces to something (I have no idea what) were just clanging around in my vehicle? I would NOT recommend any of my friends or strangers to buy from here. Be warned. Get the car inspected and trust no one here.

Today, 9/19/2021 I went a purchased a car from The Sharpest Rides. I left the lot at closing time at 9:00 pm. It is now exactly 12:37 and the car is broken. It won’t go into gear, makes a horrible grinding noise. None of this was present during the test drive. I drove straight from the dealership to my home in Denver and now it is in operable. I had to spend money on an Uber after a gas station run. This is completely unacceptable. I will post videos and and update when we get there but I am very, very, very upset.

This place does not even get a single star from me. I bought a Yukon Denali from this place and it never should have been on the lot. Needless to say, I drove this vehicle for maybe 10 day and took it back because they were supposed to fix body work. Once I got the vehicle back, it was not repaired so on my way to take it back it started making a noise and appeared the transmission was going out...sure enough needed a new transmission and apparently front differential. Needless to say, I have not had the vehicle I purchased since July 28th. I have been without a vehicle for two and half months and all they can say is sorry. I still do not have the vehicle in my possession, yet I cant seem to get in touch with anyone who can help me.

I did not find out that the car I purchased only had one key until after the transaction was complete and I was ready to drive away. Two months later, this frequent frustration of having to figure out who has the key dominates my overall experience at Sharpest Rides, which was fine otherwise.

Went in on a Saturday, they were very busy. But Brandon saw us right when we walked in on the lot. He pulled the 2 trucks up that we were looking at. We went on a test drive. Came back and he got the trade in and financing pushed through quickly. We had our 2 toddlers with us and Julia went out of her way to help keep them happy. We were on our way in our new Suburban and on the road. Every employee there was very helpful. They have many really nice vehicles on the lot. Highly recommend.

Dont waste your time.. Rudest place ever.. Called for information.. And they informed me, they couldnt help if my credit wasnt good.. I filled out credit applications because basicly that what they wanted. I have 5000 cash. But they to busy insulting me to here that.. Rude Rude Rude.... This is why I hate car dealers...
