. I ordered a car from this dealership and at first they were very nice until I got approved for the car. Then they were extremely nasty. The entire sale I was given bad attitude.The car is nice but for such bad customer service I would never go back or recomend any of my friends or family to them ever again. P.s. I usually dont make much of a big deal when Im not given the best customer service by anyone and I hate to give bad reviews but this experience was unacceptable. I was planning to get more cars there in the future for my business. Turns out I will be looking somewhere else to shop next time.

Just got my Smart car 🚗 on Saturday and they were wonderful. I was taken for test drive and they were wonderful and very professional. My daughter was so impressed she actually drove away with new Mercedes gorgeous car.

Called a Friday to check the inventory of Smart Cabrio. Spoke to Peter Poliandro, and was informed there was 1 black Smart Cabrio in stock. Arranged to come the day after, and he would make sure it was ready for me at noon.Arrived - had to wait for Peter for half an hour, and then spent another 20 min. walking around the lot looking for the car. He had no clue about anything, and suggested the old Smart car model instead of the new model Smart Cabrio.Turned out, they didnt even have it!What a complete waste of time!Take your business elsewhere - you are wasting your time here :-(
