I loved this car buying experience! First of all it’s my dream car and second, Groove Toyota was the second place I went to to get what I really wanted . Pamela in the sales department was incredible, very nice and communicated well with me throughout the whole process. I got my car sooner than expected and was pleased with the car I bought. The finance rep was not pushy, just know what you want before you sit down and talk finances so you don’t do what you’re not wanting. Overall, smooth, not as time consuming. I completed most of all my paperwork online or turned it in prior to my car pickup. You can choose home delivery, but I opted to go in person to pick mine up.

This was a 5/5 experience. Marlon was the sales person in charge, he was very knowledgeable and guided me to the car that met and surpassed my expectations. Very happy with the overall experience. Our 4Runner buying experience with Karen from Sales and Macy from Finance was superlative! Karen is a fantastic salesperson from start to end. She actually responded to my inquiry sent over the weekend and set up an appt for Monday. When we had previously checked your inventory I had only noted 1 vehicle similar to ones we had test driven elsewhere last week. Karen immediately walked us up to 4 vehicles that were all similar variants and turned out to be all great options. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of Toyota vehicles in answering our questions, and then politely left to let us discuss without the hovering hard sell.When we decided on our top pick she quickly set us up for a test drive. After confirming our desire to purchase, Karen efficiently walked us through the ream of paperwork signatures, and worked with Macy in the Finance team to get us a really low rate through Toyota. Probably the best car buying experience for me ever. I wasn’t sure what the car buying protocols would be but we drove in and were hoping to look at a Sienna. The receptionist took our name and vehicle interest after that we were introduced to the genuinely friendly Dan Southern. He was a pleasure to deal with, they didn’t have any Siennas in stock but had this new Tundra in stock. He didn’t pressure us with numbers and figures just told us to give it a test drive. We were sold within minutes of leaving the dealership to go for our test drive. After our return we got into a great conversation and 4 hours later we agreed to terms and left with the truck. My family and I can’t give enough praise to Dan Southern and Groove Toyota for the experience. I plan to deal with them again when the time comes.

Great team. Dan Southern was a giant help. We went to many other Toyota dealerships and couldnt get the things or truck we wanted. We bought new, ordered it mid September, and it came in, in 3 weeks. Larry Lewis did an exceptional job - we were actually getting ready to leave the dealership because we didnt see any cars in the lot that fit what we wanted, but Larry stopped us and asked if he could be of help. We explained what we were looking for and that we hadnt found anything. He was able to hunt down a vehicle that checked all our boxes, but it wasnt on the lot yet (still needed to be detailed). Buying has never been quick, so I dont blame this team. I just wish the process itself was faster.Either way, this team was great to work with, and Im pleased with the service I was given.

Customer service here is lacking, from the service lane, to the mechanics doing the work to the cashier checking me out. The Toyota care package is worthless 18,000 miles on a vehicle and told I would have 3 oil changes isn’t true. Was told by service writer they’d cover it, but was charged. Was told they’d rotate tires, didn’t. Was dismissed by the cashier who’s hygiene about made me toss my breakfast with a not my issue attitude. If you need something done on your vehicle and want a place that’s honest and will come to the finish line with a complete job and good customer service I’d go somewhere else. These people will lie to you and then act like your coming to their business was an inconvenience.

We went to Groove Toyota yesterday specifically to purchase an SUV, after pre-coordinating over the phone with Karen Anderson, one of their excellent salespeople. When we got there, even though inventory is very tight right now, she had been able to find us exactly what we were looking for, and then some. Unlike other places I have been, Karen deals in both new and used, rather than having to refer me to another salesperson for the other type of car, so it was one-stop-shopping regarding deciding whether we wanted new vs. used, and what was available in her inventory. She was very personable and knowledgeable about the entire sales process and made it very easy and smooth. This was the best experience my family and I have ever had in over 30 years of buying cars. Buying a car from a dealership in any circumstance is a very time-consuming process, even if its a cash deal. Karen was able to quickly and easily process our trade-in and was able to get us through the car purchasing process with ease, saving us time and money. Her years of experience and expertise show. I would highly recommend Karen to anybody who is looking to purchase a new or used Toyota.

Purchase my 2021 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro from Groove back at the end of May ‘21. John Olmstead called me after doing a true car search that weekend for the truck I was looking for after being told by all the other yo-yo dealers that I’d have to join a waitlist and probably would find that truck until the new model year. John had one coming into town the following Tuesday. Showed up when the truck was delivered at Groove that week. I literally hate the process of buying any kind of car or truck and I had just leased my mom a brand new Mazda SUV the Saturday before so needless to say I wasn’t to pleased to have to be going thru this process again just a few days later. John and his team at groove were nothing short of amazing as they had me out of the dealership and into my brand new truck with only 1 mile on the odometer in less than 90mins. By far the most pleasant and painless car buying experience of my life. I’ve taken my truck back to them twice to have predator steps put on and for scheduled maintenance and have to take it back in a few days to have them recalibrate my windshield that’s going to be replace right on their lot. All of my experience with their services reps have been just as easy and painless as when I bought the truck. Everyone there has always been super knowledgeable, helpful and very polite and pleasant. Obviously I can’t say enough about Groove!

I’ve owned a Toyota for 9 years, and I am very disappointed with my experience at Groove Toyota. I asked for my hubcap to be replaced during my last service. I was missing my driver side hubcap. When the service was complete, I got into my vehicle and saw that my driver side hubcap was replaced. I live and work at the same place, so I didn’t use my car again since the service until a couple of days ago. I have a garage, so I didn’t notice that my passenger side hubcap was missing. This was a very expensive repair, and I find it hard to believe that my 1 year old new car lost ANOTHER hubcap on my drive home from the dealership. I didn’t hear anything fall off, during the VERY short drive home. I am very disappointed with this dealership’s accountability, and I will not be returning.

Great product knowledge, quick to respond over phone, text and email, & a great listener who picked up details and delivered everything I asked for, at a time when 4Runners were scarce. My son and I had an absolutely fantastic vehicle buying experience with Marlon V. at Groove Toyota on S. Broadway. I have been partial to Toyota products since the late 1990s after having owned other makes of vehicles as well as considering others experiences. My son and I went exploring for used Toyota Tacomas for 2 weeks before heading to Groove. Marlon offered us the chance to purchase a new Tacoma at a comparable cost to a used one as long as we were willing to wait for it to be built and delivered in about 4 to 6 weeks. I never would have thought to explore new vehicles because I have always assumed it would be more expensive when compared to a used vehicle. Marlon opened our eyes and provided us a fantastic opportunity! I asked Marlon to keep in touch with my son about the vehicle delivery and he did exactly that. He also answered all questions we had throughout the process. Surprisingly, the vehicle arrived within 3 weeks! My son is sooooo excited! The entire process from soup to nuts was smooth and unlike one I have ever experienced. I will go back to Marlon at Groove when ready to purchase another Toyota. Just purchased a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid from Groove in Englewood and I love it! I had been searching for almost a year with other dealers with no luck. One day I inquired about a RAV4 hybrid that I saw online and was lucky enough to get a call from Patty! I couldnt get my car in to the Toyota I bought my car from. Its brand new and had an A/C issue. I took my car to Groove Toyota. They needed the car for awhile, but were able to get it in the next day. They even picked my car up from my work and sent me an Uber because it took longer than expected. They have been so honest and friendly at this dealership. If I could do it all over again, Id buy my car from them instead. I was going to take my car to the original dealer for all the maintenance because its closer to my house, but these guys have treated me so well I wont be going anywhere else. I called Groove Toyota looking for a new 4Runner, and was greeted by Patrick on the phone. I had called many dealerships across Denver only to be met with Sorry, we dont have anything on the lot or Call back in 2022. Rather than responding with problems and pushing my business away, Patrick came to me with solutions on what was coming and and how I could secure a vehicle. After test driving several vehicles, we were ready for a deposit and Patrick skillfully walked us through the entire process, and let us know when our vehicle would be in. And to our surprise, it came in much earlier than expected! Overall, Ive been very impressed with the service that Groove Toyota provided, as well as the salesmanship of Patrick. I worked with Abby Ledogar at groove toyota to get my new RAV4. she was super on top of everything, communicative and informational throughout the whole process. she was even able to help me while she was out of town on the ETA of my new car. We had a very pleasant buying experience and particular thanks goes to JOHN SOTO (Sales) and SEAN KELSEN (Sales), as well as SETH TENNYSON (Service).John and Sean helped us to get the features we wanted on our car, as not everything came from factory, and continually guided us in a courteous manner along the way. This is something that is sorely missing today in a lot of businesses. To that end, I cannot say enough good things regarding the above and beyond service we received - particularly from John related to one event.Since we had to wait for parts that were ordered to be installed (thank you, Seth and that team of amazing automotive technicians), the service department had closed for the evening and the complementary ride service for the dealership had closed as well. Sales remained open later than the service department - till 8:00PM versus 5:00 PM. Service had been completed and we wanted to pick up the car that same evening before what we thought was an 8:00 PM closing time. We couldnt get there by 5:00 because of own work responsibilities and I didnt have a means of getting to the dealership.I called John to explain what had happened and he didnt hesitate to offer to drive to our home, where he picked me up. Now, THAT is service beyond routine and was most appreciated. We are very pleased with our car and I would recommend to anyone that they consider Groove Toyota (on Broadway) in Englewood. Ask for John and Sean in sales.

The five stars are for Corey in Service at Groove Toyota. I was pretty upset because I had to bring my car back on my day off after Groove had already had my car for 2 days. They replaced the alternator and belt and after I picked it up the car was making loud noises when I turned it on. Corey immediately assuaged my discontent by his calm and educational manner and quickly determined that the belt was put on too loose subsequently making the loud squeaking noises.Thank you Corey for all your years with Groove, your extensive knowledge and calm manner and for knowing how to treat a customer!

Groove Toyota was recommended to me by a friend, so they were the first place I went to to buy my first car. My family has had nothing but great experiences with Toyota dealerships in general, but my time with Groove was by far the quickest, easiest auto purchase I have experienced! Granted, I was scouring their website for a couple weeks prior to coming in, and I knew which car I wanted when I arrived, but Sergio was quick and friendly and made the whole process fun. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!! I was looking for the 4Runner TRD Pro in Lunar Rock (which seems impossible to find - every other dealership was a 6 month+ waitlist) and as soon as I reach out to Groove Toyota, Macy got back to me about one coming in that they hadnt listed yet and I was able to put my deposit down within the next few days. I purchased a very nice car that was clean and Groove did take time to make sure it was 100% ready for me to pick up. I wish I could change this to 5 stars but right now I cant.I have been trying to get issues resolved from my purchase.I was promised the windshield replacement and cannot seem to get this completed.I called and reported the vehicle was sold with out a jack in case of a flat. I did not think to check this at my initial inspection of the vehicle. I feel that should be included in the purchase.I have also asked to have the breaks checked shortly after purchase. After years of wanting it, my girlfriend bought a 4runner. Eric Fletcher (our salesperson) made the process smooth. He was patient with questions and test drives. Buying a car can sometimes feel too serious which takes the fun out of the process. Work with someone like Eric. He is friendly and keeps thing fun while getting things done. Additionally, we had to order the vehicle during these times of supply shortages and it arrive several weeks earlier than I expected.

The worst car buying experience so far.I would rate them ZERO if I could.They didnt pay my trade in off, I had a late payment because they didnt close my previous loan.Then I had late payment from lexus financial because they gave a wrong address to the bank.I called Ali, the sales manager.I asked him to make up for their screw ups, at least a free oil change.He laughed.If youre looking for a new car, I suggest that you stay away from this dealership.Car is great.
