I read good reviews so Concours was my top pick for selling my vehicle. I was sadly disappointed at their lack of professionalism. When I first connected with Kas, he said (in all caps)I’m available anytime. I proposed a time to which he said no I’m not available which is fine. So I proposed another time the next day and specifically said I’ve got a busy work day of meetings but I can make this time work. We agree to meet at the local grocery store at 2pm. At 9am the morning of the appointment I confirm the meeting via text. Around 3 hours later when I’m in a meeting, I get a phone call from Kas but I’m not available. When my meetings are done, I rush to get my car and go to the grocery store to meet. As I’m on the way to the store, Kas texts me that he was in the areas early but is longer available at 2:00. I try to be flexible and we then agree to meet at the same location at 3:00. Since I was already in my car on the way to the grocery store, I just decide to go to the store and wait. At 3:00, I realize Kas isn’t there but I assume he was probably caught in traffic. At 3:05, he finally calls to tell me he’s getting ready to leave his office which is 30 mins away. At that point I had already been waiting for over an hour so I ended up canceling the appointment and sold with another dealer.

Had a great experience. They were honest, easy to deal with and gave me an excellent price. A+

I had a great experience working with Frank for the purchase of my Porsche 911 Turbo. The car was “as advertised”. I bought this car unseen but was able to FaceTime with the owner to get a good look at it. Delivery time was reasonable. I was bummed that there wasn’t a spare key at first, but they were able to get it from the seller and they mailed it to me.

10/10 Kas made selling my 2019 Civic Si pain free and didnt lowball me like Paramus Honda. If youre looking to sell your used car, look no further. These guys are amazing

I originally wrote a review a few days after I did business with Concours Motors. Well, that review has changed. I purchased a vehicle and traded it in for a price. Frank was extremely nice and helpful. I was really pleased with the customer service and my new vehicle when I left. About a week later, my vehicle started making noises from under the hood, so I contacted frank and explained the issue. It was like pulling teeth to get a hold of concours to get my car fixed, and not to mention, I had to contribute to the cost of the repairs. If you’re looking for a 100% reliable, safe, used vehicle, I would advise against going to Concours Motors. To sell your current vehicle? Absolutely. But otherwise, no.

Great vehicles and even better staff. If you want a trustworthy dealer that sells clean vehicles, Concurs is the way to go. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the market

When it comes to customer service and making sure things are straight Frank is the man for it I give bien A++ ... not only is he a reputable and reliable guy but a man of his word ... I had a minor issue with the car n prior to purchase Frank came through and fixed it and even after the sale was complete and I needed help in finding a great that was just as trust worthy as Frank he also provided me with his own mechanic and they are amazing people to deal with as well .... I suggesting and highly recommending any and all to come see Frank cause he’s the guy and he’ll make sure you’re well taking care of....
