RED ALERT!!! they are scammers, my brother bought ford escape from them with a warranty, two weeks later there were smoke coming from the engine when he return the car to this dealer, without diagnostic check they quickly blame him, and asked him to pay $1000 to help them fix the car....like seriously, a car with warranty. people should be aware of this dealer, they are scammers.....and a lot of people have complained about them.

BEWARE!!!! Biggest scammers ever!!!!! The whole car is falling apart. I took it to a dealership after driving this Jeep home...3 hour drive as the transmission was going out!!! Our mechanic and local Jeep dealer couldn’t believe the the mess of this car. Complete horror show!!!!! I could go on and on and on. We really need to report these people...Eric in particular!! Be careful DONT DEAL WITH THIS DEALER, they are scammers, I bought 2014 Honda accord from them with a warranty, and when I had a mechanical problem in the first month, they frustrated me till I left the car for them and gave everything to God after I had deposited $1500..Their cars are junk and have a lot of mechanical issues.

Bought a trailblazer from Ammar. There were some issues with the vehicle and he said that he would fix the issues and did. It’s good to know there are people who stick to their word. Anyone giving a bad review did not do their due diligence. They are upfront with the condition of the vehicles it’s up to you to know what your buying and with the 3000 mile warranty it helps to know your covered if something unexpected happens.

These guys sold me a white Nissan NV200. 3 weeks after purchase we noticed the oil was very old and hadnt been changed in at least a year, and it wouldnt start! I called them and the told me to take it to a mechanic and to call the warrantee company, which I will. Still, so typical from a used car shop on Broadway.

I’m so thankful we found Eric at The Prince Cars. We were looking for a car for our teenage son. Eric had a salvaged Mazda on the lot that looked great and was $2k less than all the other cars we’d been test driving. Our insurance company needed proof the car was in good working order. He let us take it to a mechanic of our choice and it passed with flying colors. The car was detailed & cleaned - and Eric’s crew even decorated the car with balloons & a sign for my sons birthday! This was a total no pressure sale. They even took his old car as a trade in. I would buy a car from him again!

Could not, would not trust them. The owner and the finance department were offensively resistant to helping in any way. They wouldn’t tell me what work they had done to repair the vehicle. “Why should I tell you that information?” asked Eric the owner when I was willing to fly to Denver from DFW to look at the vehicle. When going through the financing department, they told me that they only worked with ONE BANK. That was a 12% apr which is 2-4 times higher than it should be. Their finance specialist said there was no way to lower that rate. The first thing that I asked him to adjust dropped my rate. Don’t shop with them unless you have more time and money than you know what to do with. Mustafa is the only merit to the business.

Purchased a Subaru that has had nothing but problems since we brought it home. The very next day after purchasing it, multiple sensor lights went on including the Check Engine light. We have dumped thousands of dollars into repairs and the light still comes on. The oil in the engine was in really bad shape like it had not been changed in at least 10K miles.Also, they did not have a clear title for the vehicle when we purchased it, which I believe is illegal on their part to be selling a vehicle for which they have not received the title. It has been over 2 months and we still have not received the title from them which means we were not able to obtain the financing we needed because our loan approval was good for only 60 days. By the way, Colorado state law says they have 20 days to get us the title. We are now trying to return the car since we cant get the title and the car is a piece of junk.

My husband and I just bought a car here, and our experience was awesome. The owners and salesmen are really nice, and not at all pushy. The cars are very reasonably priced, and most if not all of them come with a limited warranty included which is amazing. Days after purchasing our new vehicle the change oil light came on, since they didnt have the oil or filter in stock at the dealership they sent us to an auto repair shop to have the oil changed and they paid for it. Im super impressed with The Prince Cars! We will be buying our future used cars here.

After a long time car shopping. This place has the best prices for a really good cars. They have rebuilt from salvage cars but they repair them properly even if it had an airbag deployment by certified technicians.

Certainly not the most trustworthy of places. Don’t commit to anything too soon as these guys will do everything in their power to get you to buy the car without getting it checked out by a mechanic first. Please get the car professionally inspected before buying it. Don’t take their word that the car is safe to drive, ours was not. The brakes were so bad it had warped the rotors which ended up costing a lot. They also did not change the oil for who knows how long and claimed that they did but did not reset the light (The mechanic said the oil was almost as horrifying as the brakes). Not my recommended place anymore. They kinda helped us out on the brakes by taking $100 off the tires but ultimately those are things you should expect to ALL be satisfactory when buying a car. The car also had a salvage title that they didn’t mention until the very end when we were signing paperwork and never offered to show us a car fax report. They sold us an unsafe car and didn’t really help that much in the cost to get it up to a safe standard. For that I have to say 1 star. Eric was a good guy but they don’t run that place up to code for sure, will not return after how scary those brakes got after taking the car home. Don’t ever buy a car from these guys that isn’t 100% verified by car fax and a mechanic. They aren’t as honest as you would hope. Watch a good majority of their 5 star reviews tick down to 1 star.

They did a horrible job at redoing the underpanels and 5 months later. Its all falling off the dude had the nerve to tell me i have to pay for the work when the work wasnt even done correctly the first time thats why its all falling apart.. He said its been to long. When ive only had the car for 5 months. Havent crashed into nothing and i only drive the car to and from work. Trying to tell me he cant fix it because he doesnt know the damage done. Beyond Horrible customer service will never buy a car from them again. If anyone has a car from them pleasemake sure all your bolts are actually tight. Because if not itll fall off and they will definitely have no care into fixing the car for you .

Updated review - After getting my vehicle serviced, there were an abundance of problems with the vehicle beyond basic wear and tear. The oil change light was on at the dealership and we were informed that this was because his dudes sometimes forgot to click the button- instead the oil had not actually been changed. While Eric did give me a great deal on the tires, my break pads were non-existent, the rotors were warped, there needed to be a full flush of the front and back break system. I ended up spending over $600, when telling Eric about these problems he informed me about the on site shop & his whole sale membership that allows him to get great prices. These were never mentioned when buying the vehicle & he ended up only reembursing $100, none the less he still reembursed something. Eric is a good guy but getting the car inspected first is a must, honestly lost my trust.Original - Eric Sultan was AMAZING. Leaving a happy customer is an understatement!! Eric really hooked it up with an amazing deal!! As a young woman, buying a car is extremely invasive and intimidating; We were met with no pressure to buy, extremely friendly staff, and a super helpful experience. Not only an amazing car that I can not wait to take home but Eric also hooked it up with an amazing tire deal!! Truely an incredible experience, 12/10 would recommend.
