They are terrible! Go MIA after they get their money for the car.

The guys at Fusion Motorsports are the absolute best! I purchased my vehicle from them in summer 2017 and they made the process super easy and comfortable. Now, I come in for regular maintenance and not only do they do a great/efficient job, but they also charge much less than any other dealer. It’s so great to have mechanics you can trust and these guys are it!

Fantastic experience all around. Lance sold me an awesome Ford 150 on a great hail sale price. They went over the top to make sure I was happy well after the car was purchased. They will also do any future work you may need on the car for a far better rate than any shop. It may not look like a big fancy car dealership, but these guys run an honest business, have great deals and will be going back when I am ready for a trailer or pop up. Thanks Lance!

I dont think Fusion could have done a better job taking care of things. The majority of my dealings were with Lance. I worked with him over four days agreeing to a deal. He fixed up a couple issues, was professional and strait-forward with me the whole way, and went out of his way to get every little detail right. Im a great judge of character and couldnt find anything I didnt like dealing with these guys. Go figure, an ethical auto shop. Lance would much rather do the right thing over taking a minimal gain. Because of that Ill return for any service or buying needs in the future, and refer my friends to him. Im not sure how much of a solid he knows he did for us. We lost our truck in a bad accident, having it back is a big deal. I cant thank Fusion and in particularly Lance. GO GET YOURSELF A GREAT VEHICLE AND MEET A GREAT PERSON IN THE INDUSTRY. Id give six stars if I could. Thank you, truly.

I have never left a review anywhere, but these guys are the absolute best. They treat everyone like family and have always been completely transparent, which is so rare in the car industry! After I bought my car from them, a light in my dash came on and they drove an hour to give me a replacement car while they fixed the issue for free. A YEAR later, they are taking care of me and making sure that same part is working perfectly when I brought it in for a brake check. Highly recommend!!!

FANTASTIC PLACE! I found this place after I was ripped off by the last dealer (he sold me a $7,000 car with a broken transmission) and quite obviously was being very picky with picking everything out. Right away, Amber let me take the car for a day and go get it checked out by a mechanic. On top of that, she went completely above and beyond to help me get financed, to make sure I was 100% happy with the car, she let me keep the car longer then expected, and I even had some older windshield wipers on the car that Marty replaced for me for free as well as a blinker light that was out.I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for honest people truly looking to help you, this is it!!!

Mike and Lance went out of their way to make everything right!! Had a couple of mechanical issues on test drive, Marty (mechanic) spent extra time on this car to make sure everything was repaired and working properly before we bought the car. Great experience! Lance sold us a 2011 GMC Acadia. Lance made it vital that he communicate every detail with us. The car runs perfect and they assessed the vehicle in great detail before I drove it off the lot. The staff was very friendly. Will buy from again in the future. Trustworthy seller!

Lance and Mike are both stand up guys. Contacted them about a vehicle and asked for additional information regarding prior damages and history report which was sent right over. The car was nearly brand new inside and out, they gave me a great deal and no high pressure sales tactics. nice and easy...keep it up guys.

I came here and bought a Ford service van and had a great experience.There was no pressure from the salespeople and they actually went out and found a van that would fit my needs rather than just selling me one that was on the lot. There were a couple of small problems with the van but the guys at Fusion repaired them in a day and didnt charge me a thing.I have sent a couple of friends to Fusion and they too have had 5 star experiences. This place is extremely professional...my car quit running and was renting a truck ...these people are the best...they helped me find a car that i love..i beleive this place has the best mechanics in town. I bought a camper trailer in October 2016 from this lot. There were many issues with the camper and with the dealership.First of all, when I purchased it, there was a big auction sticker on the front of it. When I got the camper home and we removed the sticker, we found a very large hole behind it. I was told by the sales representative Michael, that they would pay for the materials to fix it.Michael also incorrectly wrote the bill of sale, so when my finance company received title, they were supposed to refund me the difference due to THEIR error. I was told this check would be mailed, and I never received it.Also, when I got the Camper home, I found out it had several major recalls. I was told this camper was brand-new, never owned, but when I went to go look into the warranty for the recalls, I found out it had been privately owned and the warranty was expired.I have attempted to call Michael several times, have left messages and emails, and none of these issues were ever remedied directly by the dealership.I will caution you when dealing with them--they are not honorable and the way they treated me demonstrates this.

My grandson took out a loan that he has paid on for 4 months already and alos he gave him $2000 for a sunroof that they were supposed to fix due to hair damage at the dealership and my grandson, just out of the Marines, still does not have the car. He will not respond to texts messages only to tell my grandson that he is moving his company. Check the BBB before you buy from him. Hes a thief.

Had a range mentioned to buy a boat from them, had a buyers order, took it to the bank, loan was approved and they sold the boat to another customer, tried to claim that the owner pulled it bu I know the salesman mike had another buyer, I have the text to prove this, cappy way to do business. Took a hit on my credit to get the approval. I know how consignments work, theres a contract to sell, cost time to advertise, store and show the boat but whatever.

Bought a vehicle from here earlier this year. They advertised the car as clean title and never told me the truth about it being a total loss. Had to have the car repaired for somewhere around $1000 within like the first month. So now I have a salvage title car and paid a clean title car price that I probably wont be able to do anything about. (Found out about this when looking at other cars at another dealership)

They are criminals I bought an RV paid cash turn around and gave it back to them they said they get it sold for me and then fusion motorsports proceeded to have someone live in it on their lot for a year ...racked up all these lot fees and bogus fees to the point where I got $276 back from a $13,000 cash investment paid to them in cashI called an attorney and was going to sue them but all they do is change the name of their company they don’t pick up their phone they don’t take mail so you can’t even get them into court to sue them or get justice if you’re thinking about doing business with these people runthe best thing you can do is avoid people like this in your lifeOne of them told my partner that they were a lawyerwhen asked for any verification of that they literally ran out the back doorThey refused to provide their names because they’re always afraid that they’re going to be servedThere is a single star here because I couldn’t figure out how to make all the stars go awayThese people make all criminals look bad
