My credit is poor so I dont have many options. That being said Samson at Ganda Auto Sales helped me with financing and was flexible about a down payment. The car needed a new windshield which he took care of...very happy with my experience!!

They were professional and were more than O.K with us fully going over the vehicle before we even took it for a test drive. Not to mention that we showed up 10 minutes before they were scheduled to close. Everyone we delt with was personable and open with us about the vehicle, including the previous bad reviews here on google. Thank you Samson for helping us out with this whole process!

This has got to be the sketchiest most unprofessional place ever. Unless you want to go to civil court I would not recommend buying from here. Paid for a car in full. They lied about a salvaged tittle. Had a written agreement to have a full refund if there was mechanical issues. And they refused to fix any issues. Abide by contract abs refund salvaged car they lied about. And said to take it to civil court. Never in my life again. The shut the store down for a full day when we scheduled to try to come to a conclusion.

THIS DEALERSHIP IS A SCAMM. NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP EVER. They are extremely shady especially the main guy there. They told us that, we can return the car within one week if there’s any mechanical issue and after. After the deal, he cut us off and did not reply to any of our calls or messages. It’s better to go somewhere else instead of this sorry dealership. We already called the police and already filling a civil report as well. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND WITH YOUR CAR.

Made an appointment to see a car. Showed up for the appointment and the guy went to lunch! I wanted to give zero stars but it made me give at least one.

I don’t recommend going to this dealership because they will scam you. I went there to get my car fixed after getting it a few days ago and I called them to get an appointment and we set the appointment and when I got there the manager wasn’t there. I waited hours but he still didn’t come. It’s very disappointing. I’m not getting any more cars from this place. Don’t either.

Bought a car in December of last year, wanted to wait to review to make sure the car didnt develop any issues. And the cars great! And the price was stellar too, wasnt able to find a better price from dealers or private owners. Joel was very friendly and accomodating, allowing me to leave the car on their lot after purchase when I wasnt able to take it. One downside I noticed is they had a couple of organization issues, but Joel and his team went above and beyond to fix any issue that cropped up, so ultimately I cant complain. I would be happy to buy another car from them!

While searching out of state I found a vehicle I liked online at this dealership and was told to put a down payment on the car so it doesnt get sold. I asked if the down payment was refundable in case something were to come up as to where I could no longer go through with the purchase (just in case). I was verbally assured that it was refundable and went ahead with placing a meager $250 down. Turned out that the vehicle had a salvage title that I hadnt noticed before and was informed by my bank that with Covid-19 going on, I wouldnt be able to get the vehicle licensed in my state due to the inspection center being closed down with no date set to reopen. After informing them that I could no longer go through with the purchase they basically dropped off the map for a few weeks. I had to repeatedly reach out to try and get my money back. When I finally did get a check in the mail, it was short by $100. Apparently they keep 50% of the down payment if you dont go through with the purchase. I was never informed of that little stipulation, and it was frankly much more of a hassle to try and get the situation sorted out than a legitimate dealership should be putting people through. Id avoid shopping here if you can help it.

I called to make sure the vehicle we were interested in was still available. The gentleman that answered the phone said yes. He asked when we would like to see it this was at a little after 10am I told him probably and hour or so because we live 30 minutes away he kept says so 12:30 to 1pm I told him no that it would probably before noon. We arrived at 11 :40 am Well we get there and the door to the building is locked. We heard a guy in the garage area and he told us he just works there but the guy that could show us the car was not there. We told him we were supposed to meet someone here I assume the owner he said oh yes he is always late he then pointed to a tag on one of the cars and said you can call him thats his number. So we called him and he said he wouldnt be at the car lot for at least 30 minutes. It is poor business when your business hours say 10am but at almost noon you are not there to show a car like we requested. Would not recommend

I bought a used 2004 GMC envoy from these gentlemen. I waited a bit to write this review to make sure everything was good with the car. So far no major issues.
