Last time I went (after servicing my car several other times without a problem) they did a awful job.I went for a HID bulb replacement and they didn’t follow the proper procedure to fix the problem. Instead of removing the bumper and the headlight they try the easiest way and squeeze between fender liner, rain guard and plastic cover on top of the light. Obviously they didn’t put the bolts back and everything fall off while I was driving.After bringing this problem to the dealer they took almost 2 month to actually care about it. They make me went 3 times and on those 3 times they order the wrong part.Stay away from this dealer. After COVID the quality just went down.If they can’t replace a bulb correctly imagine how’s gonna be with other problems on your car.

I took my car for service, and received the worst customer service ever, they kept me waiting standing for over 30 minutes, without any information, just me waiting for someone to say something, then I approach one of the customer service guys, his answer was Im busy, wait for one of the gentlemen next to me, 35 minutes of waiting and nothing.I dont know whats going on with this gentlemen, but thats not the way you talk or treat a customer.I been a customer of Lehigh Valley Hyundai for the past 6 years, I will reconsider my loyalty with this company after this.

Went in wanting an oil change. I went with the full synthetic oil change yesterday and they said no problem. I liked the the oil change was a little quicker than last time and I had to wait 45 minutes and it was done. However, I expected them to write the correct mileage on the sticker that they put in my car that told me when I was supposed to get my oil changed again. Turns out, after I got my oil change they not only put the wrong sticker with the wrong mileage, but they said that the full synthetic oil that they put in was good for 7,500 not 10,000 miles. They said that since it was Mobil 1 meant that it was only good for 7,500 miles even though I’ve seen Mobil 1 have a guarantee of 10,000 miles on many of their car engine oils. Now I’m not sure if the guy was lying to me so that I can come in earlier for my next oil change before it’s actually due or what.That was the second time I came in to this place. I came here previously before this time to get my oil changed as well to get an inspection of my car. When they were doing an inspection I didn’t like that they didn’t snap back the top of the engine air filter. When I popped the hood it wasn’t even clipped in so it was just hanging there. Also, they didn’t put the screws back in for the glove compartment and just left them on the floor on the passenger side. Didn’t appreciate those things either.

Had an appointment to take my 2019 Santa Fe in for 30,000 mile service yesterday 9/27/21 and had the pleasure of working with “Brianna”. She was exceptionally professional and went out of her way to accommodate me, I’ve never been treated with this level of customer service at any dealership and I’ve owned many different vehicles in my life time. I’ve made a mistake and went to Firestone service center, I have no complaints on the tires I bought or the mounting and balancing but I was sold on their top of the line wheel alignment and since I left the place my steering wheel was slanted to the left but the car was drifting to the right. I had no time to take it back but I will not take my vehicle anywhere else except to Lehigh Valley Hyundai, and Brianna thank you for your professionalism.

Despite having issues with resolving the issuance of my title, the dealership honored their end of the deal. It was quite respectable and I appreciate their prompt correction of the issue. We were taken care of right away without an appointment. We developed a leak while driving in the mountains of VA. Which caused the passenger side rug to get soaked. I was excited, but I’m also in the process of moving so they were accommodating (I need to make that very clear) BUT something told me to go in ASAP. Love Love and more Love. From the time I got through the door I was greeted with a warm welcome then I was appointed to a salesman by the Name of Chris Christ. He said how can I help you and listen to what I was looking for he didn’t try to sell me anything else heck he didn’t try to sell me anything at all he allowed me to view the vehicle answer all my questions he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I had so many options to choose from, He ask what color I prefer got the keys took a test drive discussed price and the budget I was working with and made it happen. I went to at least 15 other dealerships within a month or two to see previous vehicles and they could not make it work. I felt if I went out of my budget set Lehigh Valley Hyundai would of still make my monthly payments work for me. Thanks Chris Christ and Lehigh Valley Hyundai for my buying experience.

The lady that took the information wasn’t listening to what I said. After I asked for a Full synthetic oil change, she had a Synthetic blend oil change done in my vehicle. If that would be any other oil the engine could get damaged from that. Poor listening skills, and sense of knowing what the hell is needed, or asked for in a vehicle from a customer.

Tom Muldoon and their team was great — Tom clearly explained issues I had with a fuel pump, confirmed my warranty coverage and even found some other issues under warranty that needed to be addressed. Was quick to even set up a loaner vehicle for me to have for the weekend while they waiting on parts.Entire process was seamless and very pleasing, considering the headaches any regular person can get from pesky car problems. I drove an hour to the used dealer to get a trade in value on my vehicles and they wouldn’t give me any kind of number they kept telling me to go to the new dealership they couldn’t help. They had no idea about their radio advertisement nor was it accurate everything that was on the commercial was different from the actual dealer. Every time I asked the sales man a question all he said was i don’t know not oh let me call and find out for you. I wasted a two hour trip to not even get a trade in value. I do not recommend this dealership.

Unfortunately, when I came to pick up my car, 3 employees had no clue where Lot D was. Lot D was unmarked and I had to return to the service desk to point me in the right direction. The women was very helpful. Marking Lot D or educating the staff to its whereabouts might be helpful.

Since I bought this vehicle the sales person was in a hurry for his date. Did not go over stuff had to go back. So for my inconvenience gave me card for free tank of gas and detail my vehicle. All 5hey did is run through car wash same smears on window. Bugs still there. Now took in car for problem they cant find it so trying to get Uber to get there to drive it with person and they ordered 3 Ubers and none came. Been doing this for hour and 40 min. Kept sending to person no response. Asked for scheduling guy doing Uber answered and said they must of transferred to wrong extension. Now holding 10 minutes to find out when someone at dealer will come and in what car. I would not recommend them to anyone. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Posting for my mother. She owns a brand new Hyundai Venue which she did not buy at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. She noticed that the car was making a rattling sound. She took the car to the dealership where she bought it and, after driving the car, they told her there was nothing wrong with it. She then called Lehigh Valley Hyundai who agreed to look at her car, as it was still under warranty. Kaitlyn and other staff at Lehigh Valley Hyundai couldn’t have been nicer despite the fact that she did not buy the car there.Lehigh Valley Hyundai provided complementary shuttle service to and from the dealership while work was being performed on her car. After removing a panel in the hatch of the car, they found a metal flange for a support that was not in place. Once the flange was secured, the car no longer made a rattling noise.My mother was treated with respect and courtesy and couldn’t be happier with her experience at Lehigh Valley Hyundai.

I was recommended to this dealer, but quickly found out how nasty dealers are. I called and pre-scheduled a maintenance appointment to get a call no more than 1 hour later to tell me that my appointment was overbooked and that they werent sure when they could get to me. I respectfully asked on numerous occasions for the dealer to be respectful of my appointment and to maintain it as scheduled. I spoke to someone named Tom who just made this all worse. Tom hung up the phone on a potential customer because he didnt want to deal with this.I will never go to this dealer and neither should you.

The service and workers were great, AFTER I was attended! I go in for the first time and I have no idea what I got to do, everything was set-up differently than the dealers I’m used to going! So I follow the signs to the service department and I’m standing there hoping someone would attend me or at at least acknowledge my existence. It takes 10 people to pass me so that I can finally be asked by the first person that had passed me “Sir, are you getting help?”...... I think the employees were kind and knowledgeable but at least have the decency to acknowledge your clients, especially new faces. There’s no service desk it’s just an open space. I will say though I’ve been to a lot of other service departments and not one mentioned the things that were wrong with my car, I always needed to bring it up myself, otherwise; it would go unnoticed. They checked my car and found everything that was wrong with it right away. These guys have great technicians who actually know what they’re doing. I recommend this place to anyone.

Never go here to service your vehicle... love my Hyundai Santa Fe however with an appt for 9:30 am, still had to wait 90 minutes to get a diagnosis on my tire with a slow leak. Just a diagnosis, that didnt include fixing it.Plus the waiting area was full to capacity. No more seats available. Never going there again.Plus, when they fixed the ONE tire, they didnt fill to the recommended tire pressure of 32. All of the tires are different pressure. These are professionals??
