I just want to share what an incredible experience i had here yesterday!! Got a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and let me tell you the sales team here is phenomenal!! Efrain was attentive, answered any and all questions I had and made the experience feel so easy and non stressful. The sales managers Jim Cohen and Ben Pino were always amazing! I was 18 when I bought my first car. And I mean I paid up front. They sold me a lemon and convinced me it was going to be a great car. Now nearly 3 car accidents and serious injuries later, I have no other choice but to do my best to find rides to work. Said that they were going to “replace my whole engine”, mind you they kept the car to do this “replacement for nearly a month. so tell me how they laughed at my mom and I on the way out of the door. Do not get used cars here unless you know what to look for, they will not tell you. There job is to get the car off the lot and into someone else’s hands. After taking it to a reputable mechanic he told me to “trade in this car ASAP, it is a death trap”. Not to mention the day I drove it off the lot I noticed the window was down after they “detailed” it. but I didn’t think much of it as I did have the widows and sunroof open because I was excited about my new ride, I got home and rolled up the windows including the one they had left down it rolled up and fell down. Asked them to fix it and they used tape to keep it up. NEVER AGAIN KELLY.

I went in to Kelly Risk Free this week with the intention of purchasing a certified used vehicle. Efrain Lopez took the time to show me some cars and discuss my situation and options. I ended up purchasing a brand new Mitsubishi Mirage and couldn’t be more pleased. Efrain was very professional and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and the entire process was flawless. I had taken down my previous post as asked, I shouldn’t have. Buyer beware!! My 18 yo went in with cash and they sold her a very expensive lemon. Broke the window during detailing, they fixed it... with duct tape. Within a week and a half the engine went. They were supposed to make it right and said they put a new engine in among others things that needed to be fixed. Finally give her car back and it still didn’t work, sat in the back yard for a long time. Let them know, nothing was done. Took it to 3 different mechanics who told me to get rid of it... used the word death trap. My daughter has to spend more money to get a reliable car from a different dealership.... 18 year old out 8+ grand and Kelly just doesn’t care about the safety of anyone, especially kids. Shame on you. Now the process of recouping my daughters 8 grand. The repair department was rude but I was surround by equally dissatisfied customers. After reading other reviews I now see why....

It was an alright car buying experience, I wouldnt tell anyone not to check out this place out but do share some of the issues I experienced.In my case, it was just alright with some hiccups.I reached out via email to confirm that the car I was interested in came with a Powertrain warranty balance before coming in and was told that it did (this was important to me). However, it turned out that it did not once I got there so I had to buy the extra extended warranty which added a couple thousand to the cost.The sales manager I worked with was a bit difficult to deal with. Just unpleasant towards me and threw off the whole experience. Made me feel very uncomfortable and did not seem to care that I went out of my way to come in because I thought the car came with the Powertrain warranty balance.The sales rep was wonderful, I believe her name was Tayla (this was back in February 21). Shes the reason I stuck around despite the manager.Also, I printed out one of the coupons for $1,000 towards my trade in. The manager said he could not accept it but did not give me a reason why.Overall, the car is great, Kellys service has been wonderful too when I took it in for an oil change, and the sales rep was awesome. So still check this place out!

This was my first time buying a car and it has been nothing but a hassle. A year later I’m dealing with a check sent to me already 90 days later when it’s voided. How does that happen? But now it’s me who has to go out of my way to get the replacement, when I call I’m treated like a bother. Not to mention I waited close to 6 months before receiving my registration and drove around with expired plates. Anytime I call I am bounded around from person to person because no one knows what they’re doing. Super unorganized and has me worrisome for my next experience making a big purchase. There’s more problems I’ve run into from the initial purchase but wow too much to comment on.

My son purchased a pre-owned Hyundai Sonata today from Kelly Risk Free in Emmaus, PA. The car was serviced and detailed to the T and looked brand new when we picked it up. However, the most important part of working with a dealership, I believe, starts when you walk onto the lot and are greeted by a salesperson. I cannot say enough about our salesperson, Alex Beckett. He was very professional but personable at the same time and that is hard to find these days. He was very patient as we came back and forth to the dealership to look at a couple of cars before making the final decision. He never made us feel rushed. Our family schedule is a bit crazy and he accommodated our time without hesitation. This was a very big and important purchase for my son who is only 18 and Alex made him feel very comfortable by taking his time explaining every detail about the paperwork with him. I had seen a car parked on this lot in passing and decided the next day I would stop in and inquire. I was greeted by Efrain. I had no idea I would be leaving with *my* dream car and going through the easiest car experience of my life. Efrain just listened to what I wanted, wasn’t pushy, didn’t force me to fill out things to run credit immediately, etc. The prices I was given were fair and upfront- nothing was hidden. A little over a year ago I purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited and Ive been having issues with it. Every time I took it back to them for service it was always something new that was wrong with it. Ive wasted my money on it and I was sold a LEMON and Im still having issues with it today and it doesnt even drive. The dealer doesnt care and just want to make money off of me. Im very frustrated with the dealer and with not having a vehicle at the moment.

Be careful when trading a car here. Nine months after trading I got a letter from Tennessee stating my car, which I traded to Kelly nine months earlier, was impounded. Cant get any straight answers from them. Refuse to call me back. Taking money for a title transfer and failing to do so is a crime.

-Do not purchase a vehicle from here. - You could potentially be purchasing a vehicle with undisclosed damage because their “ system could possibly not read a claim for a year”Purchased a 2015 WRX for $19,000 from Kelly risk free in August of 2019. We were assured no damage & previous claim history was filed on the vehicle. I was provided with a insurance quote with my company and come to show there was a claim filed on the vehicle in May of 2019 for $6,000I requested a call online from a manager I receive a call from sales manager Carl Signore.Carl told me he ran my vin number through their “system” and no previous claims/accident. He said it can take up to a year for the claim to show on their end, basically this dealership will sell you a vehicle that may potentially have a claim and or previous damage? He was becoming very frustrated with me after I expressed numerous times I was not trying to be rude. I would have NOT paid $19,000 for a vehicle that has a previous claim. Not only do I not know what the existing damage was, when I go to sell the vehicle in the future this will hurt the vehicles value and I will have to be stuck with that just because Kelly Risk Free is not able to detect previous damage. To put the cherry on top my family member purchased a vehicle last week as well it is now in their shop due to undisclosed Damage. I was suppose to get a call back from David labor and nothing yet.Moral of the story I did not spend 2k on a vehicle I spent 19k on a vehicle that will not hold it’s value in the future due to a previous claim. I would never paid $19,000 for a vehicle with a 6,000 previous claim.

Took advantage of a family friend. Sales person took very good care of him, but when he went into the finance office Justin Moss did the exact opposite. He made sure he added useless additions and warranties to bump commissions in his pocket. While my friend on the other hand had his payments jump at least $70 extra a month. Its a shame people like this take advantage of first time buyers.

Came to Kelly to test drive a car. The salesman was super nice and helpful... until after going back inside, I said I wasn’t 100% into the car. That’s when he got REALLY aggressive and borderline-wouldn’t let me leave. We kept going around in circles over and over again. He went in the back to tell his boss I didn’t want the car and I heard yelling from the back room “WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE DOESN’T WANT THE CAR! YOU GOTTA GIVE HIM SOMETHING! HE’S LEAVING WITH SOMETHING!!” I fully understand that this is their job and they have to sell cars, lol. I’m not naive, I get it. But this guy was just so aggressive. This was my first and will be my last time here, thanks.

Sold the truck I was approved for to some one else when I was under the impression they were fixing the tailgate that did not open. They are the a shady dealer do not do buy anything from this place.I was told by the sales manager not to buy any other truck because he said they were fixing it first thing in the morning. I called the next day in the evening to see if I could pick it up and was told they sold it. So I guess your dealer sales is built on lies.

I just purchased my 2016 Subaru WRX from the guys down at Kelly Jeep Dodge Chrysler and Ram and man this was the hands down the best experience I have had buying a car. I was looking for something All Wheel Drive for the winter and they found me the perfect car for my needs. My salesman Mr. Brandon Binkley did a phenomenal job at meeting all my needs. Got me approved quickly and at exactly the payments I was looking for without putting a high down payment. He was super friendly and worked with me every step of the way until he felt I was walking out with exactly what I wanted! The finance manager Cliff was also spectacular! I was hesitant to add long extended warranties because of adding to my monthly payments but he made me an offer I absolutely couldn’t refuse. The manager Carl was also fantastic working with me and my insurance company to make sure we were in and out driving my new car as fast as possible. I would never go to this dealership to purchase anything. Sales Manager Carl at risk free was very rude. The way he spoke to me the customer and his poor employee Don who by the way was very nice and profesional. Carl refused to sell me a car that I went there to buy because he had someone who maybe might purchase the vehicle. They had no deposit on the vehicle. I continuously kept asking to purchase the vehicle and he refused to sell it to me. To top it off the vehicle wasnt even in good condition it needs work done to it and I was willing to buy it as is. Not sure how this place is still in business. Wouldnt recommend going there to anyone

I was searching for a reliable vehicle for months, and felt many dealerships did not take my monthly budget seriously, nor wanted to help. I went to Kelly Risk Free on a super rainy day, and Efrain Lopez, one of the sales representatives greeted myself and my fiance warmly even though it was a dreary night. We seen a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport that was right in my price range, but after explaining we had an appointment for the following day elsewhere, he showed no anger, only understanding and explained to call if anything changed. Things fell through and we came back the following afternoon. After looking at pre-owned cars with him and the sales manager, Carl, also helped find the best deal on a brand new car. The features were not to my personal liking, and I found a 2018 Jeep Compass. Needless to say, I was sold immediately on how nicely maintained the dealer had it, and at a very reasonable price point for also being Certified. There was no rush, no hassle, no gimmicks, absolutley nothing negative. I am so happy with my purchase and working with Efrain and Carl. I purchased my 2014 Mazda3 from Kelly Risk Free and could not be happier with the entire transaction. I traveled approximately an hour and a half from New Jersey for a test drive and despite not committing to a purchase on that day, they offered a Visa gift card to offset my gas. The Kelley team maintained contact with me by phone, and updated me regularly via text, at my request. I returned within the week to finalize the sale. I didnt have to deal with a used car salesman; my initial phone call was handled by their professional Internet team, a sales agent met me at the door when I arrived, and the sales manager assisted with the purchase details. The financial side was handled quickly and without stress by their management. I have purchased a number of new vehicles over the years, but this is my first used car purchase from a dealer. Kelly Risk Free did it right!

I recently had my Mitsubishi Lancer repaired at Kelly. I was involved in a paint spill on the road and there was white paint splattered all over my car. Would not recommend. My wife and I wanted to test drive a vehicle as we had some time while her suv was getting an oil change. Before the test drive, the sales manager claimed even though my vehicles were not present he could provide an rough value while blind. The only thing he did was print out fair trade KBB. Needless to say, I have that on mycarfax app. After working in market research and selling cars in NY, I will not come back... Too much of a hard sell. Also, the 19” 370z rays wheels on my car are worth 1/3 of what the provided fair trade in value was. I know based on historic sales, what both my vehicles go for both privately and trade in. I’ll find a dealer that actually knows about the rarity of a low mileage SI.

Worst place Ive ever bought a car. All they do is clean them up and ship them out. I strongly recommend that you buy elsewhere. My van with only 56k on it that I bought 5 months ago and only put 4000 miles on started leaking oil everywhere and the air filter was black as night. Took it back to the them and all they did was give me the runaround for 4 hours.

Hershel Boynton is the best car sales person. He made everything possible for me plus more. Their 150 Point Inspection Risk Free Guarantee is useless!!!I purchased a 2007 Honda Accord fully loaded EX-L sedan on December 26, 2015 for my daughter.The car came with a warranty after successfully passing their 150 Risk Free Inspection and I purchased an additional 3 year warranty.We did notice a noise and hard steering to the left when we test drove it but our salesman, Ephrain, assured us it was nothing to worry about. Within one week the car had to go in for service to have the steering pump replaced (No way did it go bad in 2 weeks, they obviously missed this on the 150 point inspection). After another month, my daughter noticed the AC didnt work(1st warm day) and it was hard to steer again. It went back in for service, they had to replace the steering pump again and they would charge us to look at the AC. When I pushed back and they verified the AC should have been part of the 150 point inspection, the sales manager, Norris, said It was the middle of winter, there was no way for us to check the AC and you bought an 8 year old car, what do you expect? After arguing there was no way for me to know either and I relied on the 150 point inspection, Norris agreed to fix it. Their fix was putting freon in it.Fast forward one month (2nd warm day) the AC was still not working and we have yet another service appointment. Ephrain, my salesman, calls me the day before it goes in for service and to see how things are working out. I tell him the issues and he said I know the compressor was bad. What? How does he know that? No one told us that? Of course he then changed the story to hes assuming it is the compressor. Interesting to say the least.We take the car in the next day and low and behold no one can find our appointment. After fitting us in, guess what is wrong with it...the compressor (coincidence??) and it will be $1000 to fix it.Again, everyone at Kelly has agreed that the AC should have been found at the initial inspection and most likely never worked but they will not fix it. They further agreed that had it been found it would have been fixed before offering the care for sale. So, I am not asking for something extra, something that they otherwise wouldnt have done. I am merely asking for them to take accountability for not doing a thorough 150 Risk Free inspection (which I have asked for a copy of and have not received)I have been promised return calls and of course have gotten nothing!I almost forgot to mention before we left the lot the GPS stopped working and the spare key battery was dead (which they refused to replace and couldnt be bothered to try and unscrew the stripped screw that held it in). I also find it interesting then when I went in to get a copy of my service reports, there was no record of this visit!Kelly Risk Free has not stood by their Risk Free name or marketing. I am not sure if it was the mechanics who didnt do a full 150-point inspection or the sales team that knew of the issues and hid them...but someone at Kelly is responsible for the $1000.00 to fix the AC. As I told Norris, yes, its a used car...but I paid a premium for the warranty and Risk Free gaurantee! I should not be treated as if I bought an AS IS care. These are the guys that give the used car industry a bad name!

I just purchased my first car on my own and I kid you not Effrain and Joe made it so much easier then I ever thought. Just amazing customer service all around from both of them. Joe kept up with me when sending me vehicles he thought I might be interested in and found me the perfect one! Effrain made the documents and purchasing part less painful. Truly amazing guys for putting up with a 19 year old that knows nothing about cars.
