Tony Bittenbender helped me upgrade from a 2004 to a 2021 Ram today. I was so impressed with Tony. He does a “Tony Test Drive” where he explains every detail of the vehicle. I went to another dealer where they gave us the key and told us to drive around and let them know what we think. Tony took the time to explain everything and answer every question we had. I cannot be happier with my experience!

Unfortunately my experience at Kelly was poor. I went in August with specs printed out for the exact Jeep I wanted. I was told it would be about a month. Came in 9 weeks and the order was wrong (automatic instead of stick, wrong seats). Manager talked to me for a minute and just offered to reorder. Offered me minimal refund. Told me cars are expensive right now. They clearly didn’t value me as an individual. I am very disappointed.

Tony was an excellent salesman.I just want to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Kelly Chrysler Emmaus. As you can see I give it 5 stars. Vehicle was in for recall. No problems. But they offered a free tire rotation, actually documented on my invoice. When I took the car in my left front tire was about 5 lbs low in air. Picked it up the same way. How is that possible with the free tire rotation??? I can tell you the tires were not touched. Creates trust issues for me.

I went to Kelly and worked with Efrain along the whole process of buying my 2019 Ram 1500. Took my car for oil change. The staff was wonderful. Will be back. Only suggestion is communication. I emailed about my Ally warranty. Never got a response. Called to verify was told it was good to go and got to pay service knew nothing about it. Not a huge deal but irritating.

First off, my salesman Tim was extremely pleasant and helpful. His sales manager, however, not so much. I went into the dealership looking for a specific truck. They didn’t have it, but Tim showed me something close. After a test drive, although this wasn’t my perfect truck, if the price was right I’d gladly purchase it. Knowing this, we went through the numbers a few times and unfortunately they ended up just above my maximum willing payment. Again, I’d be more inclined to take this offer for the perfect truck, but this one was missing a few key items for me. After telling the sales manager that I’d have to decline, I’d need a lower price for me to justify taking the truck that they have in inventory over my ideal truck, he threw the most unprofessional temper tantrum I’ve ever seen from a grown man. This guy did everything short of cursing me out right there on the sales floor. Even my salesman apologized for him. Before this incident, I was certain that when I was ready, this would be my dealership to buy from, but after this sales manager’s tantrum, I’m extremely reluctant to ever give them mine or my families business.

I just purchased a vehicle from Kelly Jeep and it was undoubtedly the easiest and most enjoyable car purchase I’ve ever made. I worked with Derek and he made the process fast and stress free. He was friendly, professional, quick, and efficient. He worked with me to make sure the car was exactly what I wanted, even removing some pin striping for me. The office was clean and other employees were very friendly. Derek wore a mask during our transaction to make me more comfortable (despite recently lifted CDC restrictions) since I had my very young toddler with me and felt more comfortable wearing a mask. The car looks and feels brand new, they had it spotless! They also offer many perks to their customers and I will definitely be returning for all of the above reasons!

Not the best experience at a dealing I had by far. I understand that they are busy and I did not have an appointment but my problem with my van just happened out of the blue. The service writer Dakota was not the warmest person when I entered the dealership and I was recommended him by a friend. He seemed kind of put off about my problem and asked me several times if I had an appointment . It took 2 days to get my van in and when he called me with what they found out to be the problem all he seemed to be talking about is what my warranty would no cover and how little they were going to pay. He gave me an overall price for the repair and did not explain the cost of the out of warranty items. My van was done in the same day as he called me and I showed up to pick it up about 3. Again he was not very welcoming and cant say Id recommend him! He directed me to the payment window, when to pay for my service and asked the young lady at the window a few questions, one of which was what their hourly rate was, to which she replied I dont know. I said really then I heard Dakota who was behind me with another customer say $139 an hour to which I replied, I guess I should of stayed with being a mechanic, to which he replied they only see $20 of it. Then I said Im not sure whether Im at the doctors or the dealership with those rates! All in all not a great experience at Kelly and their labor rates and customer service are terrible. The only good thing is my van was done in a timely manner when they got it in the shop and it is running well. I will not return to Kelly to have any other service done to my van nor will I do any more business with them! Also the paper that Kelly left on my dash about the offer for trade in was a joke!

Just bought my first Jeep at Kelly the other day. Worked with Tony Bittenbender in sales. Had to trade in my Dodge due to an unrepairable computer glitch. Tony was great to work with. Gave me a good trade in price for my car and found me the Jeep I was looking for.

I drove an hour and a half to Kellys because they were the closest dealer that had the Jeep Wrangler I was looking for in the color I was looking for, (Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4XE in Nacho). The jeep was in their showroom, and their salesman Tony Bittenbender greeted me. I looked over the vehicle and it had almost everything I wanted in it. It was missing a few things like, all weather mats, hardtop headliner, and a hitch, but all that I could get on my own. (Which I did and already have installed). I test drove a similar one just to see how the new hybrid engine was and see if I would like it. It was just what I wanted.So now it was time to sit down to talk numbers and such. Their sales managers there were great. It took a little more back and forth then I wanted, but in the end, those guys were awesome and I got the deal I was looking for. I filled out the credit application and now it was time for their finance department to take over. He came over with everything and explained what bank they were using, and went over service contract options with me and answered all my questions. I even had him go back and forth a couple of times just to give me a few different options. He was great. (I wanted to get something because of the new technology in the Jeep.Even though it was in their showroom, they still had the Jeep cleaned and filled the tank with gas. Tony also made sure that all my Uconnect apps and Sirius apps were all installed on my phone and went over everything with me. If I had a question or needed to figure something out, they were there to help the whole time.I have to say, if I was looking to buy another Jeep in the future, I would definitely consider taking the ride again and using the staff at Kellys for my next purchase. Everyone there was great! Thanks for the awesome deal! I love my new Jeep!

I was very unhappy with the out come, meaning, after I got my SUV there were fingers prints from oil, on the inside of my door . Black mark on my threshold. From black shoes or boots. No Cool I keep my SUV VERY CLEAN. VERY VERY UNHAPPY

He was very kind from the start and he advised me that I wouldn’t be able to know what to tell my warranty company or get a rental until I knew what was wrong with my car. Took in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland & customer service was no where to be found all service advisors talk with an attitude & are all condescending only want to do the bare minimum. When I went to pick up my car the original advisor wasn’t there so I asked the only advisor that was there a couple of questions about the cost of repairs & my vehicle & he said he can’t answer those questions & doesn’t know how to look up any information, he was every eager to just getting me to pay & out the door for my diagnostic.

Super pricy. $111 and some change for inspection stickers when my car needed no work done then took forever to be finished on top of it. Other than that the people were very nice just wasn’t happy about timing and price

I just purchased a used Jeep, not from Kelly. In that regard there was nothing that they did to cause me not to buy from them, I was just looking for a particular year and model which they did not have.In less than a week, we have never owned a Jeep before, one of the warning lights came on. Looking in the manual it was concerning. I called the dealer from whom I purchased the Jeep. They are a multi dealer franchise that owns a Jeep dealership. They referred me to them. I called twice and left messages since no one could take my call. In the end they did not call me back until the next day.In the meantime I called Kelly. Friendly person on the other end, said sure no problem, I will connect you to Dakota [sp?]. Well Dakota was terrific. I explained that I did not buy from Kelly etc etc. He said no problem. He even recommended a tow company to save me the time to find one.They looked at the Jeep as soon as they could. Dakota called me and said it seemed to be nothing. I was grateful. I said I would be in to get it later, how much do I owe you? He said I will not charge you for the diagnostics. What? I would have gladly paid something, given their efforts.Not sure if this is how they treat all customers, especially those who did not buy from them. But they have earned my business.If you are the owner of Kelly Jeep, Dakota represents your business VERY well. That is hard to find.

Recently just went in for a wheel alignment. It was good for about 2 days and now it’s back to where it was before I went in. I initially took my vehicle in for repairs on the transmission. I have now had to take it back 2 more times because it was not fixed correctly in the first place. Communication with the service advisers has been poor at best. The third time my car was in for the transmission it was found to need repair on the heating cooling regulator? Or something like that? So now my thermostat for my defrost/heat/ac is not working properly. The temperature just adjusts on its own regardless of what it is set at! Ugh I have never had such issues with service before! And they want to try to sell me a new car! Forget it!!

Two years ago I went in to finance a vehicle through Kelly Jeep in Lehigh street, They were nice and all but they happen to have a car fax/ car review for the vehicle i bought showing “accident free”. Today i come to find out when i go to trade it in that the vehicle has not one but two accidents reported on the car fax. I am extremely disappointed in them for not only hiding that fact from me but to also stall on having a transmission service done to the vehicle when i bought it. They gave me a 3 month one thousand mile warranty when i walked out. After driving it 500 miles i started feeling a rough shift in the transmission, they denied the whole situation. Took Jeep 3 months on the dot to get the vehicle in for service and refused to give us the money back as well as paying for a new transmission the vehicle needed. They made me speak to multiple specialist from “Jeep” to tell me that the issue was normal until i made one of them sit in the vehicle with me. All in all horrible experience.

Bought a pre owned ram 2500 from them two weeks after buying it the transmission went out took it to them they fixed it under warranty. Had it back for about a week happened again they assured me that it would be fixed right this time by their “ram certified technicians”. After about a month of waiting got it back this time it lasted a couple weeks and it went out again same thing. I decided I wasn’t going to waste my time taking it back so I took it to a very reputable transmission builder in my area spent $6700 on a transmission that was supposed to be “rebuilt” he said that whoever took it apart should not be working on transmission parts were in wrong places. I won’t be doing any more business with the Kelly dealerships!

I actually enjoyed being at Kelly Jeep Chrysler, my sales women Miss Saba was awesome and listen to what Jeep Rubicon I was interested in purchasing, she was very efficient in appraising my trade in and her manager. There was no low balling and play lets argue over trade in value or price on new Jeep.
