Car was towed there and of course couldn’t be worked on that day. But I had an appointment for it to be worked on the next day. No phone calls with updates. When I called they told me my car was about to go in next. 5 hours later my car still wasn’t being looked at. It was literally the last car of the day. How is that possible when I was told I had a scheduled appointment for that day. My car still couldn’t be fixed that day and they had to scramble and find me a car I could drive until mine was ready. Which wasn’t done until mid afternoon on the 3rd day of the week. The lack of service and care for certain people is horrible here.

On Monday October 18, I had the Zurich Shield applied to my car. Actually, the car looked spectacular. However, up until that morning, no one could or would take the time to explain the process to me or what exactly it was to do. The individual behind the service desk, explained everything and because there was a time restraint on my visit, he rushed it through.Now here is my problem with Kelly Buick. When I purchased the car on April 27, the salesperson, Eric Gross, was telling of options on the car, that do not exist on my model.Wireless charging and cooling seats, when I phoned and questioned Eric about this, he gave me no explaination and never called back. Called a few times to Kelly Buick and just got the run around. So as far as recommending Kelly Buick for purchasing a new or used car ... I cannot.

About a year ago I bought my second car from Bill Hav. The experience was a pleasure as always. Last month my car stopped working so I called Bill. I live far from the dealership so it was not easy to get there but Bill was willing to do anything to help me. When I arrived for my service appointment Bill came outside and helped move my sons car seat (those of you with kids know that is no easy job) turns out it was just a valve that was replaced for FREE under my warranty. JOHN KNOBLOCH - Yesterday this gentleman facilitated a super smooth transaction for my new 21 Ram Rebel. We started with a GMC, considered a Jeep, and ultimately landed on the Ram which I couldnt be more happy with. John took care of the normal sales process stuff behind the scenes and made the purchase easy. He also spent a few days researching trucks with exact specifications to my liking and communicating via text on findings. Johns cool and calm demeanor and professionalism were top notch - I would highly recommend!

This dealer ship and the general manager like to live by their own rules and make them up as they go. The general manager Russ openly admitted he is unaware of the rules and laws when it comes to splitting customers when they do not have consent from someone and violating the telephone consumer protection act. He refused to listen or be educated as to what they are doing wrong. I have no choice but to file petitions at this time and hope that Kelly dealerships do not continue to harrass others.Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.After purchasing cars from here, having numerous issues from the start, and no resolutions ever I wouldn’t send my worst enemy into this place.Update. 7 weeks later and their auto texter messaged me again. Turns out Alyssa isn’t even a real employee. Weird because the general manager and CEO acted as if she was before. So I was shocked to gather more details today into their operations.Even after asking to be removed and explains how they are violating several laws on consent and contact they continue.

This wasnt one of my better visits. Was hard to get through on the phone to make the appointment. It was just a routine oil change, but it took an hour and a half, and I had to ask if you were working on it since it was taking so long. Disappointing that every time I come there, the service advisors are different. Makes me think its a terrible place to work. Employees were dressed sloppily. Casual is okay; sloppy isnt. No one informed me of the status of my vehicle; like I said I had to ask. An hour and a half is way too long for an oil change. Overall disappointing.

After calling to follow up on a credit app done online was told that everyone ia important but those already at the dealership hold presidence. Absolutely understand that. But then to say if we had any uphill battles, were not as important. Wow. And then asked if I understood that and had any feedback regarding that. He wouldnt have wanted to hear my feedback. Never felt like such a lesser person. Im fighting non-curable cancer and will survive by not dealing with arrogance.

Guess you are trying to save face but there DEFINITELY was an agreement made for this truck and my credit card info was taken for a $1000 deposit. I was also asked to submit documents drivers license, current registration, and insurance card. I was not paying to HOLD the vehicle I was purchasing the vehicle. I applied for financing however I could have paid in full if needed to secure the vehicle. There was no mention of accessories on this vehicle on your website or from the salesperson until after you refused the deal. You are NOT reputable no matter how you SPIN the story!!!!!!Bait and switch!!! Had a deal made for a new truck all numbers for trade agreed upon gave deposit as truck was in transit. The following day I was informed that the truck was going to be $5000 more because they had accessories that were going to be added. I told them I didn’t want the added accessories and they refused to sell it to me for the agreed upon price and options from the factory. What a waste of my time. They said if I didn’t buy it somebody else would. Not a reputable dealership.

Crystal and Mike, and the finance person whom I cannot recall his name were overly accommodating to meet my needs. I dont think I was there for more than 30 minutes! We just purchased a new Enclave and worked with Kevin Toomey. Kevin was not pushy and very helpful. I gave him a target number we needed to get to and Kevin got it done. The car is awesome but there was a scrape on the lower right bumper, very minor. We pointed that out and he arranged it to be fixed and also for us to get a loaner car. I highly recommend working with Kevin.

The service department is a joke. Avoid it like the plague. I scheduled a simple inspection appointment in advance. I show up 10 minutes early, and I’m glad that I did because it took about 10 minutes just to get checked in. Long story short, I sat there for almost a full hour wondering when they would pull my vehicle in. Frustrated and annoyed, I confronted the service writer. He was apologetic, and he ensured me that they were getting ready to bring it in next. 5 minutes later, after several of the techs were done socializing, they finally bring it in. The best part? They didn’t even put it up on the lift. It was in view from where I was in the waiting area. They literally slapped stickers on it without even pulling a wheel. Im telling you that them tires never left the ground. About 10 minutes after they pulled it in, they were coming out with my keys. Is this the quality of a free inspection? I wonder how PennDot would feel about these practices. Lick it and stick it, huh? Too bad I wasted 90 minutes of my time for 10 minutes of theirs. If youre foolish enough to bring your vehicle in for service, DO NOT be foolish enough to wait for it.

Terrible service, car was in for a problem they never looked at. They just drove the car 5 miles to tell me its fine. Had car all week long never called me and never fixed anything. The extended warranty plan i have covers loaner car but they said none are available. Receptionist at service drove my car for some reason and also told me the car is fine, even tho he is not a mechanic so his Opinion is irrelevant to me. Very upset with customer service. Im paying for a car they were quick and nice to sell me, and now wont fix the problem that Ive done my own research is a problem with these cars that CAN be fixed according to others with same issue. Not very happy at all and car still has the same issues it had when i dropped it off.

Just purchased a vehicle here. They seemed busy but we never had to wait more than a few minutes for each step of the way. Efficient, professional and friendly. Eddy was patient with my questions and knew all the vehicles. Mark understood my financial situation very well. Chris got my paperwork finished with time to spare. Michael kept me on track when I had endless questions. Very happy.

Sold me a car with cracked struts & didn’t tell me they were cracked, DIDNT GIVE ME A SPARE KEY, plus when I called and told them I needed my key replaced, they told me they’d call me back, NEVER DID, but texted me an ad about their dealership. My son has been shopping for a car within his budget for some time. We’ve had plenty of awful experiences at other places. He showed me the car he found online and he contacted the dealership. We made an appointment to see the car. I knew as soon as we pulled up and the car he was interested in was right out front - cleaned and waiting - that we made the right choice. We walked in and Mike C. was right there waiting. Put us in the car, sent us for a test ride. The car was exactly everything that the online info said it was (we had several other situations elsewhere that were nothing like what the picture and online info showed). Mike C. made my son’s first car buying experience awesome. He was thorough, explained everything so my son understood and answered all the questions we had. He was knowledgeable about e car, and the process. It was one of the most pleasant, easy car buying experiences I’ve ever had and my son loves his car! I can’t wait till I need a car so I can go back to Kelly and Mike C.!

After listening to what I wanted in an SUV Nikki suggested the Terrain. Nikki was able to answer all of my questions and explained all of the vehicles options. She was very professional. We bought the car that evening. I was very happy with my experience. Good people!

So, I made my very first big girl purchase on 05/17. I could not say enough positive things about the people at this dealership!! Im from southern Mississippi and am up here in Pennsylvania for work. I was looking online for a new vehicle. I came across Kelly and saw they had great deals going on. I found a red GMC Acadia AT4 that I fell in love with from the first moment I saw it!! I knew this vehicle was the one. So, I inquired about it through their very easy to navigate website. I was contacted by the dealership in just a few short hours! Crystal messaged me more information about the vehicle. She and Mark both allowed me to send some information to them over the phone so that the process wouldnt take quite as long in person, which was a big help! With me being an out-of-state purchase, things were a little bit different as far as needing information goes, but they made everything so simple and easy! After sending them all of my information, I went in on my next off day from work, which was 05/17. Met Mark at the door, who then set me up with Peter and gave me a bottle of water. Peter was wonderful! He told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle and how everything worked. He even helped me get set up with on-star and apple car play, which were free subscriptions! Even went on my test drive with me! He was so nice! Mark took a look at my trade-in and gave me a great offer for it. Mark then helped get me set up with Chris to go over all of the financial information. Chris was so informative and extremely patient with me. I felt so secure trusting him with my information and decisions! He was a big help with me getting a custom warranty since I travel so much for work. They had a $5K rebate going on so that was definitely helpful with me getting the note to an affordable price! The very next day, Peter called to check in with me to see how everything was going and how I like the vehicle so far. So nice!! Overall, if I could give this dealership an infinite amount of stars, I would!! They definitely deserve it! To Crystal, Mark, Peter, Chris and all the middle men, I cant thank you enough for helping me in all the ways you did for me to get my dream car! Yall are the best! 10/10 recommend!!

Was looking for a reasonably priced car to use for back and forth to work. Saw the car on line and sent an email inquiring about the vehicle. Someone contacted me right away and from that point on, everyone was extremely helpful and attentive. Nicole met us for the test drive, answered all our questions (and we had a lot!) and helped us purchase the car quickly and efficiently. She was very pleasant, professional and beyond helpful.
