I was prepared to be dissatisfied when the load truck was an hour late. However, Anthony and Allen were very professional and courteous and they jumped in and got things done. They listened to what we said and what we wanted and did their best to accommodate. Load was quick and it wasn’t an easy assignment. Nicely done. Delivery went just as smoothly. I am very happy with my moving experience! Devon was very professional and efficient. He communicated how they were going to move my items, toured each space with me, and made sure that I was happy each step of the way. The movers, Adrian and David, were efficient, respectful, and happy to answer questions and assemble/ disassemble my large furniture. I was also impressed to receive texts from the office twice on moving day to make sure I was happy and to see if there were any problems. Will refer you to everyone I know!

They were fast, efficient, careful, and professional. It was a great experience, and I cant think of a single area in which they could have done better!

I’m actually not quite sure if anyone works here. I’ve filled out an online form saying I wanted to be contacted back after no one answered my call yesterday. Tried to follow up today and the same problem has ensued. Seriously, does anyone work here? Is this place still open?

While out of town, Two Men and a Truck took care of our move across town. The price met the quote. The promises made were delivered upon, and they took extra special care of belongings. Theyve just opened up here in the Burlington, VT area, and for those looking to move here (many of you, it seems) or wanting to leave (not too many of you) this company is a great option to handle your moving needs.

We used them this summer. They sent me four kids who were new to moving. Didn’t fit all my stuff in the truck for the first trip. Then broke my 85 inch tv. Spilled paint all over my driveway. Scratched my floors and brought the paint spilled into my house on the floors. Broke tv stands. After they broke my tv I filed a reimbursement with them they took two months to get back to me and are denying it. I can’t believe they would do this. Especially after being charged over $3,000 for my move.

Paul was a great help is getting me setup and the movers were fast and careful with my belongings. Great job!

The company’s responsiveness was OUTSTANDING. If they say they’re going to call you back, they do. Benny, the person that arranged everything for us, was very knowledgeable and was good about EXPLAINING the process from start to finish. He took the time to be concerned about what we needed and when we needed it. Other companies that were contacted were: vague, uninterested in such a small job, and their pricing was exorbitant. In other words, they would do you a FAVOR by doing the move and then have you pay them. The young men that arrived from “Two Men and a Truck”, telephoned to let us know they were on their way, they provided an estimated time of arrival, arrived on time AND were very respectful and seemed to be GENUINELY nice young men. The took a look at what needed to be moved, assessed what was the best and most efficient way to get it done and did it. Our hats are off to: Eddie, Jesus, and Nathan. You guys were GREAT!!!Thanks to all four of you for making the day of the furniture move a great experience for us.

They were 3 hours late to my scheduled move. They didnt return my emails or calls. I wouldve given them 0 stars but the novers were friendly (its not their fault the greedy owners try to book more jobs than they xan handle) and they reimbursed me some money due to their extreme level of unprofessionalism i wouldnt recommended or ever use this company again

Wonderful experience. I moved in the middle of winter too! They were very curtious and helpful. Moved my furniture several times for me in my new place. Offered suggestions to place the furniture and moved it with not one complaint. If I ever move again, I would not hesitate to give them a call again. Great Job!!

Hired Two Men & a Truck for my personal move because they did a phenomenal job moving my employer to a new office space a few weeks earlier.Friendly & considerate men who packed & unpacked up the truck in no time, but handled everything with the utmost of care. I have a lot of IKEA furniture, not really made to move after assembly, but this was not a problem for Two Men & a Truck!

We have nothing but good things to say about this company and the men who moved our belongings. The crew who came to our home, were very careful with wrapping and moving all of our items. They were efficient, polite and informative. We had to have our things moved out and into storage (they arranged) for a month, then moved into our new home. Each dealing we had with them whether it be scheduling, or moving, was professional.We even recommended the company to our elderly aunt, who recently moved. She was extremely pleased with the results.

I had heard a lot about this company, so I hired them. They treated my stuff poorly and broke my vacuum and a section of my couch. Not to mention all the scrapes on the wall. Part of this was probably my fault for not watching the movers like a hawk, but I trusted them. They snapped my vacuum in half and didnt tell me and I didnt notice until a week later. If you hire them make sure you have a bunch of people watching.

The 2 gentleman who came to help move were prompt and on time. They packed things quickly, and were great when it came to problem solving. The men were polite and tried their hardest to keep my new home clean! Will definitely recommend. Only docking 1 star because I thought the pricing was a little high, but overall, my experience was a good one!

I used this company to move from Joliet IL to Chicago. The staff was outstanding. They handled a high rise move with efficiency. I could not ask for anything more. I will use them again without hesitation.

The Crew: Nate, DAndre, and Jammie all were professional, careful - and darn funny too!True, this outfit may be a little bit more expensive than most, but there were NO surprises, and they even accommodated a special request without any added cost.

I was 62 when I first started using 2 men and a Truck. Divorce does that. I was ABANDONED to clean/sort/move the remnants of my life.First time it rained so it was postponed to the next and even then...they worked so honorably trying to protect.2nd time quick uneventful move and I could not be more delighted.3rd time, from out of state and still, last minute...THEY ROCKED.4th time, moving from storage just to load only for me to continue on.By then I was 64, and I could NOT EVEN FATHOM doing this alone.I can not say enough great things about being on the receiving end of those trials. I also received the best bang for my precious dollar. THESE MEN HUSTLE and just witnessing that is pure awe.LASTLY, I came to know them working in a senior highrise where they were moving others in and out weekly. ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, always courteous and again moving with a swiftness that you dont have the opportunity to witness much these days. All the very best.

After the death of a loved one, while moving items from the deceased estate the 909 S. ROUTE 83 #201 ELMHURST, IL 60126 location broke an antique glass table top. Accidents happen without regard to value, monetary, sentimental or otherwise. Both of which were very high in this case. That is fine. However this company said it was old and of little value (insulting & untrue) but said they would have it fixed. After sometime with no communication we followed up with the offending party only to be told they had accidentally thrown it out. Their solution was a check for $300.Do not trust anything with this incompetent, arrogant location of Two Men & A Truck. In 40 years Ive never been so insulted and shocked with a service. Shameful is the kindest thing I can say about them.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY I WAS LUCKY THAT I DIDNT END UP WITH THIS COMPANY, I have hire Two men in a truck in the past from Des Plaines before, who I have use trice and vary happy with them, my only problem was how bad there rating was this time.it all started with the operation manger, he kept going over what the sales personal already told me, he didnt like that i kept saying the sales person already told me that, his line was I am a honest person at least 10 time, he wasnt smart enough to figure out where to park the truck and when i showed him he said that might work, he was rude and very unprofessional, and then he told there will load everything up and go to a weigh station and if it was over 26,000 lb he would have to returned what was over the limit, I thought there were in the moving business there should know how figure out the weight, not happy and a wast of my timeRoger Merriman

Do not use these guys! They first screwed up our booking and told us the could only pack and would have to load another day, after we rented our own truck. There was one very experienced packer who I would give 5 stars to, but the one teenage kid as the 2nd guy ruined it. The kid essentially threw things into the box without proper padding. I also had shoes shoved quite literally into my kitchen items (flip-flop inside food processor etc).My $700 knives left marks in the box where their handles were being bent. Everything was labeled misc. by the kid. I should have saved myself the $800 (for one bd apartment) and packed myself. Would have made unpacking worlds easier.

We needed them to move a large, cumbersome china cabinet--they came in, did the job and were super pleasant!

Brandon and the guys are efficient and professional. They have never failed our customers, as I work in Barrington and live in Lombard. I reccommend them for clients all the time.

DO NOT hire TWO MEN AND A TRUCK if I could give them NO stars I WOULD. Two men and a truck completely DAMAGED my dining room table and sofa table that I received from my parents as a gift. The operations manager Jake DOES NOT want to fairly compensate me so that MY ITEMS can be replaced. On top of everything he ignore calls and emails which is VERY very unprofessional. I was quoted $950.00 for my move but the lazy movers went over and my final bill was $1300.00. My items WERE NOT properly wrapped and protected and they hit every speed bump and pot hole in site. I will NEVER hire this company again. Anyone who is reading this DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT hire this company to move a shoe for you, it’s not worth it AT ALL.

These people are not very experienced they higher teenage kids they dont even know how to load a truck Ill tell them how to do it its high and tight they charge you for time in mileage to go to your location and then they charge you for time in mileage to go to the next location so in my opinion this is not a honest moving company
