Listen, I never take the time to write a review unless something or someone was extraordinary. For me today was a Murphys Law type of day, things just kept going wrong, BUT LIZ! SHE GOT THE POSITIVITY FLOWING. This woman Liz showed me so much kindness and compassion when I really needed it. Moving on my own she offered to assist me when that is clearly well above her duties. I am very happy with this Public Storage location. I was checking around my area for availability and when I spoke with Cristel I was very pleased. She fully answered all my questions and was extremely helpful by explaining how the monthly rent is calculated and prorated when I signed up.After deciding that this facility was the best, I called back to ask a few more questions I thought of. I spoke to Aldo on the phone when I called and he was excellent. He is so helpful and caring. He even offered to check on my unit once for me when I called because I couldn’t make it over there that evening. In my opinion this facility’s staff is the best, no question about it. If your looking for a great price and the best staff, this is the location I would recommend to anyone looking. No surprises or hassle. I will continue to use them every time for my storage needs.

I have spent my entire career of over 40 years in customer service, and I need to tell you that ELDO at your Elmhurst (297 West Lake Street) location is as good as it gets. I have used your facilities for over 26 years, and during that time no-one else has ever listened to my concerns, resolved my issues and returned my phone calls as promptly and in such a courteous manner. I had been in the Hospital for over a week, hence my payment was a few days late. He took my cause to the management team, and resolved a $46 late fee in my favor. Very few people understand the importance of exceptional customer service, but it makes all the difference in the world when there are so many options out there... SO MANY THANKS TO YOU ELDO!!! You made my day!

Public Storage staff (Keira and Carol) were EXCELLENT to work with. Storage facility is gated and generally secured, units have easy access (even with a 26 U-Haul truck).The site is a bit difficult to get to (due to recent highway construction) but has proven to be affordable and better than many similar units recently rented (compared to other major metro cities where we have recently rented similar units).

Rodney was a great help. He answered all of my questions and made sure this was the easiest part of my move. Prices are pretty good as well
