Talk to Perry! He can do anything you need! 24 hours? You got it. You need to come in and talk to an actual person instead of an automated system? Hes got you. Need an explanation of a charge? Hell break it down and work with you. Such good staff and helpful people all around at this location. Plenty of room for loading and unloading, everything is paved, clean, and they have carts to help bring your things in. Ive been a customer for 4 years and I havent gone anywhere else. 10/10 Would recommend!!!

Nice clean facility and the guys that look over the place are good people. Earlier i ran into a situation that set off the spidey senses. Right away i went into the office and spoke to Greg about it and i asked for his advice. That advice turned out to be the best possible solution on such short notice. Greg, man i appreciate your help.

Expect them to increase your rate within the first month or two of service - remember this is a month to month rate which can and will change at any time. Makes the prices you see on the website that they show to get you in the door almost meaningless, because once youre there they know you wont want to haul everything out to a new place.

Perry and Sam have been, and continue to be, exceptional people to work with over the past 2 years that Ive have had a storage unit in Elmhurst. Highly recommend the facility, and the customer service from these two in particular are over-the-top. Thanks guys!

Clean, very clean lol. But no room at all inside the loading/unloading area, says room for 4 vehicles but in reality only 2 can fit comfortably without banging into each other.The architect must have been a newbie or this was his first rodeo lmfao terrible waste of concept.

I have just reserved the unit but have not used yet. The people who helped set me up, Michelle and Sam, were friendly and helpful. The sign up was easy and quick.

I did my reservation online, Perry called me and was amazing! I told him straightforward what I needed and that my time was very limited he worked quickly and efficiently to get me situated in a unit that was very very convenient. Overall the storage facility was very clean and accessible. Have looked into other storage places and if it wasn’t the storage place itself the staff was a turn off for me however here both were extremely pleasant.

The staff was extremely responsive & attentive to what I needed. They had a variety of sizes for storage, which I liked. I went with a 10x20 storage, and their rates were highly competitive compared to the others. Before renting, I was able to check out the facility and the storage space itself. The entire facility is temperature controlled, and ultra clean. Perry was able to get me a space close to the entrance doors. It made my life so much easier since my move, in itself, was a painful process. The hours and access are super convenient too. I would highly recommend renting space here compared to the rest. Price, convenience, options, and flexibilty; no other place can beat them.

I really like this place. A friend recommended. Super clean, convenient and secure. Great prices too and you can even catch a steal of a deal sometimes. They have nice carts to use. They didnt replace one that was missing one day from about 3 months ago. (Probably stolen)Were 4, now just 3.My only complaint is that the bathroom is locked up...sooooo I have to bring a bucket in case I need it. It just is really inconvenient and makes NO sense. So for that Ill make it 4 stars. Which is a shame because I like it so much otherwise.

I’ve been with this facility for just over two years and have always had great customer service from the start.I recently had to move to a larger unit. Perry was great, he took the time to show me around to different sizes and helped me guesstimate what I needed. I took the smaller being cheap and was wrong and didn’t vacate my old one in time. The next day he was great, set me up with a larger one and we cleared it up in just a couple minutes.I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a storage unit at a good price.

UPDATE: They are so helpful. Several times I could not “unlock” my lock (I bought my own from another storage locker). I gave up and called and said I needed another lock. He met me at my locker and showed how to pull my lock “forward” to unlock! He didn’t want me spending money when I didn’t need to. That kind of service... putting your customer first ...is rare today!!

The location is next to route 20 and I-290, it’s 20 miles from downtown Chicago. It will take about 30 mins to get there with light traffic. The storage was opened November 2017, and the second building was opened April 2018. Michelle is the storage manager. She is very kind to go through every detail with me at check in. The monthly rent is pretty decent considering the location, facility, and the customer service.

I recently rented a storage with Carla at this location. She was very helpful. I was driving in from out of town and she stayed late to make sure I was take care of. She made sure I knew where everything was located if I needed it and I am happy with the level of service she provided! I deal with a lot of people just like any one else and there are plenty of people that could learn customer service skills from her.Extra space storage give her a raise! She deserves it.

When it was time to clean out my mother-in-laws home we needed somewhere to store a lot of her items. With so much to go through and not a lot of time it was important to find a good clean facility.I knew this was the place when we walked in and met Perry. With a warm greeting and all the attention to details Perry walked us through the facility. I couldnt believe its a two year old building the place is immaculate. I was very impressed and to have the rent reasonable on top of it all. Insurance is offered which is amazing.Rarely do I give a place five Stars however this truly deserving.I just want to say thank you Perry usually I have a million questions however with you being so thorough our first visit to drop off boxes was a breeze.You are a blessing thank you again!

Very nice staff. My only complaint would be that there were a few price raises within the span of a year. It was still reasonable but I couldnt help but feel a little tricked.Still, though, they were consistently pleasant and most importantly didnt pressure me to stay or ask me questions or put up any resistance when we no longer needed the unit.Painless, and thats a very high recommendation when Im pretty particular.

I rented my unit a few days ago. I was truly impressed with the cleanliness, and friendly environment. I had visited 3 other storage places that day and almost lost hope. The team member Perry was very informative and confident in explaining the policies. He made the process fast and easy as I was pressed for time. I highly recommend this location especially with their amazing prices!

Stopped by after work to set up a new storage unit. Ive used other storage facilities in the past, and they were mediocre at best. But Michelle made the experience a breeze. Ive never rented a storage place before so I had ALOT of questions. I called before coming in and Perry who answered my call was so kind and informative and told me answers to questions I didnt even think of asking! Then when I finally arrived he was just as great in person! The facility is also super clean! Love the month to month renting and I got my first month free! They came recommended and now I can see why.

Had an appointment to view to facility. Arrived for the appointment and the office was closed. Called the customer service number and was informed that “unfortunately no one is available at the site but we can reserve your space on the phone”. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized!

Perry made the process very easy, I had a locker secured in no time. The facility is very secure and clean!

I visited several storage facilities and nothing compared to Extra Space Storage in Elmhurst. Michelle runs a tight ship. The place is immaculate (both the storage units and the restrooms). Michelle and Perry were both friendly and helpful when working with me to find the correct unit for my needs. They were particularly accommodating when my moving company arrived with a massive van to unload, working closely with the driver to advise him as to what he needed to do. They have carts available to help those who are moving their own items. If youre in the market for a storage unit, you should take a look at Extra Space.

I have been renting a space here for just over a year. This is a great storage facility for a reasonable price. Always clean, well lit, no leaks or damage of any kind. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Carla Gray just helped us out this weekend to transfer to a smaller space and she was super helpful. Would definately use this space again if needed and recommend it to others.

I just purchased a 10x10 unit and when shown around the place it was very clean, well kept and reasonably priced. I had been using public storage for the last 2 years and their storage is definitely not as clean and well kept and also more expensive. I love the drive up area for moving things into the unit and they have carts to make it easier especially if youre on the 2nd floor. Overall definitely would recommend this place especially over public storage.

Perry was very informative and thorough. The facility is very clean and well-kept. There are bathrooms and carts available for complimentary use. Unloading/loading of vehicles is done indoors so I’m not doing that work out in the rain or snow.
