Really good ice cream.

The drive thru time is complete garbage they take forever! And let people add orders at the window. The location on North and Addison is much better

My order was correct but spent over 10 mins in the drive thru with just 2 cars ahead of me. Not the 1st time Ive had this same problem

I dont even know where to start.....NEVER EVER !!!!!!! will i ever order a ice cream cake from this location !!!!! i pre-order a cake ...when i go pick it up...everything is completely wrong !!!!!!! doesnt even look like the picture of what i ordered !!!!!! instead of saying, Happy Fathers Day ...it says Happy Fathday and i looked like a 3 yr. old wrote it !!!!! the boarding was to be blue...its brown !!!!! The tools placed on it looked like they just thrown them on!!!! i hope the inside is what i ordered...i guess we will find out tomorrow !!!!!!??????

Just spoke to B one of the store managers and he helped me place an order for an Oreo Ice Cream cake. Need it for 3 people but decided to order the large because we will love the leftovers for days to follow! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Was driving on day and had a taste for ice cream and they just happened to be in my field of view so I had to make a pit stop to get me some ice cream

The soft-spoken woman who makes the cakes at this location is one of the kindest people I’ve encountered in a food service setting in my whole life. I cannot reconcile the negative reviews posted here with my experiences at all. This month, I spent $100 at this specific location on two separate custom orders (cakes, etc), and they did a *perfect* job. They will continue to get my business.

I go to this Baskin Robbins frequently and the last time I went there the lady who gave me my ice cream through the drive-thru gave me the incorrect change by a bit less than a dollar. When she handed me my spoon she also touched the spoon and not the handle with her hands after handling money. The spoon wasn’t handled in a hygienic way but wasn’t a big deal since I could use a spoon from home but I knocked on the window multiple times for her to give me my correct change (two people were working in there) and the woman went to the back and never returned and the male followed. This was around 9 PM. I’m not going here anymore.

Great service. Visited today and after a long day, staff was quick friendly and treated me special. They had their anniversary promo and had had a full day!

Friendliest DD/baskin robbins Ive ever set foot in. very helpful employees. chose this locatio. for the putdoor seating which is limited but exists.

Im very disappointed. went there to get ice cream. (At night I understand somethings wont be there.) I placed my order. Last thing I ordered wasnt available. So I choose another item. Was told that was unavailable too. After the third thing I asked for was also not available. (Only 2 of 5 available so far) I asked the lady to just list that ice cream was available. After she sighed whit attitude, was only able to list 3 or 4 flavors with an umm in between each. I choose to leave and will not be going back to that location.They either need a knowable worker or some customer service training. When to another location got what I wanted with great service. That location will be getting a 5 star review unlike this place. Very disappointed Elmhurst baskin robins

I went to this location for a meeting, and left with free donuts, why not love it? Lol! 😂Seriously, it was clean as a whistle, the associate was super nice, and my caramel macchiato was made to perfection.

Ice cream galore, many many flavors to choose from.

The people who attended me that day were really greedy.I got a icecream cone and they barely gave me any icecream in the cone.

Rude, inefficient and surly staff. Not what you want when grabbing your morning coffee for sure!
