I forgot to send my mom her Mothers Day gift. I called them the day before and they were able to do a next day delivery. The choices were great and varied. I decided on the Spa collection. It had an assortment of bath items such as bath gel, and salts. It was just what I wanted. They really save me and the day. Mom really loved it.

My 10 year old niece wanted everyone to be able to enjoy the same food at a virtual birthday party with groups of attendees in 3 cities. So I ordered matching boxes of chocolate covered fruit, which were really reasonably priced and had them delivered to all 3 locations. For the birthday girl I also ordered a fancy balloon. All 3 deliveries showed up on time and it was really fun for everyone to open the boxes at the same time and celebrate a birthday while enjoying chocolate covered fruit! Easy, super quick to order online, great experience overall!

If you’re gonna work here make sure you know exactly what position you’re applying for, even then they might have you doing other things that have nothing to do with your job at hand. I had been hired as a dishwasher but in the same week was pushed to washing fruit, prepping melons, mopping and sweeping and everything that the other coworkers didn’t want to do. I was being paid 9 dollars to so it didn’t help either. And not even a cent higher as a result of hard work. Half the time I’d be busting my tail and the coworkers would just walk right past you or just on there phones. Also no matter how much you hear your coworkers complain about the managers/bosses don’t join in because they will switch sides on you quite easily. The last day I was there kinda showed there true colors I was laughed at for having a mental breakdown and they called the manager on me for talking about her. It’s pretty toxic. If they ask you to do extra stuff like cleaning the walk in don’t do it unless you’re being paid to. They’ll definitely take advantage of you.

I have purchased several arrangements and been very pleased. Employees most helpful and polite. Only negative is that I have 2 birthdays on or near Valentines day and have trouble getting delivery on the birthdays.

Poor customer service from aliyah and poor management skills from jay! I will never order from this location again! Customer service has hit an all time low! NO DELIVERY ON FATHERS DAY BECAUSE THEY LIED AND SAID MY HUSBAND TOLD THEM THAT HE WASNT AT WORK AND TO REDELIVER MONDAY! Ruin my husband Father’s Day! Called my husband on three way with them and he stated that he never even spoke with anyone. I made the phone call after I was told by aliyah “you need to take it up with your husband”. I have been ordering from Edible Arrangements for years because I have been very pleased with their customer’s service, with their prompt and timely delivery, and with their various delicious fruits selections, which also consisted of mini cheese cake and brownies and other combinations offered during special occasions that I have ordered for birthdays, baby showers, Mother’s Day or for “just because I love you”.

Incredibly fast delivery and my daughter at Winthrop was thrilled with her delicious surprise!

The arrangement was lovely. Our neighbor had never received an Edible Arrangement. She was delighted with the fresh fruit and the clever way the flowers were made.

I sent an edible arrangement to my auntie who was recovering from shoulder surgery and she absolutely loved the dog bouquet flower arrangement I sent her and the balloon! Definitely looking forward to being able to send more items for special occasions in the future!

I am not satisfied with the Elmhurst location regarding my order. I was told the ETA would be before 3:00PM because it was being delivered to a business. The fruit arrangement arrived only because I called several times. The order arrived a little before closing time at the doctors office. The edible arrangement location is maybe two miles on York Road from the doctors office. It could have been delivered earlier despite inclement weather.

Bad Experience i wanted to get a surprise arrangement for a anniversaryfirst they would not take cash i had to use a credit card due to Covid 19They did not want to touch the cash but everyone that came into the store had to touch the handle of the doorsecond we agreed on a delivery time Friday after 5pmThey call me Thursday and explain they do not deliver after 5pm after back and forth trying to figure out what time Saturday she would be homei explain there is a two hour window she would be home.They explain they could not deliver in a two hour window (and its only down the block) they needed a 5 hour window.finally she picked up her anniversary gift and they refund my delivery charge.

I was in the area visiting some family and decided to bring some chocolate covered strawberries. Not only did they happily accommodate me being super last minute, but they even brought them out to my car once they boxed them up for me! Great service, wonderful experience, and delicious berries.

The service was prompt and professional. However, when the arrangement arrived there were fruit gnats in the arrangement and one of the strawberries had mold on it.

I live in Florida, but the folks live in Illinois. I’ve used this store for Birthday, Mother’s and Father’s Day arrangements. Always delivered on time and with quality product.

This was my first time ever ordering at an Edible Arrangement store. Online ordering was easy enough. Delivery was at a good time. I ordered the half dozen mini cheesecakes with chocolate dipped fruit on top. I was disappointed because It only had had 4 dipped fruits on top of the cakes. It was supposed to have them on all. 1 had half a strawberry. Not dipped. And one cheesecake was missing a fruit. I added a balloon and it was a bit deflated. If youre going to charge $5 for a balloon, at least make sure its inflated correctly. I dont think Id order from them again. What a bummer it was a bad first experience.

A few days ago I bought a fruit ornament, and when I got home I noticed that some fruits were already spoiled, it is something disgusting because they are expensive ornaments for which we deserve fresh and good quality fruit.............

Amazing experience and they went above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional. The management team and delivery driver were terrific to work with as well.

I recieved a large chocolate dipped fruit assortment and large box of Rocky Mountain chocolates for my birthday and the entire thing was a melted box of chocolate when I opened it. We called and left a message and never heard back from anyone. When we called back again it was quite a fight to get them to replace what was ordered even with photos of the melted order. We offered to go to a local Edible Arrangements to pick up the order since its July and we understand the delivery challenges but they said that is not an option. Today the replacement order arrived in the same condition as the first but the box of fruit was much smaller and the chocolates was a box of 4 pieces instead of what was originally ordered. What a disappointment to say the least! I would definitely not order from them again!!

I do order a lot from Edible Arrangements but this location I WILL NEVER EVER order again bad service unprofessional, rude people I placed my order for pick up because i had a feeling mothers day was going to be bizzy. I placed it for 10am pick up I did not receive it in my hands till 12pm was extremely disappointed but never again the only reason I had to give it a star just because I needed to write a review or else I wouldnt give it a star.

We needed to make gift deliveries to 19 locations and she even found a change of ownership that we were unaware of and brought it to our attention prior to delivering. Such great attention to detail! She did the research ahead of time and made the deliveries at times that worked for the recipients, making our office look great on top of the great treats she delivered!

Jay at edible arrangements was awesome!! I was able to call when they opened and send an arrangement in less than 2 hours to my moms last chemotherapy appt. It meant so much to me that he was able to do that!! I would use them again for any occasion! And my mom loved the caramel chocolate apples!
