Im a digital animator. I eat storage for breakfast. I just finished a project that was 2.45 TB in size with a grand total of 512,024 files. After wrapping this project, it was time for a new external hard drive.I hopped down to Staples and purchased a new 10 TB drive. When I got home and plugged it in, my machine only saw 250 GB on the drive. I tested it across a few machines, and ran some diagnostics on it, and it was clearly just a defective unit. This was a Seagate product, and Ive had nothing but great experiences with their brand, so this was likely just a one-off bad unit. It happens.I reformatted the drive, boxed it up, and went back to the store to return it. I expected an interrogation for exchanging an expensive item, but the staff was helpful and courteous, and I was in and out of the location with a new unit in less than five minutes. I just plugged the new hard drive into my computer and its perfect. Its even a little over 10 TB.Thank you all so much. Its a huge help to have such a friendly office supply store close by, and I will not hesitate to go back to this location when I need a new drive.
Great job from Ashton in copying production.I had a very sensitive memorial document we wanted reproduced, and Ashton Taylor assisted me. He guided me as to receive the best quality of my document and had it ready sooner than i required it. The final product was excellent and accurate, we are very pleased with the complete service we received from Ashtons professionalism. Thanks!

I went to Staples to use a coupon, and it was my first time in the store since COVID. It was not crowded at all, and I found what I wanted easily. I went right through to the checkout, and was out in a few minutes.
CHARLOTTE MACKAY the general manager here is extremely rude and unprofessional. Purchased something online, only for them to cancel it the next morning. When I call the store for some kind of explanation some guy who claims to be the a manager decides to tell me they have none in stock. I was ready to believe that until my coworker called for me only to then tell him they do have them in stock. So I guess you guys got a shipment in within an hour right? I figured maybe it was because I ordered too many even though it states 5 per customer clearly on the ad. No thats not the case because I was able to get 3 from the store up the street (the last 3 they had). Now back to CHARLOTTE, so when I initially went in the store after they knowingly lied about having the laptops, I got in line only wanting 1 laptop. I bought mine fine I had my co worker with me who wanted one too. For some reason CHARLOTTE decided to take it upon herself to snatch my coworkers laptop he wanted to buy and take it to the back causing a scene. She said she would not sell it to him because it was 1 per household. Household ? First off I have photos of the ad that says 5 per customer, secondly we are 2 separate customers in two separate households so without handling herself properly as a manager she decides its okay to treat people like they are some kind of scammer. What this store is doing is false advertising and taking it upon themselves to judge who can buy from them. The treatment of my coworker and I is one of the most unprofessional things I have experienced. This could have been dealt with an entirely different way.
The staff was very eager to help. The three clerks who saw me asked if they could help. Everyone was so pleasant that I can look forward to my next visit. Plus the office chairs were on sale for a good price.
People there were really friendly and helpful, I have been having issues with and order and they help to fix it. Wult-Mgr and Carmelia they are very patient and nice, compared to the Catonsville location where I have only had very bad experiences.
The worst service ever including their manager who is very rude and pushed me to write this bad review. I don’t recommend at all unless you want to waste your money, time and effort.

Great customer service at their Printing & Shipping Center. I had an issue with an order, and the staff was happy to amend and correct the order, and still print it same-day. Great customer service.
The print service has always been excellent, making sure my order is perfect and high quality, even if I mess up with the definition of the images. ;) But yesterday I put in a HUGE order, so I stopped by this morning to check on it. Kim worked her butt off making sure it got done as quickly as possible and even called me the moment it was ready. Really exceeded expectations! I truly appreciate the service they provide at such an affordable cost for a small business owner, but its people like Kim that make all the difference!
Very helpful staff. Didnt have to ask for help, they asked me. Plus they checked on my Mom who had to sit due to mobility issues.
Went to copy,fax, and print out some forms. The associate that helped me was young and eager to assist with any questions that I had. It was my first time there and now I know that if I need their services again I wont hesitate to travel over!

Treated curtly and rudely by Staples representative on the phone. I kindly asked for status of my print order. Her response was curt and she said, Sorry, but we are in the Christmas season and we are very busy. It is what it is and we will get to your order when we can. We will try to get your order tomorrow. This is after the website indicated 24 hour turnaround and I had met that threshold. While I do understand busy times and staff shortages, customers should not be brushed off for something that is not the customers fault.

The staff tries, but self-service equipment is often not working and they lost an order of mine which forced me to return to the shop later. Try the UPS Store on Centre Park Dr Columbia instead.
Great location, rarely busy when I go. They sell stamps, which is convenient! Prices are a little high on goods, but the product is in your hand immediately. Parking competes with Target and Safeway.
Great place for work or school supplies. May not have everything you need.
Couldnt tell what was on sale and what wasnt. The same items had different prices throughout the store. A few things on sale were good deals.
I submitted my request to the print a birthday banner on Wed 4/5 at 3 PM. The print of ONE banner didnt happen till Friday 74/7 3 PM. and it wouldnt have happened without me calling about 4-5 times to check on the status of the print. They kept telling me that I should wait till they finish the product and then they will call me! It shouldnt be that way. I dont have to call 5 times to make sure a one banner is printed after 2 days of the order. BAD BUSSINESS!!!
Not the most helpful. Their self-service print/copy machines wont print on Avery products, which are standard office supplies.

No issues, staff was helpful in locating items for me.
I printed via the kiosk using emailed pdfs. It was pretty simple & easy to accomplish. It did take a while in between each pdf. I think I spent about 30 minutes printing about 12 pdfs. Good price though I did both color & black/white prints and only spent $2.50 for roughly 15-20 pages total.
Went in with a frozen phone, tech support said we cant help you, they need to take the sign down that says they can help total lie. never going in there again, waste of time, tech support in there is a joke
Never returning to this store again after my sister complained of a heavy set black lady that works there MASTURBATING in the stall next to her in the bathroom. Pathetic.
I went there looking for 1 item. As I walked around searching, I looked for staff to assist. They may be short staffed and everyone was busy, so I walked until I found my item alone.

Customer service is simply terrible. I asked where something was and the sales associate merely pointed to the other side of the store and muttered something as she passed by; didnt even stop. I was unable to find what I was looking for. The pencils I got rang up at twice the price that was shown on the sign, and a price adjustment took an additional five minutes. Even though I handed my Staples rewards card to the associate, she insisted that I enter my phone number, rather than her scanning my card. And depsite me telling her twice that I didnt need a bag, she put everything into a plastic bag. I will NOT be returning to this Staples.
I sent an order for same day printing to this location a month ago one evening. When I called the next day to see if they were ready, I was told that they never received my order despite the email notification I got from the service and gave them the order number I received. I was told that I could resubmit my order. I said okay and asked if they could rush my order or give me a discount because it was obviously an error with their computer system. The employee told me no!I I went into the store with my file on a flash drive and then asked to speak to a manager who searched for my order in the system and did exactly what the employee had done. I again asked for expedited service or a discount and was told No very rudely by the manager. I am a very loyal Staples customer and am disappointed that I was treated this way both over the phone and in person. I will never return to this location anymore!
Printing your own papers is a huge hassle. Do it online from home/work and just pickup at your convenience!

The last 2 times I went into the store, picked up a box and took it to the register to be told that they just sold out of the product a few minutes ago. The store employees couldnt tell me why the box was available on the shelf if it isnt in stock. This has happened twice in April.
