I love these guys. Quick service. Prices are reasonable- not too cheap, not too expensive. They got me fixed up with a new case at a good price. The customer service is amazing. I do a lot of shopping at huge corporations, so I often forget how good small business customer service can be. Truly red carpet. I recommend them.

I gave two things for repair at RoaTech, a laptop and an HP notebook. I got a prompt and honest feedback on both. After I paid the said amount, they went through getting new parts and replacing to fix it. It took a while to identify the problem and fix as it wasnt easy. One positive thing is I was not asked for more money at any point. I finally got my fixed laptop after a month with a reasonable cost. I had a backup laptop so I was not inconvenienced. I would definitely trust them if I needed more repairs. I was also able to recycle computer, router and related accessories. Thank you David and all at RoaTech!!!

This was a fantastic place to take my computer for a diagnostic assessment. They did a thorough job and actually my computer only needed some maintenance despite what the Apple store told me. I found the service to be excellent and the explanation of what was wrong to be very thorough and helpful.

Response time and problem resolution was outstanding. Unfortunately the problem persisted, so David came on site and resolved the laptop issue. His service and commitment is commendable.

I was very pleased with RoaTech. Computer was ready and completely fixed in a few days when promised. I have an 10+year old Mac computer which I could not get to boot. It turned out all I needed was a new hard drive. The diagnostic was free. They didn’t try to sell me anything extra and explained everything I needed to know. Price was very fair. Honest, knowledgeable, QUICK and fair priced. Also, I appreciated that they wore a mask and did social distancing since we’re in the middle of a pandemic.My computer that I depend on for work got hit with a bad virus recently. They met me at my convenience and explained everything thoroughly to me.They have been in business for a while but recently opened up a brick and mortar place right in the heart of Old Ellicott City just weeks before the quarantine hit. The location is really, really cute. I had no problems finding parking.Also, they are bilingual. They are a great business to support. I’d MUCH rather support a small business In our community that I can trust than going to a big box store whose reputation is not on the line. I highly recommend these guys.Also, they sell customized computers but I really appreciate that they were so knowledgeable about my computer’s issues. When I eventually upgrade my computer I will get it from these guys.

A lot of really interestingly random, specialized bits of various mostly modern tech you rarely see most places, mostly for PC, phones, and gaming, but some various other maker type stuff, and various such accessories, plus some South American treats, and most at quite well internet competitive prices, always worth a visit!!)

Extremely happy with the service. I feel like I have a new computer, without the expense of one. I should of brought the computer in earlier, I would of saved myself months of frustration, trying to fixed the problem by myself.

I brought my newer PC to RoaTech Inc. because it was acting really strange. I thought it might have gotten a virus. But David performed the diagnostics and found out I had a failing hard drive and keyboard. He replaced the hard drive and keyboard at a very reasonable price. He also backed up and moved all my old data. He did all of this very quickly and I was able to pick it up the next morning. When I received the PC back, it was completely fixed but also lightening fast! It was never this fast before. David and Beth are both very nice and very customer focused. They also have lots of cool computer related merchandise. I had fun looking around. I highly recommend them!

Great customer service and very friendly people. I had an old blood pressure monitor that wasnt working, and they went above and beyond to do diagnostics and try to find parts, even going to the original manufacturer. Turns out the parts dont exist anymore, but thats not Roatechs fault. They seem to be able to do it all.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I had to set up shop quickly from home. Given my work in financial services, my requirements were demanding, including a work station with four monitors. I was having trouble getting all of the things I needed online and especially on time, but then I ran into RoaTech which solved all of my problems. David came over to my house on the same day wearing protective gear and helped me get fully set up with all the things that I was missing, including cables to hook up all of my monitors. He was also kind enough to take a look at my printer whose color ink had failed a couple of years ago despite having new cartridges. Long story short, he took my printer with him and brought it back the next day with everything working just as if it were new. I really appreciate RoaTech’s quick and impeccable service and highly recommend them for any of your technology needs. The fact that they’re part of our community in Old Ellicott City is even better!
