The help was good; I was surprised it is so complicated to set the scanner, apparently because my computer problems with compromises. It was expensive experience,but I hope it will pay off and my computer and smart phone are properly protected now.

James Park, the second expert I dealt with on WPLLC was perfect in his professionalism. He not only had perfect manners, but his knowledge was superb. I hope this is not a scam, I have heard that this is rated high. I hope so. At first I thought it was Microsoft, but this WP is great, hope it all works as well as the men who helped me. Personally, I hate scams, and at first I feared this might be one. However, they seemed just great.

My PC was not working correctly on several Apps. Web Planet technicians spent quite a while sorting out what was going on and explained the problem as multiple malware virus. They cleaned things up and installed internet protection. Everything works as it should and Im very happy with the results.The only issue I had was paying by scanning a check. They asked for the last 4 of my social and I refused. Gave my birth date instead.I would be much more comfortable using a credit/debit card.
