Wow! I drove 2 hours to see a car that spoke to me. I had a great test drive, explored other options but ultimately settled on what I came to see. Lilian was my sales professional and I cannot say enough good things about her (& Donnie & the whole team here) Off the bat, I felt very taken care of and respected. Lilian is warm, not pushy, a hard worker and charismatic salesperson. More like her!!! Thank you to everyone at this dealership for making this a smooth transition so I can tow my home! Any dealership which can provide high level customer service despite an electrical outage deserves 5 stars. You see there was an underground electrical fire in the cables running into the dealership the other day. You would have never known this by judging this dealers customer service.

Only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is because of the distance from my home. Fran took good care of me and my car and was timely. My old dealer closed due to poor management ( 😕 ) and they were 10 minutes from my home. ( Fran was there too!) This dealer is about 30 minutes but was well worth it.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Nissan of Ellicott City and was blown away by the service, support, and professionalism I received. I had been to other dealerships, but Nissan of Ellicott City made you feel welcome and provided a comfortable atmosphere - they talked to you like a person in a calm manner, rather than the shark like mentality I’ve noticed elsewhere. Every person welcomed you with a smile, kind remark, and engaging tone - I truly had not experienced this at any other dealership. We were people first, not just customers, and it was appreciated. Our representative, Dionne (“D”) Robinson was fantastic - her personality was radiating and made buying a car exciting. She also demonstrated strong knowledge, ensuring each customer felt comfortable and happy with their purchase. She worked hard for us and felt like a team player rather than a “cars salesman”. I took my 2012 Nissan Quest to this shop being a 1st time customer for a recall something dealing with the break like (FREE) then got the call oh my tag lights are out I said repair it $79 for 2 small bulbs then oh you need front brakes & rotors ok repair it then you have 2 small lights in front out ok repair came to $774.09 now I paid it oh but did I say they had my van for like 3 wks waiting for a part finally gets my van I drive it Sunday morning when someone says to me your can smoking I now check the entire van over I’m a very clean person so I notice big oily hand prints on my glove compartment my cream leather seats & black dirt from a shoe all on my driver side so I check the outside of my van to notice I have a dent in my van I reach out to Nissan they say OH BRING IT BACK I do they did nothing to my can but kept it for 2 days NOTHING so here’s still the pictures when I got it back today carper still dirty dent still in bumper hopefully it don’t smoke again I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK THERE I WILL DRIVE TO GLEN BURNIE

Worst. Dealership. Ever. Sold me a used car with worn out parts that I discovered after I putchased it. Unfriendly and downright hostile sales people. Management is arrogant and not worth their word. I was told three different things from 3 different people about a car I purchased. And they used my personal information I gave them in the course of purchasing the car for unauthorized purposes. Go someplace else. I will NEVER EVER go back here.

In June 2021, I traded-in my 2017 Nissan Rogue for a 2021 Nissan Rogue. Purchasing time took 6 hours. I wanted to keep my loan with Nissan Finance and the interest rate I had or lower. Unbeknownst to me, the Finance Companies who the Finance Officer contacted had all pulled a hard copy of my Credit Report. When I left the dealership, I received several alerts from my credit monitoring company. This cost my credit score to drop down over 40 points. I was disappointed...I wanted to return the car and cancel the sale. Buyer be aware.

I had such a great experience at this Nissan dealership! I wasnt satisfied with a previous Nissan dealership two days prior with what they were offering. Renard, the Sales Manager worked with me and his Manager to get to a deal I could not refuse! I upgraded to a New 2020 Nissan Pathfinder SL from a 2020 Nissan Rogue S. Just recently bought our 2021 Nissan Rogue which my husband absolutely loves. I am not one for online reviews but I have to say this experience was pretty good! We started off around 11 AM and didn’t leave until about 6:45 PM, even though it was a little long and painful at times we got through it. D was our sales consultant and she was beyond great, very personable and was all about her clients. This girl was supposed to be off at 5PM that day but stayed until we were done financing and the tagging process. Towards the end of the sale she noticed that we were starting to get frustrated because of Time and having a puppy at home kept us looking at the clock. So of course she had our backs and was able to get things moving pretty quickly towards the end. All in all we came back the next day to drop off paperwork and D surprised us with our brand of dog food for our pups because she cared so much! Now I have to say that is beyond customer service! I can’t wait to go back and buy another vehicle from her when the time is right for a new truck! Please don’t think twice if you get D as your sales consultant.

Very interesting experience. I’m a well qualified buyer and need a car as mine was totaled. One might ask, is this bait and switch? Making an appointment to see the car and likely buy it. The car as found on Cars.com is/was never available since they added a blackout option worth $4k to it. It’s not something you can take off. I asked 10 times via email and text message to provide me the breakdown of the pricing that marches me to the price as indicated. I never rec’d that likely because it doesn’t exist as advertised. Price changed on Cars.com as I was enroute to purchase. I sit in the car for 20min waiting to discuss and nothing.

I walked in to test drive a vehicle with no appointment and a random salesman picked me up. There was no discrimination for my age and treated me like a king. That salesman was David Kissel and couldn’t have had a better experience. Management tried their hardest on getting me a good deal and that’s all I needed to know that I was going to be taking a new car home. Very appreciative of this team.

I was browsing cars online when an online assistant set up an appointment for me to check out vehicles. I came in, and the sales staff were very patient while I test drove several vehicles to find the one that was the right fit for me. In the end I decided to purchase a vehicle that I love. I was getting my rear brakes and rotors fixed on my Nissan Rogue. It was supposed to take about two to three hours, but ended up taking four. Because it took longer, they gave me a 10 percent discount on my final price. I was so surprised and pleased by that! Keep up the great work!

Stephanie in the service department did an outstanding job in insuring that the mechanic report on the status of my brake pads was correct. I had already had brake pads done and the mechanic put them in the yellow. Stephanie went above and beyond to have them checked again by the department manager. The break pads were actually at 7 and not 5.

I chose this Nissan location because I generally have good encounters with businesses in this area. This location did not disappoint. Sam was great at helping me confirm the service I needed for my new car. I was there to get a safety inspection and certificate and was quoted an hour and 45 minutes. I was going to stay and wait. They finished in less than the expected time which was nice. The waiting area was clean and check out was quick and easy. Sam gave my copies of the inspection which is great to have. They offered to sanitize my car for a small price (which I declined), but it was a nice offer. I will continue to come to this location for all my car needs. Thank you!

This dealership has no concern for customer service. I bought a car in early May, and waited over 6 hours to go through the motions of buying the car. Only then was I told that I would not be able to transfer my tags because of the DMVs policy during COVID, if it werent for the fact that I had waited so long I would have called the DMV to prove them wrong, but they were already closed. The change in policy was an absolute lie and I could have transferred my tags, according to the DMV themselves, I know this because I called. I then had to wait for them to be delivered to the dealership, because they wouldnt even ship them to my home. After expressing my displeasures with the dealership they gave me the General Manager, Rodrigo, who then decided the best course of action was to refund me the cost of my new tags, as compared to what it would have cost me to transfer the tags. This was provided to me in late June. I will give them credit where it is due for resolving this action. However;It took the dealership over 3 weeks to cancel out the loan on my previous car. The dealership had already listed my vehicle on the market, even though I was still making payments on the old loan. Almost a month is an unacceptable period of time period to wait. It wasnt until I called, non-stop for 4 days, and got the nameof the person from financing, as well as the tracking number on the overnighted check, that I was taken seriously.I have never received such bad service as I have here, and am appalled at the lack of concern they have about it. I gave this dealership absolutely every chance, and they resolved my issues, but I just want everyone to know that the service here is just not up to par. There is nothing the dealership can do to change this review of mine, everyone deserves to know what they are getting into.

They called me later in the day and told me my vehicle would not be able to be worked on until the following day. From early in our experience, the whole process seemed shady. Our salesperson, Maiya was very friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable about the cars. The one glaring area that she wasnt knowledgeable about was price. She was able to help us find a car that would meet our needs, but without knowing prices, how was she supposed to help us find something that was also in our budget? We found a car that we wanted to test drive and we were waiting for her to bring it to the front. Eventually she came back and apologized for the wait, but they couldnt find the keys. We waited a while longer and someone else found the keys to a different car that was almost the same with fewer miles. We were told it was a similar price, without being told what either price was. We test drove it and liked it. When we started talking money, it got even shadier. Nobody would tell us how much the car cost. Finally Maiya came back with a printout with the total price. It was more than we wanted to pay, even when we considered what we could get for our trade-in. At this point, they hadnt seen the trade-in yet, but we had gotten a good offer from someplace else. She went back to the manager, who knocked $1,000 off the price. It still seemed high, but when we factored in what we could get for our old car, it was okay. We went to get the trade-in and when they appraised it, they came back with an offer that was about 1/3 of the offer we had gotten elsewhere. The manager then asked if we would accept an out the door offer. He came up with a number we could live with, but the dealership math didnt make sense. He raised the price by $2,000, then gave us savings of a little over $2,000 plugged in a number for the trade - and added taxes, etc. and came up with the number. We were going to buy it.During one of the many times we sat waiting, Maiya asked me to give her a 5 star Google review while she was sitting there. I didnt do it because I was waiting until the deal was done and IMO, asking for a 5 star review while shes sitting with the customer is doesnt seem ethical. I wonder how many of the 5 star reviews here were written with the sales person sitting there.Then we went to the finance guy. I think it was then that we were told that they still had to do the state inspection, so we wouldnt be able to take it until Monday (that was a Saturday). We signed some paperwork but since my husbands name was incorrect, the guy didnt want to reprint everything that night and we were going to do the rest when we picked up the car. That is what saved us. It gave us time to read the fine print to figure out why it still seemed like it was costing so much. It turned out they were adding $1,500 worth of extras that we didnt ask for and they didnt ask if we wanted them.We were going to take the higher offer for our old car and come back with cash when the car was ready and discuss the pricing again since we werent interested in the $1500 worth of extras. On Monday we got a call that it wasnt ready yet. On Tuesday we got another call that it probably wouldnt be ready until Friday. We kept looking all that time because we werent sure the deal would actually go through and because it just didnt feel like we were getting a good deal. We ended up buying a care elsewhere and it was a much better experience and we feel like we got a better deal.

After browsing online for about a month, I made a leap of faith. I had several options in mind that I could not choose between but after talking to Phil and test driving the cars, I was sold. Unfortunately my 2018 Altima was hit and totaled and CJ was my first option to call for a new vehicle. Mind you he works in the finance department now but he had no problem helping me out and getting me back right!!! He’s quick and fast and to sum it all up I walked out very satisfied with a 2020 Altima 🤩. I also would like to thank ceoshay. Even though she was new her attitude was so great and very professional!

I used to have my maxima serviced at this dealership but now taking it to another nissan dealer. It is impossible to get someone to return your call and you are put on eternal hold. Too bad as I was spending a decent amount of $$$$ for service at this location. This is what happens when you dont answer and/or return a customer call. I am taking my business elsewhere.

In the Market for a vehicle, came in an hour before of closing, Andrew Wood was very helpful. He answered all my questions, stayed well past closing hours, while offering to show more cars even though it was cold and windy. Leroy stayed with us as well, Both looked tired but didnt seem frustrated. I know how it feels when you are about to close and a customer comes in last minute. I really appreciated the effort both gave. when it came to the signing everything was explained. I was not pressured into purchasing something I didnt want thats a plus most car salesman push things on you. Im really pleased with the friendly service Andrew knew a lot and was helpful at explaing featurs the car had. Everyone seemed nice the place was clean as well as the lot. If you are reading this review dont think twice go check out the inventroy ask for Andrew if hes not available anyone will do they all seemed nice.

Absolutely non professional staff, I left my car for oil change. Tire rotation, service. The work was done non professionally, I had a bad experience, the car was shaking, when put on the road. Next day i called the service centre, I was asked to bring the car again, the tire nuts were not tight properly. It was fixed, again, but the car got the same problem. I made appt online days in advance for oil and maintenance. When I got there, they told me they could only do my oil and I would have to come back for a diagnostic on certain days before a certain time. I had to reschedule there. This would have been nice to know prior to my appt so I could have scheduled/discussed accordingly. Also, during my oil change, I normally receive a text/email about any other issues to be aware of (what is good,fair,in need of repair) and I did NOT receive that information.
