Honest and knows what he is doing. I wont go anywhere else.
We brought my Hyundai to Docs several times over the years and were always incredibly pleased with the work done. Prices were very fair. Doc is fantastic and we would recommend his shop to all.
Doc has been my primary auto mechanic since 2005. I first met Doc at the Nissan Dealership where he was there top mechanic for many years. I was so impressed with his service and professionalism that I followed him once he opened his own shop.He is the most honest and trustworthy businessman man and auto mechanic I ever known. He is completely transparent and openly shared his knowledge. If a customer has questions or concerns, he is more than willing to tell why and how. This is why I recommend all of my friends and associates switch to Doc and Friends.Sincerely,Kevin Jenkins
Great service and great care. It’s also a place I can watch the work done on my car. I find that very cool and oddly comforting.
Went here based on the good reviews and highly regret doing so. I noticed other reviews saying the owner had experience with Toyotas and charged reasonably. It turns out he gets non-brand products and does a poor job. I got my brake pads and rotors done and noticed immediately that the handling felt off. In fact I felt my car was driving worse than when I came in.I went to get the opinion of two seperate technicians, one from Mr Tire and other a Toyota dealership. One said the hardware hadnt been installed correctly nor lubricated. The other said that the rotors had to be replaced entirely. So now Im having to spend twice for the rotors. I would highly avoid coming here despite the nice-seeming demeanor of the owner.
He specializes in Asian cars, and really knows what hes doing. Hes often busy, has a thick accent, and wont do stuff that isnt cost effective, but he also wont take advantage of you, which is extremely important (and rare) in an auto mechanic.
Trustworthy and reliable. I would recommend it.
Good, honest, reasonably-priced mechanic
