We were visiting Ellensburg from out of town for the week and I was having issues with my phone, and had questions about our service and bill. Ashton was recommended to work with from a family member and his service was beyond helpful! When I walked into the store there were employees waiting and ready to help. Ashton had all of the answers I was looking for and was able to help me with my device and storage back up, which honestly is probably service that he did not need to help with because it was device specific! He was very informed and very kind and patient in answering all of my questions. I was in and out in a timely manner and I was so thankful for his help! Overall fantastic experience! Thank you!!

We went this evening to our local Sprint store the girls working at the desk were very helpful, and genuine. Stephanie took the time to go above and beyond in checking some account details and helped us to resolve the issue. Both my mother and I were surprised with the level of professionalism and care. Thank you so much 5 stars all the way. We have been Sprint customers for so long that our first plan was $10.00, we have never had a more pleasant experience. Great job to both of them, small town service beats big city any day.

Must be the worst Sprint Employees ever. The assistance manager, Chrislyn, spent no more than 30 seconds on my issue before she said she could not help. When I showed her the Franklin R850 Data Devices that I bought from her store just last year she said what are these? She did not ask my name or look at my account. She seemed extremely fearful of the covid-19 pandemic, wearing a face mask and rubber gloves, and demanding that I stand on the yellow place mats (6 feet back) which I obliged. She simply did not want to work. Fear and Laziness is what I seen in her. I spoke with her manager and she said they do not support the devices (Frankin R850 Hotspots) anymore even though I just bought them 1 year and ago and have 2 currently working on my networks. I hope T-Mobile fires the both of them.

Im sure the staff are really helpful if you can get to them, But I wouldnt know because despite trying for an hour Ive had no luck. Id rather do my own root canal than sign on for another day of service with them. BTW phone service in some countries cost $8 a month and sprint charges 80-170 a month.

Manager tried to convince me that it was a non-issue if they do not have stores or decent service in the two states I travel. Then continued to tell me she was doing a soft credit check after which I received a letter from their credit department discussing their hard check.

They never answer the phone

Employees are very bad I wanted to get into sprint and she told me she couldn’t help me and to do everything online and the guy working with her was asking me to buy a phone from eBay instead I was very unsatisfied with it and I for sure will never go back or consider getting into sprint, thank you for the bad service and good luck finding costumers

Sky was exceptionally helpful. She took on two difficult situations at once, resolving issues involving an outdated Framily plan and a device that took multiple members of customer support to resolve. She put forth a lot of effort and jumped through a bunch of hoops for us. Thank you!!!

Sprint is a sub par phone Carrier their service in Ellensburg Washington is not that great however the staff at the Sprint store in Ellensburg do a great job of dealing with the Public. Over the phone customer service with Sprint is excrutiatingly slow and complicating to use I do not recommend this phone Carrier.
