I went in to upgrade my iPhone X, next thing I know, (I believe it was Luke and Kai) are saving me money. Effortlessly switching to a new family plan and saving about 50$/mo and then saving me 30$ on top of that for a first responder discount. I left with a new phone and money in my pocket every month. I highly recommend stopping in if you are in need. Helpful, nice, and working to help you!

Customer service team does all they can to assist you. Sadly we spent two hours to upgrade our phones during our visit there because we had sign-in issues on a weekend and Verizon phone Help took forever and two calls to make the changes needed to wrap up our issues. The team did everything they could to speed the process.

I had a great experience once again at Ellensburg Verizon.I went in just to get a hot spot box, Lucas let me know I had a coupon for $600 off a phone and I said lets do it.He let me know a few things that would save on our bill.There was a lot of laugh going on it really was a good time... Had to get a new plan set up, get a new phone and change over 4 number from different accounts. The employee that assisted us, Kai, handled the process as quick as possible with all the issues that popped up along the way. Overall it was a good experience. The employees are friendly and everything was handled smoothly. Also try to remember these guys have very little authority to make changes without calling their own companys customer service so if things arent perfect or a bit slow they cant do anything about it either.

Kai was very helpful when I came in for my upgrade. He took time to explain everything to me and I appreciated his patience. He took time to answer all of my questions as well.

I came in today with an issue on my iPhone where it would not open any internet. James and Kai both worked on it, and instead of trying to push me out of my one year old phone into a new one, they took the time to look through my phone and find I just had a switch turned off in my settings and got me right back on the road with my wife. Highly recommend going to the Verizon store on N waters street in Ellensburg WA. Their customer service is excellent. I went in to upgrade my iPhone 8 which was having technical problems. Anthony C provided the best n most knowledgeable customer service that I’ve ever had. He helped me pick out the right phone for me and handled the upgrade so that my new phone has everything on it. Anthony C is simply the best! I am so happy.
