Bought a brand new phone and spent about $740 on everything and I had a issue with my phone set up and the guy that worked their sent me to apple customer service instead of helping me with this simple problem that I later resolved my self so that being said you guys need a upgrade on customer service/help. Very disappointed with this AT&T. I also hope my bills don’t go over 90 because this guy didn’t even give me paperwork of my plan.

They were very friendly & very helpful. I went to them 1st but ended up going to every other place in town & went straight back to them. They were the most welcoming & had the best deals in town. Ive never dealt with AT&T before but I wish I would have. I wont go through any other phone company anymore. AT&T is now my home for mobile phone service. Thank you AT&T

I wanted a tablet so my 96 yr old mother could zoom. My husband had an old one (purchased from at&t)Took it in, had to delete all info, set up new gmail acct passwords etc.. Olivia helped me through it all. It was a nightmare for me and complicated, I was there for over an hour. She was so nice and helpful, I was so stressed trying to deal with my sister through it all, she was patient understanding and very kind.👍👍👏👏👏for OliviaMarian Hudson

I called before walking there as they had said they had a phone case I needed. I got there to find they did not carry it and said I had to order it online on their website and the entire trip there was a waste as the employee I spoke with had no idea apparently as to what he was doing! I ended up ordering the same case on Amazon half the price and got free faster shipping!!

Second I walked in I was immediately greeted. Incredibly helpful staff. I was initially looking to upgrade my phone. The staff member I spoke with was incredibly honest and instead of trying to sell me a product he told me I already had one of the most advanced phones on the market and it wouldnt be wise to upgrade the moment. That sort of honesty in the retail environment is something I really value. Definitely recommend this spot.

I have been with AT&T for many years and this was hands down the best experience I have had with the company over the duration of being their customer. After long hours of being on hold and ran in circles with AT&T customer service via telephone assistance, I decided to drive down to the local store in Ellensburg. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and tended to. Anton- was the employee whom assisted me. He gave me his undivided attention and still welcomed other guests throughout the process. He was unflustered by the amount of time it took to resolve the issue I was having and he handled it with such patience and professionalism. Not only was he kind, he was also knowledgeable and turned a previously frustrating experience into a positive one! I would recommend stopping by this store for any wireless needs!

Every time I have been to this particular store they have been very courteous and very helpful. Even when they were busy. Love my Samsung phone and their service.

Those guys there really take care of their customers!

Its small. Always busy. Even when they have 2 to 4 people working it is not a quick stop. Pay bills online, dont go into the store. Limited seating, folding chairs. Its uncomfortable. But friendly staff.

They keep you informed on there good deals, make sure you talk to Ryan.

Theres this guy named Ryan who works there. STUD. Every time I walk in he greets me with a sick chin nod and a firm fist bump. I needed a new screen protector cuz my girl got drunk and threw it against the toilet seat in my apartment, but thats neither here nor there. Ryan led me to the screen protectors IMMEDIATELY. Talk about customer service!Bottom line - give this guy a HUGE raise and/or bonus.Hes sick.

Been trying to complain about AT &T service in local area. Tried different settings on phone with no improvement. Having a cellphone that only works outdoors is nonsense. AT and T should modernize their cell tower in our area. Glad I still have a landline that is reliable and useful. As far as Im concerned my cell is an expensive paperweight.

Today was my 3rd time in to the Ellensburg AT&T to get a go phone and change my plan (Im a 10 year customer) and I have never been treated with less interest any where. The first visit was before Christmas and they were out of stock but said they would call. 2nd visit was the end of January and they were still out of stock. Todays 3rd visit the uninterested employee said we ran out of stock today. There was a shipment sitting on the floor that I would bet contained new phones. When I said and you are not interested in checking the shipment on the floor all I got was a very dramatic frown. At that point I lost my patience and said I wont be back again. I am now going to check into Verizon.Customers are the lifeblood of a company and should be treated that way. I am one disgusted former customer.

I was having problems with a particular APP. I walked in and was greeted by Tony. I told him I have been trying to get this APP to work for a week and just could not figure it out. Tony got me up in running in less than 30 seconds! THANKS

If you have ATT in ellensburg you are better off using a carrier pigeon
