Best coffee that Ive bought from anywhere on the West Coast. From SoCal to here. Still the same quality my mother loved when I was 4 years old. And now me. The special was the Mona Lisa so Id go with that if you dont know what to go with, and food on display is best bought fresh, pasta salad was less moist than I thought it would. But I came for coffee, so 5 stars.

To begin with a positive, the girls are really sweet, but not talkative. When I received my americano with white chocolate powder, the flavor wasn’t mixed in. It was as if I was eating my powder in my drink. Another wrong flavor was also added to my drink and was left at the bottom of the drink that was not mixed in. The straws that were given to us were broken. Then, when the other passengers in my car received their drinks, it tasted like day old, burnt coffee. Highly do not recommend.

Missed them by one minute after closing time. Staff was still there, but refused to sell us coffee beans even though we drove miles out of our way to buy them. Luckily the Greek Orthodox nuns on Santiam Pass (Highway 97) were open and accommodating. Te nuns had better coffee and food.

Mochas are water and chocolate flavoring,I havent been able to find a decent cup of mocha/coffee in Eburg since I moved back home.

Looking for coffee on my way out of town, I found this place and it was a lovely surprise.Very well made coffee at decent price.The staff was friendly and definitely trained to make proper coffee.The prices were reasonable and the coffee, as previously mentioned was well made.The drive through was staffed well and very convenient for the on the go traveler.Do not hesitate to stop here for a coffee run if you need to!

I usually come here a lot, especially as a college student, and the drinks are pretty good (not always consistent, but still good). However, today I was at the window right off of water st and the milk the barista was using was expired. when the barista set the milk on the counter, I was able to see the sell-by date stated very clearly, July 2nd. I asked the barista about it and they stated that management told them to use it because milk can sometime be good for a few days after the sell-by date. The barista at the window was still very kind throughout the interaction and made a great redbull drink though. I understand this is a small business and milk can be expensive, but that is unacceptable. I switched my drink to a redbull and still left caffeinated but feeling bad for everyone who bought coffee. Still giving two stars because of the good customer service but I hope this grabs the attention of management who stops telling the baristas to use milk past its date.

Waited 20 min in drive up without any cars moving. Noticed walk in customers coming and going quickly, parked car and went inside, only one person working at drive up, one was just wiping counters and 2 workers in back,one talking and one getting ice. Wont go back, esp with kids in car waiting

My son treated me to a coffee. I dont remember the name of the drink but it was delicious. Also he purchased a snickerdoodle cookie for his dad . Also soft and delicious. Pleasant server also.

This place is true to their motto: Life is too short to drink bad coffee. Every location is warm, cozy, staffed with friendly employees, and frequently visited by the owners, who are diligent, hard-working, and truly committed to their business. Those traits are reflected in all aspects of D&M, which is what makes it the best local coffee company in Washington. My personal favorites are...most of the menu, but if I had to pick a few, I would recommend: the breakfast calzone, the simple plain latte, and black bottom muffins. You cant go wrong no matter what you order here though, so enjoy!

A roomy coffee shop with very smooth coffee, a wide selection of drinks and bakery items. Their prices are decent and the staff are exceptionally friendly. This is the nicest coffee shop Ive found in Ellensburg.

Their coffee was okay. The strong wasnt very strong. But, their crescents are great. I love the filling and texture. The place itself has a nice atmosphere and plenty of types of seating.

Drinks are always well prepared and taste great everytime. Its usually less busy than the downtown location and yet the drinks taste better (probably cause they are not as rushed). Thank you staff for the hard work and quality service.

Love the coffee + hot chocolate at this establishment. Love the vibe. *Loathe* that there are no baby changing facilities in the bathroom other than the floor. Which is disgusting and impossible for post partum moms, especially recovering from c sections.

There coffee is great, but be careful who you have make it.... more than once the milk was steamed wayyyyy to hot!! And they are never consistent on there prices... I am a multi time day drinker & the price changes EVERY TIME I order

Personable staff, hot drinks may be significantly short, but they are good. Tried the potato, spinach & pepper frittata... think it could be good but mine was luke warm and really watery in the bottom of the container.

Great coffee at a nice establishment. D&M is my favorite coffee in ellensburg though they seem to follow the rest of the coffee shops in town when it comes to cost and procedure. They charge per shot of coffee regardless of the size of the drink you ordered. The price is a little higher then most coffee shops on the west side of the state and no one in eburg considers whipped cream as one of the ingredients of a mocha, you have to ask for it and some places in town even charge for it.

Coffee was good, priced a bit high when compared to equal establishments. I pay 2 dollars less for the same drink at another local coffee bar. Service took forever (nearly 20 minutes for drive-through, and there was only one car ahead of me) and both baristas seemed distracted.Calzone was ok, but if they offer, take the picante sauce.

Locally roasted beans combined with a small town café feel is a good combination. D&M had great coffee along with a big variety of food and drink options. Seems like a café you can just sit down, sip your cappacino, and get down to work on your laptop.

My absolute favorite coffee shop whenever Im in Ellensburg WA, and breakfast choices are excellent. I highly recommend the breakfast quiche, the parmigiano crusted with pesto cruffin, and the breakfast calzone.Their coffee selections alone are amazing. Personally a big fan of their espresso blend they call Hi octane. As for drip the lions rock and kenya roast are my two personal favorites. If your in ellensburg check this place out.

I come here because of the brand of syrups they have (torani) and the coffee they serve. I DO NOT GO FOR THE SERVICE. I was a barista for 4 years and Im not one of those know-it-all ones. I dont like to be a difficult customer (because I experienced many), so often times my drink(s) are made inconsistently and I dont say anything. Sometimes I get an Americano with no water-I like extra cream. I rudely got informed that the drink I asked for (Americano iced w/no water) was not an Americano and it would cost more. I patiently responded she could pack it with ice, I just do not like water. I also got two shots, instead of one which drinks normally come with, so that water would not be a huge issue.Heres my problem with that--as an ex-barista to another-when customers are specific with their orders-you repeat it back as they said to you. For example- I said black and white Americano, extra flavor, and an INCH AND A HALF OF CREAM. When you repeated it back you said so... extra flavor and extra cream? NO. I said an inch and a half. What is extra cream to you and other baristas varies. So I was specific with that for a reason. Secondly as a customer to an employee- while I was annoying in forgetting to ask for no water at first and proceeded to ask you after the fact to correct it (EVEN ASKED POLITELY and APOLOGIZED for being picky) you NEVERRRRRR try and correct the customer!!!! Your poor service even one time costs the business more then you just politely saying no problem and remaking it.I hope for those reading my review you do not get the wrong idea that I am a difficult customer...many times Ive come here for a product I know is great and gotten mediocre because of inconsistency and poor service AND NOT SAID ANYTHING!!! I do not discourage customers from going-the coffee is good (when made correctly).I do HIGHLY encourage the business to get the employees on the same page & to teach them the values of good customer service. Coming from that industry--I understand how tedious people are about coffee and how some people try and cut corners with prices...however, these are your customers who come daily for coffee. When they get what they want--they write you good reviews, recommend you to their friends and most importantly come back for more. Employees should know this too.Im not sure Ill be back..there are other places in town that offer far better service and give me what Im asking for.
