Pumpkin is here!!!Tried the pumpkin cream cold brew today. I grabbed an equal just in case but oh my goodness.... no sweetener needed, its so good!!I didnt even get a picture before it was gone. Wish they gave refills on this!!!Definitely a favorite and only 250 calories. But if youre at Starbucks, are you really worried about calories?!?!?

They were pretty busy w/just two really nice ladies who were so patient!!! Being out of town & as busy as they were man they didnt miss a beat!!!! Were very patient & very personable!!! Thank you ladies for all your help & kindness!!!!

Clean place with quick service. Gets a heavy amount of foot traffic at times due to being on campus, but they are still quick with taking orders and delivering. LGBTQ+ friendly

Starbucks is always great, and this location is one of the very best! They always have cute ideas that promote unity in the small town of Ellensburg. The most recent thing was people could write positive messages on sticky notes and post them on theee boards for all to read. Very nice small town touch.

Hmmm, not the small town friendlyness I was expecting. About the level of a Starbucks thats inside a grocery store. Also no drive-thru here. The entrance in and out of the store parking lot is also a tad easy to miss if youve never been to this location which makes it difficult.

Terrible spiced apple drink....they use motts apple juice. The restaurants are TERRIBLE in Ellensburg

I imagine if you use your Starbucks app and pre-order, the process may be less painful. However, if you walk into this place it is going to be a mission from the start. Good luck parking! The line stacks up deep, and the wait is pretty significant. Skip this Starbucks and go to the one inside Safeway - it will be quicker!

Always the Starbucks that I like to stop by on a nice sunny weekend. The parking lot always have enough spots to for customers to park their car no matter what.

My drink was made perfect, the servers were pleasant and helpful. The restroom was a comfortable size to go into with my wheelchair. They had a nice roll under sink and the bathroom was clean..

This location does not have a drive through but is really close to campus and has a good size lot if you need to park and walk in. Inside they usually have a few tables open for anyone that might need to work on some things and a nice outdoor seating area under some shade that is good for summer days as well. Been here a few times and there is nothing to complain about.

This little Starbucks is in the middle of a college town, I love going there because of that. The atmosphere is always humming with their conversation making it easy to relax and read a book or do a study. The Baristas are wonderful and make a great latte.

Its your typical Starbucks! Nothing special about this one! Its close to the campus, so thats nice! Though for college students studying late into the night, you would think theyd be open later

Go almost every Saturday morning. Always consistent, good quality, and this Starbucks out here is CHEAP. Can get a bit crowded without a drive thru but its a nice, cozy place still. Theyre pretty fast even when busy too! Nice staff and friendly environment!

For 5th time, I tried to taste the new dragon fruit drink, but it looks like all the Starbucks are having inventory problems. This is unbelievable for me, because hows possible that a large company like this cannot have a better inventory plan system?

Really friendly and patient baristas, they were fast and really nice. For a nearly on campus location, this is great place to go to for a pick me up or get together with a group and do some work, the vibe inside is calm too when its not rush hour. No drive thru though, thats the only con I can think of.

I love this location as a college student, but I have been EXTREMELY disappointed the last few times I have came. I always order a mocha with no whip, and my cup is never filled, I have even been handed my drink with nearly 2 inches of extra room and its really disappointing, if I wanted a smaller drink, I would have ordered it. The last time I was in I overheard a woman manager talking bad about her employees to another coworker and I dont think that shows the Starbucks spirit. Very disappointing.

My first time ordering a nitro cold brew and I forgot to ask for ice, I assumed it came with ice just like a frappucino does. They threw out the first cup they made, when they could have just poured it over ice. I had to apologize twice to the barista and the manager, who both rolled their eyes at me - why the 3rd degree?!? It was an honest mistake, they didnt have to make me feel so guilty about it. There are too many other coffee shops in town to tolerate this kind of rude and hostile behavior.

Ever longed for a good coffee in the US? Starbucks is probably one of the few places to grab one. Otherwise be prepared for some horrible coffee!

Staff was not very friendly.... but I was also the first customer of the day (roughly 5:00am) so I cant blame them for not being too enthusiastic. The location is not far from the Central Washington University campus, so I would imagine it is busy.
