I love this Giant! The produce and meat are fresh and the shelves are well stocked. There are always sales. There’s a mobile app that allows you to make shopping lists, and sort the items by aisle….it’s great. The employees are friendly and accommodating as well. I’ve shopped here pretty frequently and have not one complaint.

I love this store and its the only store I shop Every week. I write this review because of the changing recipe of your Madeleine cookies. Will this be a permanent change? I prefer the old recipe and that was not so soft and sweet as the current version..... Cannot say which one is standard But I miss the old recipe already

We went in just to find things to make a charcuterie board and they had lots of cheeses, salamis, fruits and veggies to buy! Can’t wait for our company tomorrow evening!

I didnt shop here, but we went there to use the bathroom. It seemed a really nice grocery store and a great place to shop! Everything was clean and well stocked, the lighting was not too bright, the flowers and produce looked fresh and lovely! There were some good sales I saw as well.

This giant is so nice. Wide selection. I guess you have to live in a nice area to get a decent grocery store, its sad.

My local store. Never any issues here besides regular shoppers in the parking spots designated for online orders. The pick up staff a pretty cool. Brandon and Melanie are always pleasant and have been with the store for a few years.

Rarely do I use this store. Its clean, well organized, bright and COLD!

Great grocery shop! If you are into gourmet foods, organic or anything in between, they have it. The meats are top-notch and such a variety of produce. Wandering through this store will make you think twice about eating out all the time and make use of your grill. We will definitely come back soon!

Ill always rate Giant Food a 5 though I didnt shop this one today. Mostly I go to the one in Laurel. I was visiting Great Clips today.

Ive dealt with some rude employees over the past few years Ive shopped at this store... but with my most recent experience, I was impressed with the professionalism of a young man named Lee who was working the register that day. Friendly, quick, efficient and very proper. Most kids his age dont greet you, they are on their phones, not at their register, dont even make eye contact... but this kid, awesome. Keep up the good work young man!!

Great Staff, Clean Store

I have shopped at this Giant store for over 24 years and have been generally pleased. In COVID 19 times, I have been disappointed with Gian Corporate for not standing by their staff and truly enforcing masking protocols or highlighting the Mask requirements signs. They are posted AFTER the double door. Every other local business highlights : No Mask, No Entry. Giant corporation has given anti maskers a release valve by saying health issues If you have health issues-STAY HOME. For now, no more Giant shopping for me.

Excellent food. Fun and unusual eating out experience. One stop shopping for exotic groceries and unusual gift and household items as well. Bright and lively atmosphere with wide spacious isles to provide room for a comfortable shopping experience.

This store has a good selection of groceries. I love the seafood, I do not like the beef prices.

I bought some ground beef (Giant brand) and I bought it on 9/11/20 and the sell date said 9/14/20. I cooked it the next day (9/12/20) and I couldn’t believe how brown it was all over. It had to be old and it cost $6.15 so it wasn’t marked down. Very disappointed in Giant. Plus, the woman in customer service isn’t that friendly at all. Barely talks. Not a good impression for the store.Think I’m going elsewhere for shopping.

My son bought Dole, bagged lettuce a week before the expiration date. Unfortunately I forgot to tell him to carefully examine it, like I always do, knowing what poor produce this store has. Well, not surprisingly it was turning brown. Its just unbelievable how bad this store is with the quality control of its vegetables. Im done - I will never buy produce at this Giant again.

Hard to find ice cream because shelves were dark, cashier not helpful and did not bag 2 lightweight items

You have people standing around in the self check-out area,watching senior citizens struggle with cases of water and not even offer to help you. People standing around on their phones talking and laughing instead of helping customers. You definitely have a problem with people sampling products and putting them back on the shelf. I purchased pumpkin spice cream cheese. When I got home to eat it,it had been opened. It looked like someone either used their finger or their tongue to taste and didnt even replace the foil. It was just put back on the shelf. You definitely need to screen and watch your employees more closely. When you ask where products are located most of them dont have a clue where it is located.

Between Giant, Whole Foods, and Green Valley Marketplace, my type two diabetic needs are met. No meds, and working on A1c seven point zero or better. So, good place.

Friendly. I was asked if I needed help. Was thanked. Only thing I would change. The width on the checkout lanes are very tight. Not much room to move without knocking stuff off shelving.

Giant did a poor job during the covid-19 virus months. The simple things like paper goods and hours cleaning chemicals were empty for weeks on end. Putting restrictions on would of been nice sooner.

Charged incorrect price (overcharged) on 3 items. This seems to happen almost every time we head to Giant. Ridiculous ... 😡

Very CLEAN and well stocked. I also visited the pharmacy and was assisted by an extremely friendly and helpful Pharmacist.

I was able to find everything I needed and checked out within 10 minutes. The cashier was very friendly, the store was very clean and organized. Their prices are on the high end though and their prices on sale items are purposely raised which is a turn off making you think your getting a bargain when your really not.

Clean store and friendly staff make for an enjoyable shopping experience. Great sales on a wide variety of items. Health food aisle offers a good variety. Excellent selection of meats.

Courteous cashiers, well organized, nice selections, clean, freshly stocked store. They had helpful and kind customer service desk (manager and trainee) after 7pm working great together to assist me with a large wire transfer. I felt satisfied.

I have 2 major gripes: the produce can be really hit or miss. You have to pay attention to what bags of vegetables etc you pick up..more often than not something is rotting..the apples are typically quite bruised and yes rotting too, and no wonder, the people who stock the section generally dont care and drop it all over the floor..Seafood counter is a dance with food poisoning. They used to have a great lady who ran the counter (Ester I think) who was honest and gave you the freshest stuff. After she left, I got food poisoning twice, both times I threw out the remaining salmon in my freezer (huge waste of money!). Do yourself a favour and get your seafood elsewhere...wild seafood off 175 is a way better option...

This store has a better selection of produce compared to the giant closer to my house in elk ridge. I drive the extra 7 min to come here. Well stocked store. Only thing I dont buy here is my chicken. Then again when Im am making special meals I usually try to get my meat from wegmans or whole foods. The organic chicken here is the way to go if you dont have to time to go to one of the other stores I names.

Horrible quality control with the produce. Numerous times weve had to return brown lettuce, rotten green beans, and other spoiled vegetables days before the expiration date. Weve finally had enough and wont buy produce at the Elkridge Giant anymore.

I have to give a huge shout out to Liz in the floral department. She made a last minute wedding bouquet although I didnt give the proper 24hr. notice. As the mother of the bride, I could not be more appreciative. Truly customer service at its BEST! Thanks Liz!

I really like this store good spot, great employees that will go out of there way to help you. Except. Today I saw this young man taking those baskets you carry with your hands so he was done i ask him if he could take this outside cause I was going to use it, but my legs started hurting so I changed to a motorized cart, ok so thats why I ask him to take it outside, he told me he was off the clock,

By far my favorite Giants location on the west side of Baltimore. Going out and having a spectacular time while being reassured that youre not going to be bothered while shopping is the most peaceful feeling.

This Giant is always well stocked and clean but in the past mth I have purchased four different items at different times only to get home and realize they have already expired. They need to do a better Job checking their dates on food and get that expired food off the shelves. So make sure you check your dates before you purchase.

I love this giant! This isnt the closest one to my house but I go out of my way for this one. Its clean and usually well stocked. Items are usually on sale too!

This place doesnt have a single cashier only self serve lanes. I spent a half hour looking lime a moron trying to look up my produce on a computer screen to pay. Maybe Im old fashioned but If Im paying for something I expect someone to ring it up and put it in a damn bag.

My go-to Giant. Huge store, always clean and well stocked. Shout out to my favorite guys and gals at the deli! Can we talk about the crazy lady at the deli though? If you shop here I know you know who I mean. I avoid her at all costs now. I asked for a 1/4 pound of something and she said why, thatll only be 4 slices, you can barely make a sandwich. Look lady, I know how to order food and what I need and its not your place to question me, and thats just one of many odd things shes said. From what I hear they get a lot of complaints about her.

One of the best Giants Ive been to. The day I went their produce was off the charts good, store was clean and the staff were super nice.

Deli workers are awesome. Prices are good. Their store made tortilla chips are the bomb.

Love all of the kiosks in the fruit and vegetable department in which to obtain bar codes for scanner. Quick check out is great.

I am sick of Giant eliminating products I use regularly. It happened again when I went there tonight. Customer Service blames it on roving teams and the vendors. Im sorry but a grocery store should take a little more responsibility to think about the products they carry. I know you are a business and have to stock what sells, but you are also a business that serves customers. When customers are annoyed enough that they dont want to come back, you have a problem. Think! If there is no substitute for a product, you should keep it on the shelves even if you dont sell a lot of it. Instead you keep endless versions of the same thing. It doesnt make sense to me. I, for one, am annoyed enough to stop at other grocery stores further from home whenever I can. Unfortunately, you are the closest to home, so you will still get my I need something quickly business, but you are losing me as a customer the rest of the time.

A great supermarket with great prices. Id much prefer shopping here than anything close to a Walmart or Kmart. Unfortunately you can only find these in the Maryland and Virginia area.

This Giant is quite a bit larger than my local Giant, so it was a treat to have a wider selection of items in just about every category. The store was busy but well-stocked.
