Ask for Jimmy. Very knowledgeable and very low pressure. He’ll find you the car you’re looking for if he doesn’t have it in stock. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Great operation.

Buyer beware. I didnt, and now Im paying the price via loan payments and full coverage insurance on a vehicle I cannot drive. I purchased this vehicle from Hartland in May 2017 and the problems began almost immediately. I was told when I purchased that the only issue with the vehicle was that the front brakes needed repaired, which they handled by replacing the brake pads and rotors only. Heres a list of the other problems they failed to disclose:- Within 2 weeks I had to replace the rear brakes (pads, rotors, and calipers).- Within 2 weeks every light on the dashboard lit up and remain lit up today. This coincides with a problem where the vehicles wheels lock up randomly when in drive until a red brake light comes on, then they dont lock up anymore. Mechanics have been unable to easily determine the cause of these problems, and want to charge $100/hour to diagnose them. Only after diagnosing can we know if theyre covered by the extended warranty I bought.- 4x4 has never worked since the dashboard lit up.- Within a year I had to have major front end and rear end suspension work completed. The warranty only covered the front end, so I had to cover the rear end work (including replacing the cradle which is apparently a known problem on these vehicles). Total out of pocket expense for these repairs (including the warranty deductible) is over $2,000. All in all, the repairs were front wheel bearings, front upper and lower control arms, front bushings, front shocks (which I had to cover out of pocket because for some reason they werent replaced with the original repair work), rear engine cradle, rear upper and lower control arms, and rear toe.- Now we are around the 19 month mark. The current problem that has rendered the vehicle undriveable is an awful grinding/popping sound that doesnt allow for smooth driving. My research indicates it might be rear wheel bearings or possibly even driveshaft related (such as a u-joint). With this lemon of a vehicle, my guess is its both.At worst, Hartland is dishonest and knowingly sells vehicles that are lemons. But lets give some benefit of the doubt here and assume they didnt know. What does that say about the competency of the mechanics they work with? Or do they even bother analyzing the vehicles they sell? Regardless of which statement is correct, the logical conclusion is that these guys dont care about selling a dependable product.Take your money elsewhere. Hartland DOES NOT deserve your business. Youd be wise to learn from my mistake.

The salesman was very rude when we said we would have to think about it. Even if I wanted the car now I wouldnt buy from them.
