Would not recommend this business for anyone. If the people running this business will push the true owners/the people who started it out it’s hard to say what they will do to the customers. S&H stands for Keith harpor and Kathy summers not Tom,Brian or Jeremy. If they will do what they did to them by taking there salary from them and ownership then the sky’s the limit to what they will do to the consumer. They care nothing about you all about them!! At first glance I was pretty skeptical of this place, but it seriously turned out to be the best car buying experience I have had. There is no hassle or pressure into buying any of the cars. At most they might ask what you are interested in, but they just let you browse unlike most places I have been to that have a guy walk up to you the moment you enter the lot or in some cases before you even get out of your car. I bought a 05 avalanche a month and a half ago and it started leaking gas. So I looked underneath and saw it was missing a rusted back strap for the gas tank causing the return line to break. I was told to bring it in by the salesman and he would fix it at a charge to me..it should have never been sold that way its unsafe.so buyer beware.and by the way I paid way more than 3k.to the owner please check with your salesman and find out what i paid

I bought a 2013 Volkswagen Passat, only four days after I got it, I got rear ended and it needed up being totaled. Obviously I didn’t have the title for my insurance or anything yet, so after 35 days since I actually bought my car, I called them cause I signed a affidavit stating I’m supposed to get my title in 31 days. Well I never got my title cause there was a Child support lean on it which I didn’t find out until the end of May. My accident happened February 27th 2021. They didn’t pay my car off until June. So that whole time I ended up paying my car payments. I called them and asked them about my car payments that I made and the difference of what my insurance company was gonna give me cause it was almost 3,000$ more than my loan of my vehicle, cause it’s not my fault you guys can’t give me my title, they told me because I drove my car they don’t have to pay me back for my car payments. I couldn’t get another car cause I can’t afford two car payments on top of my other bills that I have. So I had to ask for lifts all the time waiting for my Volkswagen to be paid off. This was my first time buying a car with a loan only being 19.
