Our sales rep, Kyle, was courteous, understanding and moved at our speed. We knew what we wanted ahead of time. We test drove the vehicle at the end of business hours on Thursday and came back Saturday to fill out paperwork. The paperwork and car were ready to go and we were in and out of the dealership quickly. We are very happy with our choice of car and dealership.
On 8/18/21 I took my truck in for a water leak, passenger side was soaking wet. The service department did find the problem, windshield was leaking. This was on 8/21/21. I got the run around for two weeks. They said they were waiting on Ford and that the windshield needed to be resealed.On 9/7/21 I stopped in, the truck was sitting in the lot. When I asked about it they told me the windshield still needed resealed and that they didn’t take care of that.All they did in 3 weeks was dry out the interior and perform a recall I didn’t know about.I returned their loaner, took my truck. I called the Glass Doctor when I got home and had an appointment the next day. They found that the windshields had been replaced previous and not sealed properly. An hour later it was fixed. They didn’t understand why the dealer didn’t have them fix it, which would have been normally done.Ziegler’s communication was very poor. Why would they leave my truck sit on the lot for two weeks and not fix the problem?

Felipe Contreras was a wonderful salesman to work with - patient, had vehicle delivered, and catered to our need in a urgent circumstance.Just be fully aware before the sale what the original sticker price was according to manufacturer VIN when built (don’t assume), barter from that price, not the “deal.” Ask for full disclosure of history, condition, and question what’s missing from the ad (don’t assume). Do a thorough inspection before signing anything that everything is as stated in the ad and there are no surprises (don’t assume). In light of the difficulty in finding a used truck in this rare season, we’re content with our experience, though not preferred - it’s a seller’s market for sure.

Worse experience ever. Don’t recommend buying from these guys. I had been emailing with Dan. I show up next day just to stroll the lot early morning, way ahead of the scheduled appointment. I’m sure they thought I was a lot up, so they put me on a test drive. I get back and ask for the price. I already knew the price from Cargurus.com, but I ask anyway. I had checked the listing before going in to show my brother who came along with me. While we went on that test drive, they jacked up the price trying to pull a fast one. I called them out on it and they tried to play it off like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I simply walked out and they called telling me they could do the original price I saw it for, no thank you. Crooks like them gives salesmen a bad name.Here’s a tip, in this day in age there are no such things as lot ups. People use the internet to find cars, I suggest you don’t try pulling things like this if you want to stay in business. I’ll be spreading the word on social media as well. 2021 f150 powerboost oil change experience. Beware of the dishonesty of lube and oil technician here. I marked my oil filter with permanent marker prior to service and it appears techs did not change oil filter. I spoke with manager, I was assured of reimbursement with new filter in place. Not happy I had to return to dealership to deal with this unnecessary head ache that resulted in picking my kids from school late. Now I have doubts my oil was even replaced despite reassurance from manager . Brought my own 6quarts of Amsoil to be used instead of factory Motorcraft oil and now I have doubts if my Amsoil was even used. I am recommending going elsewhere for oil changes. This was my second oil change service here and probably the last because now I have doubts my oil and or filter was changed the first time I was there 5000 miles ago.

Let me preface: Ive bought a car or 2 in my days. Caleb of the internet department was AWESOME. I was an out of town buyer and Caleb took lots of pics (lift pics, ding pics, etc) for me. He reassured me with all the information I needed to close the deal remotely without ever even seeing the truck. The whole transaction was done sight unseen ( in person that is). My flight arrived late but Caleb and the manager was still there after hours to meet me and get me on my way back to MD. I cant say enough about Zeigler Ford. We put down 32,000 on our vehicle They filed my tag so late that fees were accumulated. The dealership then told us we were responsible for paying the fees. Needless to say we still don’t have the tag on my commercial vehicle. We are not able to work and no one has any answers as to when my tag will come in…. And we had to pay the fees……. Very unprofessional company.

Got my new truck a oil change. I had to wait ten minutes for someone to do the cashier job. Then they said my truck was in the front row out back. I walked all around the back and finally found my truck close to the front entrance. I was mad! I cant wait to give Ford Motor Company my Review !!

The person who handled my paperwork was also fantastic. She explained each step and made sure I was comfortable with purchase terms. This is the second car I have bought here. Definitely recommend!
Troy is great to work with! We called to schedule a same-day test drive, and later that evening we drove away with a brand new Lincoln Corsair. The process was very smooth, the only “issue” (not really a problem for us) was having to wait awhile to sign the paperwork, due to limited staff and high customer activity that day. We would absolutely buy from Ziegler Ford Lincoln again and cannot recommend Troy enough!

Sales person was excellent. No pressure. Easy to work with. I had to wait a while for the finance person. This was annoying. But, the finance person was very good. Explained everything. Took the appropriate amount of time explaining things. Answered my questions patiently and without giving me attitude. I will definitely consider buying another car from Zeigler in the future.
I went to the Service Department and none of the servicemen were wearing their face masks. I complained about this. I asked for the Works which includes an oil change, check the fluids, and tire rotation. They only did the oil change and checked the fluids. They did not rotate the tires. This was recommended for me to do the last time service was done on my vehicle. It is included in my service contract and extended warranty. I feel that because I called all of them out on not wearing face masks they just rushed me out quickly and made up a story that I didnt need to get the tires rotated.
Finance department over the weekend was a bit overwhelmed and didnt process my finance app. Left the salesman with no answers or updates, and felt like I was getting the run around...I was, however, able to meet with someone after work Monday and have things processed and signed by 730pm. Nice save, great, quick sale. Caleb and Mitch were both a big help. Looking forward to picking the truck up this week.

We were not expecting to buy a truck that day, but we drove on the lot to take a look. Salesman Dan greeted us after a few minutes (which I enjoy not being bombarded right away) NEVER PRESSURED ME ONCE.I decided to fill out a credit application and negotiate a price. We were in there about 2.5 hours from beginning to end and he fought for me the whole time. I ended up getting my negotiating price.SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF.I’ve never had a car this nice. They made it possible.Thanks guys for a great experience.
I dealt with Dan as my sales associate and he was excellent. I spent about 3 weeks looking for a car and found this one and fell in love. It was clear that Zeigler wanted to make sure the car was worth having their name on it and did any work that they could to improve it and they were very willing to negotiate on price. My mom is going to be in the market for a vehicle soon and she is committed to going back to Zeigler because of how great they were.

Not sure who I’m dissatisfied with more, Ford or Ziegler of Elkhart. We recently purchased an SUV from them in May, (7 months ago) we’ve just now put 5,000 miles on the vehicle and already it’s needing to go to the shop for multiple issues at 40k miles.Nothing but disappointment in Ford’s quality because the vehicle is a 2017 and the underneath of the drivers door is starting to rust out, a local shop wants $250 to prolong my problem there. Not the biggest issue, vehicles rust I get it, just shocked because I checked the vehicle extensively upon purchasing and it looked amazing. I don’t abuse my vehicles, they stay maintained visually and mechanically.On Ziegler’s part though my check engine light came on today and the vehicle started running poorly. Decided to call and explain the situation to Ziegler and that the vehicle is still under warranty. The rep seemed disinterested in the matter and by the end of it I asked if I should bring it to them to take a look at it and they said I could take it anywhere, so I will at this point.Seemed strange Ziegler specifically didn’t want to resolve the issue, but whatever it’s business for another Ford dealership.As well I took the car to them for it’s first service and what a disappointment. Whoever took care of the car had no attention to detail. On my way home I heard the worst rattle when I was idling or if I hit a bump. Decided to double check the work and found the battery cover wasn’t clipped in anywhere, they left it laying on top and shoved out of the way, enough room to test the battery. If they’re testing the battery, you’d think they would see the coolant level was low? Popped the cover back into its place and filled up the coolant, just blows to pay so much for a service that ultimately isn’t getting done or done properly.Just very disappointed in the all around experience and purchase with Ziegler. Salesman was great, was unfortunate to hear he wasn’t with them any longer, but I suppose I can see why.

Everyone I worked with when processing my trade-in and purchase were great, but I feel as a matter of public health I should let people know that the dealership was not following the county mask mandate. They had signs posted, but no employees wore masks. And they did not enforce it with other customers. I wore one and kept my distance but if you are high risk or live with someone who is, I would take that into consideration.
Husband and I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer and ended up having to pay twice as much for it every month than originally talked about because the lady got the paper work wrong and didnt have time to fix it. Then we found out a few days later that the truck has $3,769 worth of damage. The dealership never said anything about this 2 us nor ever looked the truck over. Overall Im very disatified with the way these people handle their customers.

Take car 2x for transfer case leak n its not dripping fast enuff got charged that time so if u want to eat the repairs pay them a visit they want u from behind 😉
