We did extensive research on Autotrader looking for an SUV within a certain price range, and found the best deal at Integrity Autoplex on our 2016 GMC Acadia. We got this vehicle for far under value, which is hard to find with how high vehicle prices are right now. We went into this purchase knowing exactly what we wanted, already had our financing complete and a check ready. The process was extremely smooth, thanks to the friendly staff and good service at Integrity.We did notice the vehicle was loud after we purchased, so we had it looked over at a repair shop and there was an exhaust leak that needed repaired. The sunroof seal was also in need of repair. We were able to get out of this by putting less than $200 into repairs, so I call it a win for us. We understand it is a used vehicle, but I would suggest making sure everything is serviced correctly.Overall we are happy with the experience, and I would buy from here again. Ive had bad experiences at bigger, branded dealerships. This one was far superior to that. I actually had to fight with a dealership on putting a tank of gas in the car for us. Integrity left us with a full tank and a fresh oil change.We also got the windows tinted after purchase. Its a sharp looking/running vehicle. We are pretty happy!

This was great car buying experience. Everyone was very friendly, they do not crowd you when youre looking, they are knowledgeable, and honest. Hopefully, I wont be looking for another vehicle for several years but if I do, Integrity will be my first stop! 24 hours after we purchased our vehicle the service engine light came on, they told us to bring it back and they would look at it, they replaced the 0 2 sensor. Drove a couple of hours and the light came back on.....to make a long story short....when all was said and done, the vehicle was sent out for repair, by Integrity, they had the 2 catalytic converters replaced, at no cost to us! I personally think its a great place to purchase a used vehicle. When my daughter is ready to buy, I will be telling her to go there! Thank you for being honest and up front!

The owners come from the industrial RV world. They lack all knowledge and integrity of the vehicles, they stand behind. Ask them about their underbody brake clean special. All vehicles receive this limited time spray down special once lifted in the air, to cover up/hide all leaks coming from dried out gaskets. Dont believe me, then test drive one to your local mechanic. If you happened to have purchased from here already. Then pop your hood open and look today. Did I mention all majority of parts come from AutoZone and LKQ.*Audi, BMW, Mercedes, have oil or transmission leaks. To time consuming and not a safety issue to accomplish. Brake clean special.**All Vans, have knocking from engine.***Subaru WRX, have oil changes because they sell themselves.Mechanics are deprived of proper necessary equipment to perform their duties. Giving the customer false representation of inspections that have been completed but were done improperly. Such as an a/c recharge because Integrity Auto does not have a recharge machine to perform such a task. The mechanics simply use refrigerant bottles until it blows cold. Not knowing the exact amount to service. Other equipment lacking is a FluidPro for transmission flushes, alternator tester, or battery tester. Hardships of working harder and prevented from working smarter. Not to mention being micromanaged by three people. Who are never on the same page.Katelynn, Whitney, and Doris. Youre cool.I politely gave a two weeks notice, three weeks ago. You guys brought this upon yourselves and wanted to play games with my last pay check and make it an inconvenience.

Bought a 2007 Ford Ranger XLT with 93K miles. Made it to 96K and needed all the brakes redone, shoes and drums were completely rotten out. Made it to 97K and needed transmission rebuilt, as reverse gear went out. They sell lemons! Stay away!

Nicest people ever, worked with my bad credit, and got a good trade in deal

Bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership at the beginning of July. Less than 200 miles of driving and the Check Engine light comes on, car is idling rough, foul smell from the exhaust, horrible mpg (even for a Jeep, which I have owned several of). Took back to Integrity and they replaced an o2 sensor at cost, which cost me an additional $80. A week later, Check Engine light comes back on, idling even worse, stalled at a red light and horrible mpg continues. Took to Jeep dealership here in town (as my trust of Integrity was quickly diminishing). Dealership tells me its a bad catalytic converter and cheap aftermarket sensors indicate that someone was obviously aware of this. Dealership quotes me for a new factory cat converter, sensors and labor at $2,885. Called Integrity to let them know and that I was not too happy. Told me I could bring it down to them and they could do the work and provide the parts at cost. Why would I trust them to do any work on my car after they knowingly sold me a vehicle with a bad cat converter and THEN when I experienced the issue replace a simple o2 sensor and again fail to make any mention of the cat converter? Dont trust this dealership, their salespeople or their mechanics. None of them have Integrity.UPDATE: An unfair review? How about an unfair sale? The warranty you offered me was $3k.. nearly half the purchase price of the vehicle. The reason I refused your “assistance” after the Jeep dealership diagnosed the problem is because I do not trust your operation. Additionally, the Jeep dealership WAS the second opinion. I had the vehicle at another shop for three days prior. The code read “Post Catalyst Fuel System Too Rich - Bank 1” Same code as when I first brought it back to you. Don’t worry about assisting me in the future, just treat your hardworking customers with the “integrity” they deserve going forward. As in, don’t sell vehicles that need thousands of dollars in repairs within 100 miles of purchase mileage. The drive home must have caused the cat converter to go bad huh? And remember, it was your team that asked me to post a review.

We had spent many hours searching for that perfect car online and was starting to get frustrated......found their website thru cargurus...messaged the dealer that we were interested in a certain car they had and asked some general questions about the car, the fees, etc......Will responded within a couple hrs. I emailed him back that we would like to test drive the car but that we wouldnt be able to get over there until a few mins after they closed due to work. He said no problem, that he would stay over and do whtvr it takes to help us out. We drove it the next day and we fell in love and purchased the vehicle. I purchased a 07 Explorer and after a week I had issues with the front differential. They said bring it back and they will fix it it for half the cost. They said everything is good. After a week later the same noises. Spent a total of $1,500 in repairs trying to get it to be reliable transportation. They knew this vehicle had issues. They should of been upfront in discussing the problems and the vehicle should of never left the lot. They say they do a full inspection of their vehicles ....I don’t think so or they have a mechanic who doesn’t know how to communicate or fix a vehicle. Customer Service is priority 1, if you take care of the customers they will take care of you. They did not take care of me and I’m sorry I did business with them. Beware of this business.

Honest and open about the entire process. Not willing to move much from price, but they say that from the beginning. With that being said, theyre willing to step up and do the right thing if something needs to be addressed. I really appreciated my experience with them. Id definitely use them againUPDATEWell its been a few weeks since I purchased the car and I cant say im as happy as I was after leaving the dealership. Once I returned home, my wife noticed I had 2 break lights and 1 parking light out (I went by myself to purchase car and it was raining at the time). After a couple of days I went to change the bulbs and found that not 1 but 2 taillights were siliconed into their mounts. All the brackets were broke and simply being held together with silicone (now very noticeable to see during the day and not raining). Now, I realize that its possible the previous owner(s) did this, and its possible that the dealership had nothing to do with it. But to sell someone a car with 3 lights out, not tell that buyer the brake lights are out, make me think they knew about the issue and didnt want to mention it. Maybe they didnt, but now im stuck replacing $500 worth of tail light assembly. Either way I bought the vehicle as-is and thats unfortunately what happened.
