6/23 A bit disappointed in lack of communication, helped my brother bring in his car for oil change and told the person who was helping me that I will be waiting. When he saw me sitting in the chair by the cashier he said the car was done awhile ago?!Said he texted my brother it was done. He said he thought my brother would text me to let me know, like why when he was working and he didnt see the text until later on. I mean cmon I am in the same building as you and you cannot have the courtesy to walk couple feet to let me know the car was done with the oil change. So I was waiting 50+ min without anyone telling me.
I am not even sure where to start, I went in there I’m sure that anything was able to be done on purchasing a new vehicle for my family and I. Yasin (sales manager), Mo (finance), and Jim (sales associate) were absolutely outstanding and worked hard with the banks to get such a great approval. We also loved that they had a 5 day vehicle exchange policy, my wife and I purchased a preowned 2015 Ford Explorer and when we get home we were not that happy about it. I called YASIN two days later and asked him if we can exchange it. He assisted us and got us A great approval on a Infiniti QX 60 which we absolutely love. If you genuinely care about your vehicle please read this review because I have extensive experience with Infiniti of Elk Grove and their body shop – Elk Grove Custom Detail Spa and I can offer insight.I custom ordered my Q60 Red Sport through Stephanie and Anthony and am very happy with their service. Two great people and as far as they are concerned, they get 5 stars. Awesome customer service great people. Unfortunately, the awesomeness stops there.I had to bring it in for some work and not only did the service technicians fail at the repairs but they tore and mangled other parts of the car that were in perfect working order before handing my car off to them. They literally screwed up the repair, then screwed up the screw up on top of that. Read on for details.I waited 5 months for my order. For the inconvenience, they tinted my windows for free. Great but I found debris embedded underneath the rear and side tint. Then I noticed the window stopped rolling up all the way.They got the window to roll up all the way but tore a weather seal in the process and blamed it on Elk Grove Custom, as evidence by them telling the girl at the counter to charge EGC for the weather stripping. I have photographic evidence to the contrary they are charge EGC for it anyway.Problem is, the wind noise is now worse than when I brought it in. This is a 60k luxury car and the wind noise is louder than my 2000 Tacoma. Upon closer inspection I found another spot of the weather stripping totally mangled by them.Not only have they failed miserably at repairs but they damaged other parts of the car that were not damaged in the first place!To sum it up:They tinted 3 windows and 2 of those 3 windows have debris embedded underneath them.One window stopped rolling up all the way AFTER scratching the tint during another repair.During the repair of window they tore the weather stripping in one place and mangled it in a second place. It is literally worse off than when I brought it in.I found the chrome around my grill to be abrasively scratched somewhere during this whole process. I have pictures.Finally, I called and emailed these concerns and have hear nothing back from them. My concern is, beyond the obvious, is that when I take it back this coming weekend they are not going to have the OTHER weather seal they mangled because they ordered only the one seal they knew they tore (and blamed it on the other company) and this means I will have to come back to them on my personal time, AGAIN, and risk them mangling and tearing my car, AGAIN.My brand new sixty thousand dollar vehicle is now literally torn, scratched, and mangled by Infiniti of Elk Grove, literally.But wait, it gets worse: I paid for the “convenience” of the maintenance plan. I swear to you, reader, I am sick to my stomach to think I have to bring my vehicle in to these people to perform further routine maintenance. How can I possibly trust these people? I bet they won’t even change the crush washer on the oil drain plug. Seriously!I see the owner sometimes replies to these poor reviews. If you want to honestly do your customer, ME, right, let me out of this service plan I paid for. Either give me my money back or apply it to my title. I’m done with your service. This is beyond unbelievable. You literally, literally did nothing right but ruined other stuff along with your failed repairs. Advice: have a serious look at your mechanics and their training.To let you readers know just how unhappy I am with the horrible work done by these people: If I can’t get out of their service plan, I will still most likely choose to take my vehicle somewhere else for service even though I already paid $2000 for that service. It’s not worth it. I’ll just take it in the shorts instead of bringing it in to these people. It is not worth subjecting my car to these people anymore.Heed my advice people. If you care about your luxury vehicle, honestly care about it and maybe even wash it yourself, take it somewhere else for service. Have I not given you enough reason?
I had a great experience with this dealership. I contacted them regarding a car I was interested in. Dave Lewis responded. He was very transparent with me. He told me the bottom line price and worked a deal quickly and efficiently. I decided to drive from San Jose to Elk Grove to test drive the vehicle. Dave was great. The next day, Dave was off so he set me up with Mohammed who was also awesome. Francisco did my financing and was also quick and easy to work with. I am not a fan of car shopping. This was by far the best experience I have had thus far.
If you want to be treated with respect and honesty. I promise you guys this is the place to be. I know dealerships are there to sell you things some of them more than you need. This place just told me things need to be done and things that really don’t need attention right now.I love that they are so personable they offer your a Lyft if you don’t want to stay at the lobby to go to your destination. I purchased a QX80 from Infiniti of Elk Grove in July. The salesman Christian told me that vehicles purchased from their dealer can come whenever they want and have a free car wash of that vehicle. This factored into my purchasing the vehicle from Infiniti of Elk Grove. However, when I went back to ask about having the car washed I was told I had to get a barcode from the dealer to go through the car wash. I sent an email to my salesman to which he did not even respond. I left him a voicemail to which he did not respond either. I feel like once they got their sale they were done.**Update, just received a call from General Manager Dave. Apologized and told me I could come pick up the car wash sticker.
Warning BIG CROOKS!! I drove from modesto to the dealer I was really interested in one of the trucks and saw it on the website for 18,995 and because they knew I was interested they changed the price 19,500. I know how dealers work because I used to be a car salesman thats why I checked and verified all the information of the vehicle so they wouldnt scam me and when I told the salesman and sales manager they said they never changed the price!! If you want to get ripped off this is the perfect place to go.
In 2014 I purchased a Q60 Sport, serviced it with the dealer for 6 years, and sold it back to the dealer in 2020. The transactions were fair and easy, and the service fully met my expectations. Excellent, all around.

Bought my 1st infinite from Infinite of Elk Grove.Blake and Peter met with my wife and I at the Elk Grove infinite dealership. We were only looking at cars at the time but were not sure if we were going to buy a car. We got there at about 5:45 pm but Blake and Peter were willing to show us the different cars and they never rushed us although I felt bad that I was keeping them because I didnt completely make up my mind about buying the car. Both Blake and Peter were very honest and friendly. Ultimately I did not buy a car although my wife fell in love with a car there. Blake and Peter never made us feel like we had to buy the are. Blake ran the numbers through and saved 2000.00 dollars off the car price right away. We also got to test drive one of the vehicles. We ended up leaving at 9:00 pm. We were so happy with the both Blakes and Peters customer service and the fact the infinite sells top of the line cars that we went in the next day and bought the car that we spoke about the the previous day with the 2000.00 off the regular price. My overall experience was exceptional and these guys dont B.S. you and waste your time. I will be coming back in a few years to buy another vehicle from these gentlemen!
Great place to take your car in for service or to purchase a new one. My family has bought several cars here over the years and I feel like they always treat us well. The service advisor, Ashley Caldwell is always awesome. She truly gives outstanding customer service everytime I am there. I recently purchased a used car from here, without seeing it decided to buy it they pulled my credit 3 times even tho I was approved through my own credit agency. Yassin was terrible at COMMUNICATION, Charlotte was just trying to make a sale misleading and promising all sorts of incentives. The car was delivered and looked like they followed behind a construction truck and damaged the front window. They said it was already there I pointed out that it had rock debris in it and it was fresh. They took the longest route possible to deliver the car and blamed it on gps.I never got a call back from the sales person Charlotte to even thank me for the business!The sales manager Dave called and said that the used car dept had noted that the window had damage and needed to be filled. It took Yassin Which never followed up and Dave 1 week to find the information on the windshield that was included in the sales packet. Dave assured me that notes about the window where there. I looked through my paperwork and found the used car paperwork on check in, from the technician #430 and had no comments that the window was damaged and needed to be filled. These shady tactics used by this dealership are really disappointing if I had a chance to do this over I would not %100 buy or take these people any of my business! My local mom and pop dealership I bought my previous car from out ranked this dealership on a scale that Infinity of Elk Grove could never compete with. My local dealership that has maybe 50 cars on the lot followed up with me had me go in for a free tire and balance and even put a new battery in at no cost! And still follow up if this car I bought was at there lot I would have supported my local economy here, lesson learned from buying from a over ranked dealership that I can guarantee that most of the positive reviews are employees asking family and friends to put in a good review on Infinity of Elk Grove and probably have never bought a car from them! My Future business to anyone I know shopping goes to Wheels West all day long! Sorry to not keep my business in town guys!

We have been looking for a car for a while, and were kinda nervous about the process of it due to previous experiences at other dealerships we had. Right away we were kindly greeted and helped out. We told him what we were looking for, and he knew exactly what car we where talking about and gave us some information on it( it was out at the moment with another customer) he later called that night to inform us the car was still available and we made a appointment for the next day. When we went the next day there was no waiting, he came out welcomed us back and we got to business. We test drove the car and loved it! He started the process of the paperwork right away and helped us out in every way he could. Within minutes we were approved and everything was sent into motion! This was by far the best experience we have had at any dealership and with any dealer! Would definitely come back for another car when the time is! After working with Maverick America (got to love a name like that!) at the Nissan dealership I was able to come up with a little more cash and move up to the Infinity G37 line. Maverick was great to work with and showed me what they had used at their sister company even though he wouldnt get the credit for the unit. After a couple of weeks I saw the Infinity Certified Used car on the lot I was interested in and met with Sal and Geoff. Sal was tied up when I first got there but Geoff took me on on the test drive and the G37 was everything I was looking for. Sal met with us when I got back and a very fair deal for all of us was struck. I was concerned Maverick wouldnt get recognized for the sale but it turns out he was.I have a team of 45 employees so I know the importance of customer service and was happy that the ForAnyAuto group cares about their employees across brand lines.Last note is that they actually delivered the car that day following me home so my Wife wouldnt have to come to pick it up. This is our third car from the same dealership, one Mazda and two Infinitis. Every time was a very positive experience, which I have never said before about buying a car from anyone! I cannot say enough about the owner of this dealership as he obviously trains his people to be polite and professional as well as knowledgeable and informed.Mo was exactly what I described above - he took me out to the lot where the car was that I wanted to see. He called me the next day when it was ready to test drive and when I wanted to consider it, he suggested others. He tried hard to find exactly what I wanted and found a car that was coming in within a couple of days. He was right, I loved it! He spoke with Steve and they worked on the price together. I came back after the car had arrived, had been detailed and test drove it. He was right, it was just what I wanted. He was patient, always stayed in touch with me without being a bother and was able to answer all of my questions.

Ive been in the market for a 2010 Toyota Highlander Hybrid and finally found one for sale on Infiniti of Elk Groves website. After calling in, I was connected with Blake Nero who answered all of my questions about the vehicle. When he heard my level interest, and that I wanted a test drive, but couldnt afford the time to drive over from the Peninsula (a two hour drive from Elk Grove) without being sure about the vehicle, Blake offered to bring it to me! I was impressed the moment I stepped on the lot. I seen the Frontier that I was interested in already pulled up ready to be viewed. Alan Aemes was my salesman and immediately greeted my wife and I with a smile and handshake. He showed me the vehicle and offered to show me other inventory options on the computer before wasting my time driving or walking around showing me vehicles I didnt want. He answered every single question. Took the time with us and treated us like gold. I was sitting in front of a $76,000 vehicle in the showroom and he treated my measly $15,000 was just as good. All the staff made us feel comfortable and they also kept my 5 year old stepson occupied as well. He made friends with all of them. This is my 2nd time around buying a new car. I have heard horror stories of the car buying experience regarding sales people pressuring you and haggling you for every dollar. However, my experience at Infiniti of Elk Grove was quite the opposite. Rico Estrada helped me right away. He was friendly and personable. He treated me with respect. I came alone which is something that sales people fed off of, but I did not feel that one bit. . Him and the sales manager, Trent Smith, worked with me and my finances. They did not come back with different price ranges trying to haggle me. They came back with a number that was what I had asked for. I told them that I was willing to trade in my car, but couldnt get a hold of my brother who was interested in buying my car . They went above and beyond and told me that if I decided to purchase the vehicle today and traded in my old car, and if my brother wanted the car that they would sell it to him for the same amount I traded it for. What?!?! Talk about exceptional customer service. They have the credibility to back up why they are Californias dealer of the year two years in a row! This was the first time buying a car on my own, and the team at Elf Grove Infiniti made it go as smoothly as possible. They were patient and pleasant throughout the process. Lee also called me the next day to make sure everything was great and also scheduled my first service appointment which is complimentary. There were a couple of Due Items on the vehicle and Alice from the service department called the next day to schedule those items and also offered a complimentary loaner vehicle. I have purchased 6 vehicles from the For Any Auto group between Nissan and Infinity and always experience great professional service. I send my family and friends to this group and they have had the same great experience.The service department including the Quick Lube also do great work.They also offer free unlimited use of their drive-thru carwash.I will definitely depend on this dealership for future needs and highly recommend them to you.
Great ExperienceI must say that this was by far the most pleasing car buying experience we have ever had. John Dunlap treated us with the utmost respect. My wife and I both have challenged credit and never thought it would be possible to drive a decent car again. We bought an $8,00 Hyundai but were treated as if we were buying a $50,000 Infiniti. My son bought a 2004 Ford truck from them. Had a hole in the air intake hose. Not smog legal. Had a due bill written for part. I got part and they refuse to pay me back for it. Sales manager is a flake. He said several times he would take care of it. 6 months later still nothing. Steer clear of this place

Lease of New InfinityThe staff of Infinity of Elk Grove were all super. From sales to closing it was a really enjoyable experience. Ron Abbott was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The time it took for us to find the vehicle that we wanted to the final closing was much shorter that we had expected. Even though the vehicle, that we finally selected, was not at their dealership, they got it to our home in less than 24 hours, freshly washed and with a full tank of gas.
There was no pressure to buy. It was a hassle free and very friendly experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with setting up the stereo system, seat memory and Bluetooth features. We purchased the 2012 G37. The car came with an existing drive train warranty and the dealership offered an extended warranty as well. Everything was explained, and they then took time to ask us if we had any additional questions. There were cold drinks, snacks and hot coffee for us to enjoy, and the purchase included free car washes for life AND free towing for life! The waiting area was very plush with leather seats and a big screen TV. Hands down the nicest car buying experience weve ever had at a dealership.
Usually dont feel comfortable with any shops working on my car but had no choice and had to drop off my g35 here. I’m still quite iffy with dealers dealing with my car but I felt like my car was well taken care of. Car was dead and now it starts up and drives like a champ! Rich was great and always contacted me to keep me updated on the vehicle. Thank you for the work on the car I am satisfied with the customer service and work done to my car. Also thank you rich! Update: issue was fixed and car is still running great.. but noticed I have a lot of spiders in my car.. I don’t know where the cars are left at.. my car was there for a week so idk if it was parked outside with the windows open or not but I have a lot of spiders.. not only that my new rims were scratched.. seems like they were not really well taken care of by who ever the mechanic is.. rims seems to be thrown on the face instead of the back side and two of my rims were scratched. So I’m going to drop the rating..

I went in to look at a Mercedes C250 that they had on the lot. It took a while for someone to get to me but after that they welcomed me, asked how I was doing and what I had come in for. Mohamed at Infiniti of Elk Grove has been fantastic help. He was knowledgeable about the car i came to look at, was easy to get talk to, and was extremely patient when I left the lot to look at other vehicles before making my decision. When the vehicle. I had my eye on, a Scion Tc, was revealed to have an ac problem, Mohamed also worked immediately to have the problem identified. Now a part is en route same day and the vehicle will be fixed up in a few days. Meanwhile Mohamed has set me up with a loaner while i wait, and even offered to bring the vehicle to me when it is ready, despite living over an hour away. Pretty good service imho!

Rico and Todd were both very helpful in getting our new car. We were waiting for a car to come in off the truck and it was a week late. Rico kept us updated on its status. When it arrived it wasnt the car for us. Todd was helpful in finding us other options. We finally bought a new car and negotiations were back and forth but we both walked away from the table after agreeing to a good price. They both told us straight answers when we asked and kept us at the price we wanted and made sure we didnt overstep our price when we asked about adding options. Great experience.
Great Experience (:I went to the Infiniti dealership with the mind set of just looking and observing the prices, however, I was pleasantly surprised at how great the deals were. Not only that but the staff was extremely friendly, I worked with John Dunlap the entire time and it was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to him I now own a lovely, reliable Toyota Yaris that I got a wonderful deal on. He was truly awesome! I am positive that I will be recommending this dealership to many friends in the future because it was the best dealership experience my family and I have ever had. I went in to trade my BMW and was looking to buy an Infiniti (G25). I had previously owned an Infiniti and I currently own an Nissan Altima. I think that these are great cars and thats why I stick with the family. Anyway, in the process of trying to buy a car the agent I had been dealing with via e-mail was not very helpful and it felt like he in no way wanted to sell me a car. He told me what I would needed down and I explained to him that what he was asking was not my goal. He did tell me that I could get a new Leased car. We had to ask all the questions and he was not very personable. I just did not feel like a valued customer. So I told my husband lets just leave and while waiting for them to get my license my husband was talking with Blake. He asked what we were getting and we explained the situation to him. All he said was let me see whats going on. He came back with the deal very, very close to what I wanted. HE MADE AND SEALED THE DEAL. If it wasnt for him I was leaving. I ended up leasing a much nicer car than what I initially went to buy. Blake took care of everything even after leaving the finance office and signing my papers; he made sure that everything went well and that we were satisfied with our purchase. He took the time to go over the features of the care and was very patient. I of course love my G37. You should hire more sales agents like Blake.

Would not recommend this place. The so called manager is the biggest douchebag ever. The rudest person I have ever meet. Dont waste your time here or money. However Alex the salesmen he was a good fellow and nice. If I do go back it would be because of him.

It was the first time I met him and he already made me feel like I had known him for a long time! Everyone with this dealership were very nice. Just bought a new QX60 ! Christian Gonzalez was the best in sales, his knowledge on my new car was impressive. He made my experience with Infiniti in Elk Grove very comfortable about what I was getting for my money. I love this car and walked out there really happy.
Tpms indicator light came on as I was driving to rocklin. I stopped in with no appt. And they took care of the warning light and had me on my way in no time!
Not one person came up to me and asked me if i was interested in buying which i very much was. I dont know if they were racist because they just kept looking at me but not coming up to attend me. I even waved for help and he saw me and just left.
First, with a standard oil change, the service department did not replace the oil cap, and my engine began smoking when I was 45 miles away from home as the engine oil was spilling all over my engine. This led to my engine having to be cleaned given this debacle., and a new cap as the 1st could not be found. Elk Grove initially did not even want to waive the charge for the poor oil job, and having to drag my car back to them, nor clean the mess. Later, I had a problem with an older car key not starting the engine, and had the ignition checked with El Grove Inf. They said the issue was just an old key. I paid for a new key, and the ignition cover was not even replaced. by them Sloppy work again.. Weeks later, the key did not work, and I was billed for the evaluation, even though they had just replaced the key. Their explanation was likely a finicky programming, and it was reset. Not a satisfactory explanation, but I certainly will not bring this car back into them..

I was there to have my spare car key reprogrammed after my purse and keys were stolen. They allowed me to drop off the car one afternoon and it was ready by 9:15 a.m. the next day. I was very appreciative.
My 2001 Ranger died on me recently and I wanted to make a smart decision about my next car. Id been to several dealerships in recent weeks and kept feeling pressured or rushed. My experience with Infiniti of Elk Grove had none of that -- Lee was calm, easygoing, and even relaxing to work with during the process. They even took me next door to test drive another car from a different lot for comparison (even though if Id bought it, it wouldnt have been their sale). They were understanding that I wasnt trying to get something new and flashy but something reliable, comfortable, and quality, and they didnt try to upsell me about the actual car, which I really appreciated. It seems like they are about building long-term customer service and its working -- Ill be back!

I visited Infiniti of Elk Grove and I was extremely disappointed. I walk in dealership and everyone seemed busy. I very nice young man in a office approach me. He turned out to be the General Sales Manager. He was very pleasant. Unfortunately, he was swamped and had sales people and customers taking all his time. William the sales Zmamger approach me and was very nice. This is where it when down hill. Will had to give me to a salesperson and he picked the worst person for me. Alan was his name ale he wasn’t very assertive... all he did was try to find a car in my budget not what I wanted to by. He also smelled of alcohol not night before but it seemed fresh. Huge disappointment I will go to Bay Area or Roseville...

I have been going to the dealerships for the past few month looking for a luxury car after purchasing my Nissan Rogue at the beginning of the year. So I thought why dont I look into an Infiniti since I bought my Rogue from next door. I was greeted warmly by William Ng and when I told him I was looking to trade in my Nissan for a luxury car thats all I had to do. Ive been looking out for the Q50 and when he showed me all the nice features it had I was hooked. He then introduced me to his General Manager Anthony Triggs and pretty much a few hours later, with no pressure or obligations, I had my new 2016 Q50. They made the process sweet and simple and answered all my questions since this was only my second car purchase in my life. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and in the later future if possible purchase more vehicles from them. I was also greeted by the service department when William was giving me a tour and felt welcomed so I will definitely come by to get my car serviced here too.
