I am a returning customer to Honda. I came here over 5 years ago and had the worse experience in the service department. It was Anthony Salone who is understanding and has regained my trust again in Honda service. He is straightforward I appreciate that. I hope Honda will keep Kim around and take good care of him as he matures with the company. I have been been a Honda customer for over 24 years and expect my loyalty to gain the best experience all the time.

Dont trust what they said in the phone, they just try to fish you here. I called in asking for new Civic and they said only 1000 mark up and if I came to the shop, the price can be negotiated. Then when I showed up, they just asked for 5000 mark up + some extended warranty. Please do record the phone if they promise any price!

I will never ever step foot at Elk Grove Honda.So I bring in our minivan for some engine work. $1000 later the van is returned with some weird epoxy type material stuck in between one of the sliding doors. I bring it back only to have our service advisor Viet with a nasty disposition wanting to charge me for the clean up. I finally asked for a manager who says they’ll do me a favor and try to clean it up. They clean about 80% of it then Viet tells me to get alcohol and a rag and clean it myself. All this after I had spoken with service advisor Dave who said it was no problem at all to bring it in for a complimentary cleaning of that epoxy material.Worst customer experience I’ve ever had at an auto dealership. I will never step foot and spend a dime with Elk Grove Honda.

Alan was great! Very helpful and informative. Was very forward in providing market pricing quotes for services/repairs. Which was very helpful when shopping around to compare price. He also recommended at-home remedies for certain repairs as well. Didn’t feel like he was trying to “push” any repairs or services.

My cars starter had died right across the street from Elk Grove Honda. I was able to get into their service lane and they were on it. Jerry was knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel at ease. They had the part and got it fixed. I was able to get my car by end of the day. Will definitely use them for any of my Honda needs.

As always, getting my vehicle maintenance done at Elk Honda Service is pleasant from start to finish. Being a loyal Honda customer, I’ve been going there for over 20 years. They have an excellent crew running the show, all very efficient & professional! This morning, went there super early, 7am for my regular service. I was warmly greeted by Sang Cha, who immediately took down all required data & info needed to start service and asked if I had additional concern or issue with my vehicle that needed the technicians to look into.He then prepared the work order, gave an estimated wait time and cost for service. No time wasted! Walked me to the waiting area & showed the amenities available. No matter how many times I’ve been there, they treat me like a royalty!Sang keep me updated on the progress while waiting.Upon completion, he went through a checklist of work done and current status very meticulously and made sure I understood thoroughly, explaining & answering my questions patiently. Check out clerk was equally pleasant & professional (only a few weeks on the job! ). Now you know why I’m a loyal Honda customer & I always will be !

When I pulled up for my appointment i was greeted right away by friendly people. One gentleman took down my information then sent out my advisor. About a minute later he came out. Jerry was very courteous and professional. I explained my problem then he explained what he thought it was and what he would do. We both agreed to have my CR-Z looked at. About 30min later he came and got me to show me my car and the problems i need fix sooner than later and what I need to do. He broke down the cost and labor too me. At that point I made my decision to move forward and fix the issues. If it wasnt for the mechanics going through my car thoroughly i would of never known about them problems and most likely would of been on the side of the road waiting to be towed. So i thank you very much being professional and caring about your customers. 👍

I purchased some parts today for my vehicle. All the employees were very professional and helpful. The prices of the parts were also better than Honda in Folsom. Too bad the store is a little bit far for me. Otherwise I would do more business with them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Anthony performed a diagnostic test and suggested what should be done. The car was ready the same day, even though they had to ship a part from another dealership.

Marlon did a great job!! I got an alert about trading in my leased Honda fit due to the used car supply chain shortage and he set me up in the perfect car! He was very attentitive to what I was asking for, including price point, and was very knowledgeable about the process and the cars. As long as I drive Hondas, Ill use Elk Grove Honda!

Just moved in to the Sac area and needed to find a Honda Dealership near me. I chose Elk Grove because of the good reviews. It was a little farther then a couple of other dealerships but worth the drive. Service department was great and did not try to push extra work with cleaners/injections for fuel and oil. Will be coming back.

I bought my Honda Accord from Ell Grove Honda in February of 2020. That experience was great, and so is the service. Ive had a few oil changes and all point inspections and my experience has always been good. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. If youre in the market for a new or used vehicle go to Elk Grove Honda. They do it right!

Got clear idea of whats wrong with the car after inspections. If you have transmission problems, better to take it to honda because they have proper equipment to check it. Dont cheap out on it.Justin, from service department, took good care of us.Thanks

Great experience. Quick and simple drop-off and check in. I was able to get shuttle services to and from the Center with no issues. Timing worked out perfectly and did not disrupt my day. The service was completed within 3 hours, which I appreciated alot. Pick-up was also a very smooth flow. Someone was always checking to see if I had received assistance. Elk Grove Honda has great service. I normally go to Sacramento Honda and the service there is horrible and long and that is with an appt. My service rep Josh was professional and kind. Will be taking my car here from now on.

This place is okay. I was told a part came in, and I show up to find out that the part never came in and instead they finally placed the order when I showed up. Then, I was told that the shuttle provided would go out to my area to be only told by another employee that that the shuttle does not go out to my area. I’ve been here before, and I understand that they’re all busy to be answering and address all questions and concerns. I wish that they were at least consistent because even the last time I was here for a service, they were too busy to answer questions, and if they do, they give you short answers and aren’t clear.

Service writers and parts department were helpful and informative. I was able to get an appointment for the next day for an extensive service (100k miles) and a couple other unrelated repairs. The service and repairs were all done in one day. I have always been able to trust their recommendations (I know a lot about cars and my husband is a trained auto mechanic) and I never feel like Im being sold anything unnecessary.

We got a wonderful service today at Honda Service for our car! Staff members were very polite and professional! We got the list of work done less than one hour! That was so awesome to have oil and filter changing, tire rotation with multipoint inspection, and brake replacement done so fast after a busy day.

Elk Grove Honda has lost its Honor and Reputation, On 8-4-2018, I bought an used Honda Accord 2015 in Honda Manly Santa Rosa California, the car brought a battery with 100 months warranty (8.33 yrs). Yesterday 10-17-2021 battery die. No matter what I explained Elk Grove Honda Rip Me Off with a new battery charged $181.07

Great experience with overall service and appreciate that even after almost a year after purchase the prior service person who didn’t take notes on a part that needed replacing. My 2018 Honda Civic Type-Rs front Brembo calipers clear paint peeled and Elk Grove Honda replaced it as a one-time goodwill gesture on behalf of Honda America. It was nice of them to do that but Im ultimately disappointed with Brembos paint finish quality and durability. I hope it doesnt happen again. Big thanks to Honda of Elk Grove.

The salesperson who helped us, Daisy, was wonderful. Kind, efficient, and pleasant. She was the ONLY employee that wore her mask properly during our entire 3 1/2 hour visit. As a parent of unvaccinated children, I appreciated that so much.

I would have given a 5 but unfortunately on the way home it showed that the tire pressure was low so stopped at a gas station and a nice gentleman checked and found nothing wrong. The workmen at Honda forgot to recalibrate after my service. Otherwise quick, professional and courteous.

I went in for an oil change and I didn’t expect to spend additional money on other issues. My rear brake pads were in need of replacement per advisor so I went ahead and replaced that. I waited for several hours which was fine since there were so many guests before me. The service was great and I am a satisfied returning customer. My only complaint would be the price spike for an oil change that went up due to COVID. Bah Humbug!

Our check engine light came on. We did a walk in and were very detailed in what they were going to do. Once car was left the technician gave us updates via text. Definitely recommend 👌

I Have always had great service at Elk Grove Honda since 2016, when I purchased my Accord EXL. They always are fast and provide great work, they are great with communication, and friendly staff. I would definitely buy a car again here and use their service center for servicing the vehicle. I moved about 2 hours away but still take my car there when it’s time. Discovered an issue, splash guard was missing bolt, so drove car to Honda. They were able to repair temporarily until next regular service at no charge. Didn’t have appointment, they promptly identified problem, made repair and had the car back to me within couple hours.

I recently came in on 09/15/21 for my 2014 Accord V6 EX-L to purchase a new rear passenger tire. I was greeted very nicely by a service porter and eventually Alan Warmke and the tire/wheel Manager helped me. They were very professional in explaining the estimated for a new tire. My car was also given a free multi-point inspection. My car was returned to me within an 1.5 hours.The Elk Grove Honda service department continues to go up and beyond customer service with my vehicle service needs. I highly recommend them.

We appreciated Elk Grove Honda working with us and our insurance company on repairing the sun roof on our Passport. It did take several days for the repair, but the delay was due to obtaining approvals from our insurance company for repairs.

I really hate the way this place operates. Everything is on a first come first serve system, no appointment at all so for a oil change it was a 3 hour long wait and for me it just seems very chaotic especially it being my first time for serving my car. One good thing the tech (Allen) that checked me in was really great, nice personality, very informative . But the real reason for the 3 stars is because after I paid, the cashier lady called for someone to bring my car around and they did, nobody came over to say anything to me. My car was just parked with a bunch of other cars out there and the keys left in the car .Not a great experience !😫😫
