Their website isnt updated. I was picking out a gift for my moms birthday who is into southwestern items. I found a stained glass box with cowboy boots on the website, and when we went to the store to get it since on the website it DID NOT specify it was out of stock, the lady rudely said they didnt have it, and that their website doesnt work. She was very passive aggressive with the way she responded to our questions, and it was a huge disappointment. I defintely dont recommend this place, and will shop elsewhere for southwestern items.

Wow! So many great items. We spent about an hour or more here. Barbara was so wonderful and nice!! Everyone there was. We found lots of great souvenirs. A must if youre looking for gifts. Jewelry, art, clothes, blankets, drinkware, food, trinkets and too much to name off. You wont be disappointed!

This the place to buy good Mexican blankets with southwest designs and ponchos and many other things ant a good price and it is very clean

Ordered a drum from this company. Didnt get shipped when it was supposed to, and they were unwilling to split the difference for expedited shipping, so they hung up on me and just cancelled my order. Highly unprofessional. Perhaps their in-person shopping is great, but dont order online!

Great store with Southwest items. They carry items from Saddleblanket. The prices are very,very reasonable. Store is clean, well stocked and easy to move around through. Ill definitely be returning.

Great service but horrible leather products. Just hours after purchasing what I thought would be a wallet that would last for several years, its already falling apart. Glad I only paid $10 but they got this wallet from a supposed mainstay of El Paso for leather goods, El Paso Saddleblanket. I should have known better and stuck with a known quantity and quality like Tandy Leather.Very disappointed.

What I purchased was nice, just wish they had more variety of western nick nacks, it was just one small wall, need more.

Really, really, really bad customer service. They sent us the wrong lampshade, we contacted them and they said they would send us a new one. I told them that we paid fast shipping for it because we needed it asap for a wedding gift we made. They responded with oh, well things happen. Not a good response to a paying customer in which they made the order mistake on.I asked if they could overnight ship it or at least give us some sort of discount and she replied with Sure, I can refund you your money and you can send back the lamp shade we sent you. I asked if they were still going to send me the lampshade that we originally ordered. She said No. I was appalled. I paid for an item, in which they got wrong and they were just not even going to fix their mistake. I told them if this is how they treat their customers I do not want to purchase from them in the future. Then we somehow got settled on them POSSIBLY giving me 20% off the lampshade depending on what the manger said. I was okay with that. Then later I receive an email from them stating...it is not worth it to us to take the risk of shipping you our product. Like hello, we just want the lampshade that we originally ordered and some type of discount for their mistake...something any good business would do. I then responded politely saying I didnt understand and that I would still like the lampshade we originally paid for. And they responded again saying sorry that is not possible. I was so polite during all of the this. I never treated the sales rep with disrespect or anger. But I will NEVER shop with them again and I would not recommend them to anyone. They made the mistake and did not do anything to fix it. Horrible, horrible, horrible, company. This company portrayed zero values and zero customer appreciation.

Terrible customer service. I ordered an item to be shipped to my daughter. I thoroughly read through the website, especially the shipping and return policy and information. I ordered the item because of the shipping policy. It turns out that a signature is required at delivery. No where on their site did it state that, nor did it state that at check out . I would have mailed it to a different address had that been known as my daughter is an essential employee and would not be home to sign for a package. (I could have shipped it to her job)I called customer service about this and they refused to do anything about it. There were a few options that could have been implemented, but they refused. I was told it had to be sent back to them by the shipper then they would reship to a different address for free . So this item was bouncing around a fedex truck for days as Fedex continued to attempt delivery.A piece of pottery.I see now they have added signature may be required to their website.(Something a previous reviewer had happen when they had a problem. They went and changed the website) I have no problem with signature being required. I actually think its a good policy. But a policy that should be clear to customers before ordering. Their response was unacceptable. I sent emails for additional information and have not received the courtesy of a call back. The only reason I gave two stars is for the actual artist who created the pottery. I will not be ordering again.

Excellent Selection, Great CommunicationI visited this store in person. The staff was very kind and helpful. The store is huge and there is a very large selection - they were able to help guide me through the store and point me in the right direction! As I was purchasing a large quantity of gifts they helped me carry all my items to the register, and my car. They also helped safely package my delicate items and periodically checked in on me to make sure I was doing okay.Furthermore, They have a very good selection of quality products, and clearly distinguish the authentic merchandise from the tourist stuff, they can even tell you the special history of said items.I then followed up with an online order and even though some of the items I purchased were out of stock, they effectively communicated with me via email to reach a very favorable resolution and gave me a discount for the inconvenience.This is a great store if youre looking for anything Navajo, Zapotec, Zuni or Southwestern for your home, apparel, or jewelry. At least worth a visit to see all the lovely things they have! I will definitely be back!

My parents ordered my husband an item for Christmas. It was never opened or used, and when he opened it on Christmas, he opened the box it was shipped in. The item was damaged. Upon relaying our concerns to the company, we were immediately blamed for damaging the item and told that since it was gifted to someone, the third party was obviously responsible for damaging the item. The store owner and managers refused to speak to us after this response. Horrific customer service, poor quality item. BUYER BEWARE.

This is an overpriced tourist trap. The only people buying stuff in here had a Florida license plate.I can get Native American made crafts online for a fraction of anything available here.Also...they did not even know where to find some of their inventory. Online listed 6 of an item...they could only find 5. They said its around here somewhere...or maybe its a mistake.I will never go back here. Or tell anyone I know to go here.

I absolutely love this place! Anything you could want is here. The store is packed, yet not at all cluttered. My only complaint is there is so much to chose from that making you mind up can be difficult. When i needed information a couple of weeks after I left El Paso, help was only an email away. I HIGHLY recommend Mission del Rey Southwest!

Love the place, theres plenty of things to buy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didnt catch the ladies name who helped me but she was short and wore glasses.

This is a treasure box place, so many souvenir, decorations unique items. Our family is glad to find this place on El Paso, TX, we even got coffee brewed on the spot, excellent service and friendly staff, definitely we are coming back on the next visit to town.😁

I find your reply convenient as miraculously your website now clearly states for decorative purposes only and it did not at the time of order and none of the paper work reflected that statement either.Mission Del Rey is a deceitful and untrustworthy company. I purchased an authentic Navaho Wedding Vase which I used for a wedding ceremony. NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE DID THIS COMPANY EXPLAIN THE VASE WAS FOR DECORATION ONLY. After 15 mins of holding water the clay disintegrated, leaked on the groom and the vase was broken into pieces. It is built for ceremonial activity and it is a VASE. When I made a complaint, they were rude and customer service was terrible. As I submitted a claim, they suddenly marked an out of stock item on their website for decorative use only. This was not on any website or paperwork received. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY, RUDE AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND BOYCOTTING THIS COMPANY. I also will boycott Pay Pal Credit who also found for the merchant and will close all my business with Pay Pal who should be ashamed of their business practice.

Wonderful place to shop southwestern merchandise...employees very attentiveand polite. Found what we were shopping for. Extra service in boxing fragile Navajo pottery for shipping. Thats a plus for us.

Huge variety of items, lots of different types of decorations. Some native items are authentic, but they are very clear about which ones are and which ones arent. Great prices. Friendly and energetic staff.

This place is AMAZING!!! Both mexican and indian stuff including handmade at very good prices! We compared prices with lots of other handmade indian art shop in new mexico and arizona but found no other places like this one. A must Go for anybody who wants good quality souvenirs at good prices!!

I had trouble finding this place and the store was a bit hard to navigate since it’s in several different rooms. This is an extremely well stocked store with lots of El Paso Saddleblanket Company’s merchandise along with other imported Southwest style goods. The people I spoke with were quite pleasant. Prices are not low but not high either. This is a warehouse style store. Note that the store is not on Lee Trevino
