I needed a belly sash for my daughter’s baby shower, and since the stores are strictly prohibited from me since I take care of my multiple disabled other daughter I had no choice but to have someone make it for me. Our local neighborhood floral shop happens to be Emily’s floral shop but now has new owners and the store is named Verynice Pro Events shop. But before going there I decided to do some investigating which lead me to find out that the reviews were super low. I thought about it and instead of driving around I decided to go give it a shot, we’ll to my surprise the store is pretty stocked and what I ordered is exactly what I got. So people, don’t go by what others say or rate a place, that happens a lot here in El Paso but I think we’re suppose to give them the benefit of the doubt. So I rated this place a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

If I can give this place a no stars I would!! My bridesmaid dress was being made here and I went to get my measurements done in March 3 months prior to the wedding. My dress was not ready till the Friday before the wedding and it didn’t even fit!!! what was she doing this whole time???? I called every day that week and the lady was bothered every single time. All of the bridesmaids dresses were not ready nor did they fit. It took all of us to go in and fight with the lady to have our dresses fixed. She had an attitude and didn’t care about we had to say. Keep in mind the dresses were nothing like what we asked for and we paid a hefty price for a dress THAT WAS POORLY MADE!!!!! Most of us did not pick our dress till 9PM that Friday and the wedding was the next day. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, THIS LADY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING!!!!!!

ABSOLUTE WORST QUALITY OF WORK!! Do not do business with these CROOKS!! Poor customer service!! You will NOT get what you ordered. Beware of this so called “business” they are absolutely terrible!! Their work is horrendous!! You will be COMPLETELY disgusted with your finished products. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! Take your business elsewhere!!

ZERO STARS! Buyers Beware!! This place is a JOKE! All bridesmaids went early in March to get measured to have our dress custom made by this so called “seamstress”, Two of my sisters and I traveled from Houston and San Antonio to have our measurements taken for the wedding on May 26. Two months later I drive in from Houston the Thursday before the weekend of the wedding, I tried my dress on and it needed alterations, to which the lady said, she’d fix and would be calling me the next day to try it on again. Come Friday at 4 p.m. and still no call from her and I decide to show up at the store and asked if it was ready, she asked that I check back in an hour because mine was the last and only one left to work on. I decide to drive around while the hour went by when I get calls from other bridesmaids complaining that their dress wasn’t ready either and they had to go back as well. We decide to go to her store together and find out what is going on. There was 12 bridesmaids including the maid of honor, 3 of us which were from out of town. I believe everyone’s dress, except the 3 of us from out of town should have been ready. The lady was rudely yelling at us, inconsiderate of our complaints, and very unprofessional when we asked her why she lied and why no one was happy with their dress. She practically ran my mom, sisters, and I out of her store and locked the door behind us telling us, she’d have the dress ready at night. (Friday night before the wedding) The one bridesmaid that was the first to get measured and paid full in advance did not get her dress until Saturday at 9, the day of and looked horrible. We paid a large price on the dresses to not look anything like the one on the picture. Not one bridesmaid was happy with the dress, we could not even walk in them without having to hold dress because it kept moving around or falling off.No wedding party should have to be put in this situation. The stress level for everyone is raised as it is! My sister was so fortunate not to have her wedding dress made from this store because she would have ended up like myself and all the bridesmaids.My sister’s wedding turned out to be amazing. BUT, if there is ONE THING about the entire wedding experience I would change, it would be going to Emily’s Flowers and Bridal.

Worst experience of my life! Do not do business here. I messed up and ordered several things for my wedding. Nothing was on time .Waited 7 weeks for my invitations. And they werent what I wanted. Alterations on my wedding dress were horrible and my daughters dress was terrible! Which also took more than a month . You order something and tell them how you want it and they do it theyre own way! She doesnt even care if your satisfied or not! I kept telling her I wasnt happy with anything and she didnt care. Never will I return to do any business here.

👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Worst experience ever! I had gone to get some dresses hemmed and the lady told me it would take 2 weeks. She took more than 3 weeks! I called, left messages and went during business hours and they were closed! Finally she calls back to tell me they had a gas leak and she would have my clothes ready that same day but she would call me to tell me the exact time to go but again she never called back! I went during business hours again and they were closed. I went next door at Sally’s to ask about the gas leak and it was a lie! Do not come here worst place ever!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO if youre planning a wedding. First off, there is not one English speaking employee available to help. From the beginning, you are given the wrong information on payments, delivery date of items, and if youre having a dress made and you take a picture of what you want-they become creative and put together whatever THEY want....here, the customer is NEVER right and will raise their voice and fight with you in front of other customers...completely incompetent staff and service...it was 3 months of hell going back and forth ...I will advocate to any bride to avoid a nightmare and steer clear of this low quality place!! And did I mention very over priced! I tried to give it No star rating but, it doesnt let me

I called Emilys and I needed to buy some flowers for my moms gravesite since she died almost a year ago. I called the store and the owner stayed late and made a nice arrangement. I was a little late but the owner understood. I will shop there again this Valentines day

Please people DO NOT go here. I wish I would have researched it all before I went. ELIZABETH decided she didnt want to make my dress so she cancelled my order and called me yelling stating that she did the best she could. I waited 3 weeks for a 1×1 piece of cloth. When asking her for pictures and more materials to see what she was going to use for a dress Im paying for she didnt answer me . Then calls me saying she is not refunding Me and that she is cancelling my order . For no reason maybe based off on the fact she doesnt like me??? Idk. But after showing up she refunded me 80% only. This store is gross and very unprofessional ppl work there. Please save your time and money

Fortunately it wasnt myself that had a bad experience but I had a friend that did she ordered wedding invitations they were wrong and they were two weeks late. And nothing was done for her for the mistake that was made

We had my mothers dress custom made here for my sisters wedding. HORRIBLE, the material wasnt the one we asked for, sequins horribly sown, zipper was falling off, the neckline was off and the cutting of the dress looked like a 1st graders job! it was sad to see how a personclaiming to do wonders came up with that balloon looking dress . All theyre good at is charging extra $$$ for nasty jobs. extremely dissapointed since I had first loved this place. thoughts have changed and I will absolutely not be recommending this place. The only thing the crappy material was good for was pillow cases! Cant believe a $15 dress from ross looked way better than a $300 one.

Ive been coming to Emily’s flowers for years. My husband always gives me this place, my mother always buy flowers here for special moments and at my wedding my bouquet faith here and it was beautiful and those of men too.
