The workers here are so kind. Theyre willing to help you out with anything. The store itself is a bundle of wonderfully nerdy stuff. From anime to tv shows to even kpop merchandise. I recommend coming here with friends or family. Or even by yourself. Its a great experience!

I am writing this with a 5 star review because the company filters through all the one star reviews PLEASE READ!! DO NOT USE A DEBIT OF CREDIT CARD HERE!! they will sign you up for a $12 subscription service every month without your permission. They said they just needed my email for a free rewards account while i was making a purchase and now they are charging me $12 monthly, please research the FYE scam and youll see multiple people who have become victims of this as well. Also if you call to cancel they will tell you that the subscription is terminated but you will still get billed. you have to cancel it yourself online!!

Not crowded and staff friendly

They have a wide variety of music and they also have nice staff. However, if youre looking for more obscure music, dont count on it being there. If you want the more known names, theyll have it and they have a place to make your own CD which I find pretty awesome.

Theyve got everything! Only issue was it was cool until the cashier called my son a girl... he has a curly fro...so Im not sure how she came up with that...

Excellent selection of CDs DVDs and other pop culture stuff. Great customer service. They always let you know what whats new and whats on sale. Theyre very attentive when I ask about a item. They have bunch of different funko pops to choose from. Great selection of anything Marvel, DC, Star Wars and anything else you can think of.

Good place only concern is kpop is taking over the punk/ska section of the store. Nice selection otherwise.

Honestly, you can tell employees a million times that you dont want their membership but theyre not gonna listen and will just try to force it anyway. I get that it probably helps their jobs there, but its so predatory, Im honestly never going back to FYE even though I like their CD selection. So f****** annoying. Better off at local music stores anyways!

Very badly organized.. dont have very much CD selection ...mostly have a bunch of so called toys we bought 2 different types of headphones they didnt work....

My only comment about this store is that it no longer is a music CD or Vinyl store or even DVDs its like a Hot Topic or Toys R Us. I left with nothing..... Go back to music and hard to find CDs and DVDs and most will return.

Its quite a small shop but you can find some interesting stuff

I DID find a few items that I was interested in. They were expensive but I purchased them fearing that I wouldnt be able to find them elsewhere. Turns out that they were almost $10 higher than other stores. The clerk was busy talking to a friend visiting the store and then on his cell phone. Not friendly or helpful.

I just have an issue with these stores. Not this one in particular. But it seems that FYE is a bunch of scammers.Every time I purchase something I always get the same questions.CD Insurancefree magazinesand recently the membershipCD insurance is a bunch of BSand the free magazines are dumb because they are not free. You have to pay a fortune for these stupid things.The membership is just a joke. you get a 10% discount if you pay 11.99 a month (or 25.00 a year).But they dont tell you that. All they say is : Would you like a membership for 11.99. but never mention the 25 dollar a year. So watch out for that. Then again this city doesnt seem to care too much for CDs.
