I would not even give them 1 star but to rate them you have to give at least 1. I called for an estimate & was assured that a gentleman would call me to set up the appt. As usual in this area I received no call from this company. Im glad now because it makes you realize just how they run their business. I have since called Lowes & the gentleman came out for the estimate, quoted the job ( which is a pretty large job of windows & doors) & Pro Windows just lost $20,000.00 ! Job is going to Lowes.

Love this company! Excellent communication and customer service from start to finish. Pro Windows delivers high quality work for such a great value! We had our whole house windows and sliding doors replaced. The crew sent to our home were very respectful, professional, and clean. They arrived at the stated time and cleaned every afternoon when they were done for the day. We have referred several of our friends and neighbors to them. I would definitely recommend Pro Windows to anyone and will be using them for our future projects as well. They did an awesome job!

I have been shopping around to replace three sliding doors in our home. After calling several of the big names in town, I was referred to Pro Windows. After the initial phone call, Jesus, the contractor came out to my home to provide an estimate. He sat down with me, listened to our needs, asked thorough questions and then provided recommendations based on what we needed at the time. I never felt that he was upselling me and immediately knew that I was dealing with a company with integrity and professionalism. I was really impressed with the quality of the doors and the availability of financing options. Jesus took our custom order and upon arrival, he and his team installed our doors. Jesus and his team are perfectionists and ensured that everything from delivery, installation, clean up are done in a timely manner. Our home looks completely different, in my opinion almost new. We are so happy for this investment and extremely satisfied with choosing Pro Windows.
