I called for an estimate. They sent an email confirming time. My appointment was for Saturday at 11am. The guy called on Friday asked me what I wanted, I said doors and windows. I told him my windows had bars, he said itll be $1900 for each window. Are willing to spend that? I told him this is the reason asked for an estimate, to see price and materials. He claims he had a big job before me and would be late, fine just call me.Long story short, never called. I went with someone else. Very rude! Why is he trying to spend my money? He doesnt know me or what I can afford!

It took me awhile to post this, but I scheduled a call with the sales rep. He called me to discuss the windows and I wont lie he sounded like a know it all over the phone, but I looked passed it. He scheduled a time and I agreed. He called again the day before the date and I missed the call and he left a voicemail. Instead of listening to the voicemail, I literally called him back within 30 secs so I can know what he wanted. He answered and I specifically asked are we still on for tomorrow at 1 and he just said.. yea I left you a voicemail. I said OK, Ill see you at 1 tomorrow. After speaking with him I didnt think I needed to check my voicemail. The next day, a worker of mine said a man showed up at 12:30 and since I wasnt around he left. I knew I spoke with him the day before and the appointment was at 1, I called him at 1 and he didnt answer. He immediately messaged me and told me he left me a voicemail saying 12:30.Remember, I spoke with him after the voicemail and he didnt say anything about it, except said I left you a voicemail. He could of told me he had changed the time when I asked him to confirm. Instead, he just said yea, I left you a voicemail.Honestly, this guy was acting as if he was a child playing games. It was so frustrating listening to a grown man acting this way. I am so glad we went with another company. It wasnt a misunderstanding, he had multiple times to tell me the time changed. He wanted it not to workout since I didnt hear the voicemail.Note: This took place a year ago, hopefully the guy isnt around, but they did say he was the only guy for this whole area.

We couldnt have asked for better service from RJB Construction here in Las Cruces. Trent and Don were not only very professional, they were also very easy to work with. They accommodated any small request or adjustment we requested. They were always on time, made sure they cleaned up at the end of the day, completed the window installation on time, were always very courteous and did an excellent job on the installation. We are very happy with the job they did for us.

They never called back to set up appt.for windows & doors for my home. Just like Pro Windows didnt. Called Lowes & they came the very next day! I guess Pella & Pro didnt need my $20,000. In my past I have always used the small companies, versus big box, but in this case I realized something, if they cant even make a call then what kind of service would you get? 🤔

This was the third consecutive time I had RJB Construction install our Pella windows & doors. They always arrived on the day they said at the time they said. Trent and Don worked, without interruption, during the days. They protected the inside and outside of the house in the work areas and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day and completely removed all trash at the end of the project.Their workmanship was outstanding and their attention to detail was marvelous. They worked with me to address any issues (and there are always some) to my satisfaction. They were proactive in their solutions and always came to me with choices to best address the issue. When each of the projects were finished all I had was a great set of new Pella windows and no evidence of an installation process.Glad I could share my experience................

I recently had a large custom window designed and installed at my home in Las Cruces,NM. I was very impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Another window company had told me that it was not possible to get one window installed of that size, but the Pella Company Sales Rep said he could do it. Trenton Construction did the installation. They arrived on time at 8am, removed my old window series, prepared the area for the new one, and installed the new Pella window. It weighed aprox 275 pounds, and Trenton Construction was able to carefully install, stucco the exterior around the window, and clean the new window. They cleaned up the inside and outside area and left by 2pm. A Very professional job. I am very pleased and would highly recommend both Pella Windows & Trenton Construction.Alan Brown

Trent & Don, of RJB Construction, just finished the last phase of our window replacement project. Over the past year their outstanding workmanship and professionalism hasnt wavered -- at all. They arrive as scheduled, work unsupervised all day and other than my new Pella windows I dont know that theyve been here. The good news is our house is 100% Pella windows & doors, the better news is RJB does more than just windows...........on to my next home improvement project.

I was glad I didnt have to purchase new door. The locks on the blinds were repaired and Rick that came was very polite and pleasant. Maria at the showroom was very helpful. A couple of months before another company had sent someone to look at the door and had said I had to replace doors. About $2800.00. Ill call Maria whenever I need help with doors or windows.

UPDATE over a year later door is still defective and pella in El Paso continues to give me the. run around for repair. Pella corporate is equally useless. Terrible brand, terrible quality, terrible customer service. Too bad you can’t leave negative stars.Back in October 2019 I purchased what is essentially their top-of-the line slider glass door. I had an in home consultation with Ronnie Cline the salesperson at Pella Windows and Doors El Paso. I made it clear to Ronnie that the door was to be integrated into my existing control 4 system. The door cost nearly $11,000. The door has been paid in full. Ronnie assured me that everything had been set up and ordered correctly for the door. The door was installed in January. I was informed at that time that no connections could be made because there was no communication link however I was assured that the link would be ordered and they would return to install it. Additionally I was informed that one of the 2 integrated blinds was defective and needed to be replaced. Lastly, I was also informed that the install tech would have to return to add spray foam (he did return to do this)I heard nothing from them for a month. I made multiple phone calls email and left messages. I advised them that the install needed to be coordinated for a Monday because of my work schedule and needed to occur no later than 3/9 due to planned use of the room that would restrict further access. These requests were disregarded. A receptionist told me to use a paper blind. I am including a photo of this $11000 Pella door with its fantastic temporary paper blind. A technician did come on 3/9 however he had no communication bridge and was not prepared to replace the blind (he said sometimes they get stuck- clearly not realizing that the blind was defective on install)Ronnie tried to make multiple excuses that since they handle installations for Lowes that sometimes they simply cannot accommodate the needs of customers (even though the product was paid for and it was a Pella error that this door is not working properly). He then said I needed to pay him even more money ($460) despite the delay and despite the error in configuration being his fault in the first place.Additionally, the door is now letting water in when it rains.I have contacted Pella corporate directly at this point for a resolution.Update: no resolution thus far. Door is leaking and my living room ceiling directly below the door is damaged.

.Pella Windows will be a choice my husband and I will always ask for should we build another home. Their products have never been faulty. They have always been good at making exchanges if under warranty. They may be pricey but i have been impressed with the quality. Its a choice...Their service installation/repair staff have been punctual and straight forward on the prices of labor and what to expect. They answer all my questions and are helpful in showing me how to make small repairs myself and how to clean the sliding doors myself for proper function. Thank you Pella Windows. You will always be our first choice..

After reading some of these reviews, I have to disagree with one in particular. Mr. Luciano I would like to inform you a little about the company. Their hours of operation are from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday, and a lunch hour frrom 12 to 1. So maybe you got Maria Lopez at her lunch hour.Sometimes we need to think about what we say before we write bad comments about individuals. Maria thank you for all the great information on the Windows you provided for me. GREAT JOB keep up the great work!!!

When we bought our new house in Las Cruces, the windows needed replacing. We contacted Ronnie Cline of Pella El Paso and left a message asking him for a quote. He called back almost immediately and listened patiently as I described our needs. We then scheduled an appointment for him to visit a week later (Pella windows are evidently in demand). He called a day prior to his arrival to confirm and remind me, and then showed up on-time and prepared. He measured all of our windows, discussed what kind of window we would need (he advised against the most expensive vinyl model because its designed for much colder places), answered many questions patiently, and then generated and printed up a quote on-site. Over the following weeks, he remained extremely responsive when I called or emailed as we finalized the order. When the windows arrived, RJB Construction did a thorough and careful job of replacing our windows: they covered the room with plastic sheeting before working, vacuumed after each windows was installed, and tested and assessed their work as they went. (The windows, by the way, are beautiful.) Two of the 18 windows were damaged on arrival; RJB noticed this before we did, forwarded a report to Pella, and proposed an interim solution until Pellas replacements arrive. They also arranged that we not pay for the broken windows until theyre fixed, a nice customer-centric touch. When I sent a follow-up email two days later regarding some small issues that emerged, RJB responded immediately with plans to swing by soon and address them. In short, I would recommend Pella, Ronnie Cline, and RJB to anyone. The windows were ordered in late October 2019 and installed in early January 2020. As the windows are custom-made, this is an acceptable timeframe.

I couldnt be happier with the professionalism with this experience. The fire department had unfortunately, damaged a door wall and broken a window to rescue my mother . God bless them . Ronnie (sales) was prompt and helpfull and guided me through this process. RJb was the contractor that did the installation and these guys were great. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the two installs quality wise, trent was on time and reachable for questions. He and don were respectful of the property and homeowner, cleaned as they worked, and were generally professional. I was a licensed builder in Michigan for 18 years and I would be proud to have had these guys on my team.

I can confirm what Aaron said: decent products and an awful service. We had a minor repair (our dog had chewed on the rubber lip that seals the door), and we asked for a repair. Four attempts failed: either nobody showed up, or they had the wrong materials. Very unfriendly people on the phone. Today repair attempt no 5 was scheduled. Guess what: nobody showed. No phone call, no explanation, no excuse. We will avoid them where we can, and will warn others of them.

I asked for a simple estimate. It took two calls to get them to come out and measure my windows. They would not give me a price estimate. When calling they insisted on me driving all the way to the west side because they had 3 different types of windows to get the estimate correct. Could they not given me 3 sets of numbers for me to choose from? Lazy work ethics IMHO.

I believe in always going with quality prouducts and that was my intention when I reached out to Pella windows, however, it turns out the reviews are correct. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. It’s a hassle to set an appointment, they are unprofessional, and left me incredibly disappointed. To no surprise, I will not be purchasing windows with them.
