Horrible, technician came out put angle iron on the garage strut for reinforcement. The garage worked for two months or until the screws came out of the angle iron. I am out of $135 and my garage door is not working. I have since looked at the garage door and diagnosed that the top strut needs to be replaced in order to fix the sagging in my garage door and it did not cost me a dime.Do your homework before you call these guys because they will bill you whether the repairs are done or not. I will call someone who can give me a free estimate and pay for repairs verses a paid estimate and a temporary fix.
