I love my new garage door. Its a solid, well built door. I have been waiting for it since June 23 but it is finally in.

Have a 16yr old OH door that has been slowly wearing out, then the spring broke. Charles at RAC came the same day I called, replaced the spring, and made some other key adjustments that may probably buy me many more operations on the unit, thankfully. The repair work to my garage door was very high quality. Completed timely with parts on hand. Repair needed was explained in thorough detail and pricing is very competitive. Not only was the problem area addressed but some key programming functions of my current model opener were explained to benefit the way I utilize the garage entry door such as the wifi features and auto down functions. All other mechanical areas were checked on the door and lubricated to ensure no future issues and to complete preventative maintenance. I will use no other service than RAC Doors unlimited because the work is simply excellent and pricing is very fair considering how expensive some components can be. Highly recommend! My garage door was not working, so I gave RAC Doors a call. They called me back that day. Rather than immediately coming over and charging me for work, they walked me through my issue and tried to see if there was a way I could fix the issue myself so that I would not have to pay for someone to come out and fix it. I dont think Ive ever had a business try to help me avoid having to hire them. Ultimately it was a problem that I couldnt fix myself. They had someone come out the next day. He arrived when he said he would, and had everything fixed during the time period he said it would be done in, for the price he originally quoted. Now my door works better than it ever has before. Second time Steve came out and same great experience! Explained everything that he was going to do and then demonstrated what was done when complete. 100% recommend to anyone here in El Paso!

Horrible communication and super flaky service.I called Charles for the first time and he did not answer. Once I left a voicemail, he called back and I explained to him the nature of our garage door problem. Suspecting it was a malfunctioning spring, he asked for me to text a video of the garage door. I sent that video to him on Monday 4/20/20. I did not hear back all day. I called him again on Tuesday, which he did not answer and waited for my voicemail again. He said hed needed to check his warehouse for the part and would get back to me shortly. Another day goes by, Wednesday I have to reach out to him asking if had the part to which he texts back saying he believes he has the part. I asked him when he could come replace the part, no response. He finally replied Thursday morning and said he can come Friday between 930-1030am, keep in mind the first contact was made on Monday. Friday morning comes around and Charles is nowhere to be found. I texted him asking if he were still coming to repair the garage door, no answer. Called him one more time Friday afternoon without answer. He simply no-showed.I called another company on Friday evening and had it repaired by Saturday afternoon. I would absolutely NOT recommend Charles or RAC Doors Unlimited. What a horrible experience and a joke of a business owner. I hope that whatever he was doing while dodging my calls and texts were worth it.

Before you give up on your garage door opener make sure RAC Doors gets a look at it. Charles saved us $$$ because he knows so much more than the garage door opener manufacturer! We are up and running in less than 12 hours. Great people, great local company!

Had RAC Garage Doors, in El Paso, TX, replace a broken spring on my garage door. The replaced spring (probably used) snapped two weeks after being installed. All calls and text messages were subsequently ignored by company owner. Had to call another company to fix the issue.

I needed a new garage door opener. was prepared to wait 2-3 weeks for a contractor to be out, since it was during the COVID-19, Purchased new opener and was notified within 2 days that Steve would be out to repair the next week. Amazing job, clean and professional and was done beynd my expectations. THANKS Highly recommend

We had to chase him down to get our door installed and after the door was installed we have chased him down to get the trim installed for three weeks. I know he had surgery but he told my husband and I that he would have someone come out and put the trim on. We are now paying another company to install the trim, a trim we have already paid RAC Doors for.We submitted our receipt for the work that was left unfinished by RAC Doors and we were never received the refund. We have reached out to the owner Charles and have yet to receive a response. I hate to leave reviews like this but I would hate for someone to go through the same issues.

Our garage doors werent acting reliably. The doors would only partially go either up or down at times, and the lights would come on in the garage on their own. We called RAC and are so glad we did! They came over the next day, diagnosed the problems, and made the repairs the following day. All the work was explained as well as the warranty on the various parts. They set up the remotes and went over instructions for how we can do it as well. They made sure any questions were answered so we feel confident with the new system. Steve and Raul were a pleasure to work with!

Amazing! This company goes above and beyond. They fixed our garage door and our french doors. These guys have incredible customer service. I will use them in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Paid half down for some gate openers and it took 5 months to get him to come back and install them. Shortly thereafter, I got a call from his suppliers that he never paid them and that they want to lien my property.

I had to make an emergency door service after midnight, I had already called 3 companies who had 24 hour service and no one answer. Glad they did not because I would probably not have been given such excellent service by this company 👍 He fixed the door completely... note I had already fixed the door a year ago with another company snd apparently they did not do it right. They acquired the necessary tracks, rollers and springs from a distributor, then completed a complicated 2 day installation.
